EXCLUSIVE: NY Post’s ‘Smoking Gun’ Hunter Biden Email 100% Authentic, Forensic Analysis Concludes

An email Hunter Biden received in April 2015 from a Burisma executive discussing an introduction to then-Vice President Joe Biden, which lies at the heart of a New York Post investigation, is unquestionably authentic, a cybersecurity expert told the Daily Caller News Foundation on Thursday.
Story continues below advertisementThe DCNF obtained a full copy of Hunter Biden’s alleged laptop from former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday. The DCNF provided Robert Graham, the founder of the cybersecurity firm Errata Security, with a copy of the email and its metadata for forensic analysis.
Graham, who has been cited as a cybersecurity expert in The Washington Post, the Associated Press, Wired, Engadget and other news and technology outlets, told the DCNF that he used a cryptographic signature found in the email’s metadata to validate that Vadym Pozharsky, an advisor to Burisma’s board of directors, emailed Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015.
In the email, Pozharsky thanked Hunter Biden for “inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.”

The New York Post first reported the email in October, describing it as a “smoking-gun” showing that Hunter Biden had introduced his father to the Burisma executive in 2015.
The email was sent less than a year before Joe Biden pressured former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire a prosecutor who was reportedly investigating the gas company in return for a $1 billion loan guarantee.
Graham previously told the DCNF that emails sent from Gmail, such as Pozharski’s message to Hunter Biden, can be “absolutely verified beyond a shadow of a doubt” by testing its contents against the unique DKIM signature found in its metadata.
Graham used the DKIM signature within the email to verify with a private key on Google’s servers that the sender, recipient, subject, date and body of the message that the DCNF obtained from Giuliani were unchanged from when the email was originally sent in April 2015. Graham said the only way the email could have been faked is if someone hacked into Google’s servers, found the private key and used it to reverse engineer the email’s DKIM signature.
Email metadata on its own does not provide any indication of whether hacking had anything to with the email’s release, Graham noted.
“Of course, committing criminal hacking doesn’t make true information any less true, so no matter how illegitimately they gathered emails, the contents are provably legitimate,” Graham said.
Joe Biden’s presidential campaign said in a statement that his schedule indicates that no such meeting as alleged in the email took place. However, the campaign later told Politico that they could not rule out the possibility he had a cursory encounter with the Burisma executive.

I think John Adams summed it up well. Our Constitution was set up for a moral and honest God fearing populace. We really aren’t a moral country any more and why we are declining and falling apart.
Upfront I share your frustrations. I also know that Trump can not behave like a dictator and that is what you are suggesting. Trump can’t just order people around. He has limitations as a President. There is a separation of power that limit him.
Obama got away with a lot because we have become a very corrupt country heading in the wrong direction and our representatives from both parties supported him and that direction. They don’t support Trump and Trump knows that. If Trump sneezes, it makes the headlines for bizarre reasons to try and undermine him whereas Obama could do whatever he wanted.
OTOH it makes me terribly sad. OTOH I have a case of extreme cold anger and want no parts of what the left is re-imagining for our country. If you want us to go full BANANA REPUBLIC then what you want will get us there. We will be totally lawless and not any better than the left! It may come down to watering the tree of liberty….
States have the right to determine HOW and WHEN their constituents vote. Any objections to it are taken to the courts and that is what is going on. You can’t use RICO and Sedition and Treason for a state Constitutional right. The “Right to Vote” wasn’t specifically addressed in the Constitution until Amendments 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 25, and 26. Election laws and rules are the responsibility of each State.
Unfortunately Freedom of the Press gives them the right to print lies and determine what they think is news so they censor what they don’t like. I have no doubt our founders never dreamed we would have such immoral and dishonest people in positions of power and influence that we have today. The more secular we have become, the worse it has gotten.
The First Amendment gives people the right to “peacefully” assemble. It’s up to states to carry out arrests unless invited in to help them with law and order. Some are being arrested. Some are being arrested and dismissed by Soros sponsored judges that people have VOTED into that position. Yes, dumb people are VOTING in Soros judges! Should we also arrest people for voting in SOROS judges?
Trump does what he can. By now I am sure you have noticed that Trump has very little support for any of his agenda. To get things done you need representatives to back you up or it will be challenged and over ruled. Changes are carried out through consensus not by fiat.
Look at John Roberts and how he rules….Even our Supreme Court has corrupt people. Maybe Amy Barrette will make a difference – who knows! I hope she is not a bleeding heart social liberal…. Trump hardly has support in his own party! So Trump can’t just do what ever he feels like doing – He’s not Obama!
If Trump can be re-elected, THEN he has some serious housecleaning to do – many serve at his pleasure and he can fire them. With other positions it is more difficult to fire them. It is rumored that Rudy may be asked to be A.G. or head the FBI to help clean up the mess. The tech giants will need to be challenged in court and ideally the media should be held accountable for lies as they are with people in the private sector. Right now if you are a public person they can get away with lies etc. How decrepit and corrupt our government and politicians are is off the richter scale. These problems would have been easily handled if D.C. wasn’t so corrupt and self serving. It’s been going on for decades and most of us just didn’t know how deep and well entrenched it is.

No Charlie, Trump is not naive, you are with your unConstitutional demands and a little stubborn too. Trump has gotten a lot done in four years without the help of the swamp. Getting the wall up was a huge win for our country. There are other accomplishments but I don’t want to write a novel. You can look them up.
States need to handle their problems or ask for federal help. The last time the Insurrection Act was used was in 1992 under President George H.W. Bush, after Peter Wilson, then-governor of California, requested help to quell widespread riots after four police officers charged in the beating of Rodney King were acquitted.
They recently removed his statue. Back in 1994, voters approved the Wilson-supported Proposition 187, which sought to limit illegal immigration by cutting off state services, including healthcare and public education, to undocumented migrants. A federal judge later ruled it unconstitutional.
Today, DEM Governors are rejecting federal help. They won’t even let their OWN POLICE STOP THEM! They tell police to stand down and watch. Now how do you think they would react to bringing in the military when they want anarchy and chaos? Ast some point we may need to find out….
These same cities have been a mess prior to Trump with crime and violence. That’s not Trump’s fault. I blame dumb people who keep voting them in and expecting a different result. Maybe this will help them wise up. Should we arrest people that vote in these anti American politicians that also want to destroy our country and remake it?
At this point, I don’t want Trump wasting his time on them. I’d rather he get a second term and save our country from Biden/Harris. That is more important than what is going on in these cities. If you think things are bad now, if Biden or Harris gets in, it will be much worse from any perspective that you can imagine. We will be worse than Venezuela. It will be hell on earth and move into the suburbs.
Some cities are already gearing up for violence on election day. Smart move! No matter who wins there will be violence. It’s really not so much about Trump. It is a cultural revolution going on to erase our history, Constitution and remake our country into a lawless cesspool.
Make sure you are armed Charlie. You might need it if you live in Seattle. Better yet, if you live in Seattle, move out!
