No. 155, Original════════════════════════════════════════IN THESupreme Court of the United States____________________ STATE OF TEXAS, Plaintiff, v. COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA,STATE OF GEORGIA,STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND STATE OF WISCONSIN,Defendants. ____________________ Motion for Leave to File Brief Amicus Curiae____________________Pursuant to subparagraph 2(b) of Rule 37, amici U.S. Representative Mike Johnson, et al., hereby move the Court for leave to file a brief amicus curiaein support of Plaintiff Texas’ Motion for Leave to File a Bill of Complaint and Motion for Preliminary Injunction. This brief is being filed timely, as it was filed by approximately the same time as Defendants response to Plaintiff’s motions. In support of their motion, these amici state:

Identity of Amici CuriaeAs members of the federal legislature, Amici seek to protect the constitutional role of state legislatures in establishing the manner by which Presidential Electors are appointed to ensure the Electoral College selects the candidate for President of the United States that was chosen by counting only lawful votes. Amici respectfully aver that the broad scope and impact of the various irregularities in the Defendant states necessitate careful and timely review by this Court. 2

On the merits, this amicus brief defends the constitutional authority of state legislatures as the only bodies duly authorized to establish the manner by which presidential electors are appointed, one of the central issues in the pending litigation. As members of the federal legislature, these amici seek to protect the constitutional role of state legislatures in determining the manner by which states choose their electors. The Positions of the Parties Due to the press of time to file this amicus brief before the deadline given to Defendants and the need to coordinate among the amici, the position of the parties on this motion is unknown. Conclusion For the foregoing reasons, amici respectfully request the Court to grant them leave to file the brief amicus curiae which is appended hereto. 3

More people died yesterday than in the 9/11 attacks and all Trump and his pea-brained cult care about is trying to steal an election. Every lawsuit thrown out. Every startling new revelation debunked. PA shreds Texas over its “legally indefensible” attempt to hand Trump the election. Europe’s largest news magazine names Trump loser of the year. Trump has turned the GOP into an angry, ugly joke to the rest of the world. Fours years of division and incompetence will soon be just a bad memory. He has zero chance of winning, it’s just another scam to fleece his mindless cult.

You’re a joke. The virus is not Trumps fault, he did not create it. Some EU countries have higher deaths per capita than the US like belgium. The anti-Trumpers are always going on about 9/11. Old people dying of flu, is not the same as US the most powerful nation on earth being attacked in the way it was

Also look at all the terror attacks in EU recently, in Germany, France, Britain.. their leaders don’t lead, they just support “refugees welcome” and don’t care about those who suffer from it.

You are really ignorant. There are more people dying from the flu every year in the U.S. then has died of this Covid 19 bull crap. Even the CDC has stated that the numbers are off and not as many people are dying from this virus as stated. Trump knows the correct facts that you seem to have missed. You need to go take your meds you are showing your stupidity and insanity again.

He has nothing better to do. He’s just another brain dead loser doing the bidding of his enemies. He’s too dumb to realize it. He will fare worse when they are done using him. DEMS exploit the dumbest of the dumb and FishsticksForMe is definitely one of dumbest looking for attention. I blocked him, but I don’t mind seeing others throw darts at him.

In case you didn’t hear, Genevieve Briand, Assistant Director for the Master’s in Applied Economics program at Johns Hopkins presented research titled “COVID-19 Deaths: A Look at U.S. Data” where she concluded that her data pointed to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers.

lol…what a pathetic shill your choosing to be for a Marxist crew that’d “throw you under the bus” in an instant as a mere “useful idiot” for living on your knees.
The massive fraud being uncovered is the biggest national crisis since the unCivil War.

Yet plebes like you keep your heads where the sun can never shine…it’s time to wake up to your choosing America or Marxism…!

How come ALL of the GOP is not supporting this?
I’d bet ALL the DEMS are supporting Biden?
DEMS know how to stick together. The GOP doesn’t.

Lets go over to the Senate.

“Republican leadership in the Senate has made clear that the idea of Congress successfully reversing Trump’s loss is not only out of the realm of possibilities, but that contesting the official Electoral College certification is neither an effort they support nor is it helpful to American democracy.”

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/republican-who-wants-congress-to-overturn-trump-loss-is-quietly-courting-gop-senators/ar-BB1bOMvt

It’s traitorous BULL SHEET talk.

They love losing as much as Bernie does only they do it gracefully and with such decorum! Imagine how giving in helps have confidence in voting and helps those who want to move towards COMMUNISM and that is what this is all about. We may call it socialism but socialism always morphs into COMMUNISM and we already see the signs of COMMUNISM happening right before our eyes. We are really skipping socialism.

The next time someone says, oh what’s the harm of a little socialism? It’s a compromise with the opposing side. Consider educating them while you can. Later it will be too late and more difficult with official snitchers.

They don’t like to mention that the D’s were the party of slavery, that the R’s were anti-slavery, that Lincoln was a R, that the R Congress had helped write the Emancipation Proclamation, Etc.
They still like projecting today’s values to yesterday’s historical events, but deny they were the slavery party.

Wow, way too few on the record. I am working on a movement so this list will be very handy. I want to get businesses impacted by lockdowns ( my state and many others are going back to strong lockdowns again) to pledge to not serve or do business with all politicians and media personalities who support these takings of freedom FOR LIFE. Make it painful to dine out, get a plumber, get a car mechanic, grab coffee and read a paper. Every business has the right to refuse anyone as long as they post a sign stating such. Exercise the right. We the people have the power we just need to find it and exercise it.

Yes Churches are a long shot but they should join for their own survival, stop allowing these traitors to pretend to be religious for votes.

Probably. We know that many politicians only want to go to Washington to create wealth for themselves, and forget their constituency once they get there. Sometimes it means they must present themselves to their district however they can to get elected (become an actor, learn to pose). Reps must represent the district they live in (although that’s not carved in stone if you are a Democrat like wicked-witch-Waters).
If they don’t come out publicly FOR Trump in some way, like signing this brief, or a petition of their own (Senators), I sure hope Trump keeps a record.

Is it really necessary to characterize what President trump is attempting to do–and what I support–as an invalidation of the election? What he’s attempting to correct are the invalid votes. In this sense, he’s attempting validate the election.

The Democrats started the first civil war to keep their slaves. Now, they are trying to start another in order to enslave the whole country. I never imagined this could happen. We will see whether the left’s dumbing down of America has worked. I think they will lose. And there will be a reckoning. And the mainstream media outlets will find themselves on trial for intentionally and knowing lying to the public in order to foment chaos and overthrow the country. That is sedition. This will not end well for them.
