A former aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo is accusing the embattled New York leader of sexually harassing her — including unwanted kissing and touching — and says his top female staffers “normalized” the behavior.
Lindsey Boylan, the former deputy secretary for economic development and special adviser to the governor, said Cuomo constantly sought her out and had staffers arrange meetings with her, where he made inappropriate comments.
“Let’s play strip poker,” Boylan said Cuomo remarked on a flight from an event in October 2017, according to an essay she wrote on Medium, published Wednesday.
Story continues below advertisementIn another encounter, Boylan said Cuomo arranged through a handler to meet her in his Albany office, where she reluctantly agreed to go. She said he gave her a tour of his office, “smirked” and showed off a cigar box he said was given to him by former President Bill Clinton while he served as the secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
Boylan said she interpreted that to be an innuendo referencing the affair between Clinton and his then-intern Monica Lewinsky in the mid-1990s.
She said she was warned by other staffers when she joined Cuomo’s administration in 2015 to “Be careful around the Governor.”
Boylan said his behavior “was all so normalized — particularly by Melissa DeRosa and other top women around him — that only now do I realize how insidious his abuse was.”
Boylan accused the governor of harassment last year but did not elaborate on her experiences at the time.
She wrote in her essay on Wednesday that she expects “the Governor and his top aides will attempt to further disparage me, just as they’ve done with Assemblymember Kim,” — who came forward in recent weeks with his own accusations against the governor of bullying and threatening him.

That reminds me: Have you noticed that #MeToo, Time’s Up and the p-hat wearing sk@nks have all disappeared into the woodwork since their man Biden was imposed on the American people and installed as dictator? If that isn’t proof that this was a politically-motivated outfit, that the founders and supporters were all embittered Hillary supporters, then what is?

What a great point! Most of the things the Left condemns about men is normal male pursuit. I for one-and I’ve got TONS of company among normal women of course!-LOVE guys chasing us. I mean we never have to risk rejection and all we have to do is show up…
But you’re so right; if the Metoo women aren’t trannys they’re bull dykes or just disgusting unfeminine women whom nobody ever chased! Can you say, sour grapes?

And can some of the men here tell me, in what world does any normal neat guy think “wanna play strip poker”, will work? I mean back in the day I certainly carried on the way we all did, but as free and easy as things were I never encountered a guy who was that disgusting! I mean a statement like that? Would only get a man slapped, not laid (don’t mean to be vulgar but since we’re talking)…(?!)
What do you guys say? If anybody heard Chris Plante today he was HILARIOUS on this topic, ‘course he always is, but today esp.

I wouldn’t use a line like that. It ranks right up there with guys who think sending d**k pics, will get them sex that night. WTF? Perhaps men in power use lines like ‘wanna play strip poker,’ because they know no one will challenge them. And if they do, they’re OUT!
Or perhaps, if someone makes a claim that a certain male made such a comment, who would believe it because it’s too outrageous to accept as truth. The idea that ‘I would never make such a comment. I’m above all that.’

This won’t make any difference at the polls. The Democrat media won’t cover it.
It’s only come to light because of infighting by Democrats wanting to take Cuomo’s place, so it might amount to a different Democrat replacing Cuomo as Governor, but that wouldn’t amount to anything as to change of policy.
If Cuomo decides to run for President, the story will be censored by media, and internet sites covering it will be deplatformed.
There isn’t any media to speak of as to information, just entertainment, and it’s increasingly difficult to tell actual information from entertainment or even science, it all having been politicized.
