It’s Happening: Pennsylvania State Legislature Files Resolution — DISPUTES STATEWIDE 2020 ELECTION RESULTS

It is clear the Pennsylvania 2020 election was wrought with fraud and criminal conduct.
President Trump led by nearly 700,000 votes on election night.
Democrats dumped hundreds of thousands of votes to steal the state from the Trump Campaign.On Wednesday the Pennsylvania state legislature held a hearing on the 2020 election issues and irregularities.
One witness described the huge “spikes” in Pennsylvania during the hearing and the crowd gasped.

On Friday the Pennsylvania State legislature filed a resolution to dispute the statewide 2020 election results.
With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution [SEE HERE] to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.
The Resolution
Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute.
WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and
WHEREAS, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the Commonwealth, known as the Pennsylvania Election Code; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires all mail-in ballots to be received by eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the election; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires election officials at polling places to authenticate the signatures of in-person voters; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires that county boards of elections shall not meet to conduct a pre-canvass of all absentee and mail-in ballots until seven o’clock A.M. on Election Day, during which time defects on mail-in ballots would be identified; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits the counting of defective absentee or mail-in ballots; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code authorizes “watchers,” selected by candidates and political parties, to observe the process of canvassing absentee and mail-in ballots; and
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth conducted an election on November 3, 2020 for federal offices, including selecting electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and
WHEREAS, officials in the Executive and Judicial Branches of the Commonwealth infringed upon the General Assembly’s authority under the United States Constitution by unlawfully changing the rules governing the November 3, 2020 election in the Commonwealth; and
WHEREAS, on September 17, 2020, less than seven weeks before the November 3, 2020 election, the partisan majority on the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania unlawfully and unilaterally extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to be received, mandated that ballots mailed without a postmark would be presumed to be received timely, and could be accepted without a verified voter signature; and
WHEREAS, on October 23, 2020, less than two weeks before the November 3, 2020 election and upon a petition from the Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ruled that mail-in ballots need not authenticate signatures for mail-in ballots, thereby treating in-person and mail-in voters dissimilarly and eliminating a critical safeguard against potential election crime; and
WHEREAS, on November 2, 2020, the night before the November 3, 2020 election and prior to the prescribed time for pre-canvassing mail-in ballots, the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth encouraged certain counties to notify party and candidate representatives of mail-in voters whose ballots contained defects; and
WHEREAS, heavily Democrat counties permitted mail-in voters to cure ballot defects while heavily Republican counties followed the law and invalidated defective ballots; and
WHEREAS, in certain counties in the Commonwealth, watchers were not allowed to meaningfully observe the pre-canvassing and canvassing activities relating to absentee and mail-in ballots; and
WHEREAS, in other parts of the Commonwealth, watchers observed irregularities concerning the pre-canvassing and canvassing of absentee and mail-in ballots; and
WHEREAS, postal employees in Pennsylvania have reported anomalies relating to mail-in ballots, including multiple ballots delivered to a single address with unfamiliar addressees, ballots mailed to vacant homes, empty lots, and addresses that did not exist; and
WHEREAS, witnesses testifying before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on November 25, 2020 have provided additional compelling information regarding the questionable nature of the administration of the 2020 General Election; and
WHEREAS, there remains ongoing litigation concerning the administration of the November 3, 2020 election in the Commonwealth; and
WHEREAS, in 2016, Pennsylvania’s general election results were certified on December 12, 2016, and on November 24, 2020, the Secretary of the Commonwealth unilaterally and prematurely certified results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors despite ongoing litigation; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives has the duty to ensure that no citizen of this Commonwealth is disenfranchised, to insist that all elections are conducted according to the law, and to satisfy the general public that every legal vote is counted accurately;
THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Pennsylvania House of Representatives—
1. Recognizes substantial irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing during the November 3, 2020 election; and
2. Disapproves of the infringement on the General Assembly’s authority pursuant to the United States Constitution to regulate elections; and
3. Disapproves of and disagrees with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s premature certification of the results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors; and
4. Declares that the selection of presidential electors and other statewide electoral contest results in this Commonwealth is in dispute; and
5. Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election; and
6. Urges the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute. (link

When the lawsuit dust settles, we will need to re-run the election with walk-in in-person voting. That’s really the only way to get an honest result, and the D’s know this, which is why they are re-pushing for more lockdowns.

do you remember when the beast ordered groping joey bite me NOT TO CONCEDE, NO MATTER WHAT ??? that is because of the TWELFTH AMENDMENT to the Constitution, which states that if there is enough voter fraud that a winner cannot be determined, that the election is scrapped null & void and then the election goes to the HOUSE !!! the HOUSE will vote for the president then …. but ONLY ONE VOTE PER STATE !!!!!!! since of the 50 states, over 30 of them are in republican hands, they will vote for President Trump !!!! he has already BEEN ELECTED, but the scum have committed such OBVIOUS AND MASSIVE FRAUD that it cannot be a true outcome !!! the Founding Fathers were aware of fraud & drew up that amendment …. it has only been used 2 times in our history, and it is about to happen again !!

Thank God my spouse and kids are conservative “red” kids. They know what’s going on… I try to talk to other people when the opportunity arises. Our post man loves Trump and so does the guy in our local post office. We live in a conservative area in our state. There are still a few conservative areas but the majority of the state are godless liberals.

It was expensive but we managed to put all ours through a private Christian school. In hindsight, it was the best move we could have made. We learned all about Common Core through our neighbor. Although my kids didn’t attend the public school system, I did do my neighbor a favor and enjoyed it. I’d confront them on their garbage curriculum at school board meetings and other gatherings. They couldn’t retaliate against my kids because they didn’t attend there. We pay their salaries through high taxes so I wanted to at least tell them what I thought about their trashy crap. I loved embarrassing the hell out of them… don’t get me started.
Speaking of math they only require Algebra 1 to graduate from high school! In my time you could take up to Calc 5 in high school. They keep lowering the standards and upping the I hate America mush, and political activism etc.. They clearly want more ANTFA and BLM types.

if you want to destroy an individual, family, and/or free nation you must attack their ability to think before you move in for the kill. It is, as you know, exactly Satan’s modus operandi. He has no power unless he gets your cooperation. They work hand in hand with him because he is their god.
Everyone I know who gave their children a solid education sacrificed a great deal to do so and says the results are worth it. They don’t have to say it. You can see the huge difference in their children. They are happy and productive citizens with sound minds and they pass that on to their children.

There is NO WAY they should be allowed to steal an election which Trump obviously won.
What I’m saying is the possible coming struggle shouldn’t be underestimated and we most definitely shouldn’t underestimate our enemy.
It also isn’t a sure thing that we will prevail but even still I personally am willing to go down that dark path because I see no other honorable option.

This is a case of the frog in the water pot being slowly heated.
Conservatives aren’t gonna start a war until it’s too late.
So if Trump comes out the winner and the Left starts rioting it might actually be a good thing in a twisted kind of way.
If war does come there is no way to predict the outcome at this time and a conservative victory is in NO WAY a sure thing.
I also wouldn’t count out foreign intervention on behalf of the traitorous Left. Probably not in a military form, but most definitely in a monetary form which I believe is already happening covertly.

If Biden is allowed to steal the vote, then every vote from here to eternity is garbage – meaningless lies meant to create the illusion of participation. You can never trust an American election again. There’s literally nothing between me and doing as I please, except somebody with more firepower than I’ve got. So, I might as well carve out whatever I can for as long as I can hold it.

China is one of several international markets in which the Cohen Group is active. On its website, the Cohen Group describes China as a “market of enormous opportunity and complexity.”
“TCG enables Fortune 500 Companies, as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises, to achieve their commercial goals in China through tailored government, business, and media relations strategies,” the website says.
Trump took a hardline stance on China upon entering the White House in 2016. The president enacted a series of tariffs on Chinese-made goods, prompting a lengthy trade war, and has repeatedly ripped Beijing over its handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
Mattis’ column asserts that America should “maintain robust alliances in Asia,” return to a leadership role in international organizations and seek to diversity global supply chains to reduce reliance on Chinese-made goods.

A Republican poll observer from Pennsylvania’s Delaware County told a Senate GOP Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg on Nov. 25 that he witnessed a range of Election Day irregularities, including 47 USB cards that went missing.
Greg Stenstrom, who, besides being a poll watcher, said he’s an expert in security fraud, told the hearing that he witnessed a number of chain-of-custody violations, including around mail-in ballots, the balance of votes from drop boxes, and the handling of USB card flash drives—all of which he said broke rules defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections and the election process review.
“They didn’t follow one,” Stenstrom said. “It shocked me that this could happen.”
He described witnessing a situation in which data on USB cards was uploaded to voting machines by a warehouse supervisor without being observed by a poll watcher, which he said he saw happen at least 24 times.
“He’s walking in with baggies, which we have pictures of and that were submitted in our affidavits,” Stenstrom said, adding that Democratic poll watchers also witnessed this occurrence.

My Trump sign is still in the yard waiting for the truth to be proclaimed. I get what Trump says about the truth being on his side while time is not on his side. That is a realistic appraisal. But I applaud good news like this. It is a shame most citizens won’t even know real news because truth is being kept from them. I believe Trump won by a much larger landslide than before because many fence sitters of all ethnic backgrounds have come to like what he has done for them.

I am not sure about time not being on his side. If Biden is sworn in and fraud is proven then both Biden and Harris can be removed from office. The democrats are on very dangerous ground with their actions.

This is actually a stunning resolution by the state legislature.
Even with the Penn. State Legislature issuing such a resolution and their plan to go to the Supreme Court if necessary, and the United States Constitution empowering state legislatures to manage elections, as stated in the resolution, it is going to be amazingly difficult to contest the result.
The media first of all will censor it, then they will condemn it and then they will disparage it.
