Democrats Win Major Concessions on Vote-by-Mail from North Carolina in ‘Consent Decree’

151

Why is this being allowed? This is the forth battleground state (MI, PA, WI are the other three) in which the Democrats have been able to extend vote counting beyond the November 3rd election. The Dems are setting the stage for a contested election. In fact, Team Biden has hired an army of 600 lawyers to force the courts to decide the result of the election. This is why it is so important that President Trump fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court immediately. This fight will go to the Supreme Court. As such, President Trump must have a conservative majority to prevent the Dems from stealing the election on behalf of Joe Biden. President Trump better lawyer up in a big way. This is crazy.

Democrats Win Major Concessions on Vote-by-Mail from North Carolina in ‘Consent Decree’

By Breitbart, September 23, 2020

Story continues below advertisement

Democrats won major concessions on Tuesday from state election authorities in North Carolina, who agreed to their demands to relax the rules on mail-in ballots.

In an agreement filed with the courts in North Carolina, the plaintiffs — a coalition of Democrat-aligned interest groups — agreed to settle their lawsuit against the state in return for allowing ballots to be counted up to nine days after Election Day; allowing voters to “cure” problems with submitted ballots; and creating ballot “drop-off” stations.

The motion for a consent decree states (citations included):

As set forth in the Consent Judgment and in the exhibits thereto, (Numbered Memos 2020-19, 2020-22, and 2020-23), all ballots postmarked by Election Day shall be counted if otherwise eligible and received up to nine days after Election Day, pursuant to Numbered Memo 2020-22. Numbered Memo 2020-19 implements a procedure to cure certain deficiencies with absentee ballots, including missing voter, witness, or assistant signatures and addresses. Finally, Numbered Memo 2020-23 instructs county boards to designate separate absentee ballot drop-off stations at all one-stop early voting locations and county board offices, through which voters and authorized persons may return absentee ballots in person.

Several other recent cases that were otherwise favorable to Democrats specifically rejected a special “cure” process, including the most recent judgment in a federal court in Wisconsin.

The North Carolina “cure” process will allow voters to re-submit ballots after Election Day. It is described as follows in the consent decree*:

For the 2020 elections, Executive Defendants shall institute a process to cure deficiencies that may be cured with a certification from the voter in accordance with the procedures set forth in Numbered Memo 2020-19 (attached as Exhibit B). Curable deficiencies include: no voter signature, misplaced voter signature, no witness or assistant name, no witness or assistant address, no witness or assistant signature, and misplaced witness or assistant signature. If a county board office receives a container-return envelope with such a curable deficiency, it shall contact the voter in writing by mail and, if available, email, within one business day of identifying the deficiency, informing the voter that there is an issue with their absentee ballot and enclosing a cure certification. The written notice shall be sent to the address to which the voter requested their ballot be sent. The cure certification must be received by the county board of elections by no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020, the day before county canvass. The cure certification may be submitted to the county board office by fax, email, in person, or by mail or commercial carrier.

The consent decree also appears to allow “ballot harvesting” by third parties, requiring only that they provide an address and phone number when they return someone else’s ballot.

Democrat lawyer Marc Elias celebrated the outcome on Twitter as a “victory”:

https://twitter.com/marceelias/status/1308468158911610882?s=20

Elias was recently described by the New Republic as the man who is trying to stop President Donald Trump from “rigging” the election.

However, Elias was also responsible for hiring Fusion GPS to produce the bogus “Russia dossier” on then-candidate Trump, leading to efforts by the law enforcement and intelligence services to spy on the Trump campaign.

The consent decree is binding on North Carolina’s board of election and its Democrat chair, Damon Circosta, who was appointed by Democrat Gov. Roy Cooper.

The National Redistricting Foundation, chaired by former Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder, was involved in the lawsuit.

THIS will probably come up in Trump’s 6 pm presser today. AND don’t worry if you are against vaccines, you won’t be forced. There is no need for that, because even 50% vaccination rates will confer ‘herd immunity’ to the whole USA population, and Covid-19 will die out by itself. Evey virus must have cells to live in, and once they are outside the body, they disintegrate within a few hours or days. Smallpox is extinct on planet earth, except for a few labs.

“the Governor can mandate it” But Trump can countermand that, with an EO, and a public announcement that no charges should be laid for non-compliance, anywhere, and directions to Barr to arrest governors who try it.

That will shut the governors down, and even the medicos will back Trump up. We NEVER got even close to 100% vaccination against smallpox, but we got rid of it completely.

Students are required to have certain vaccinations. It varies by state as to what is required. I see no reason why this can’t be required by a state. I would bet that would travel through the courts again to see who rules. I have no confidence in A.G. Barr….. he refuses to do his dam job.

“Effective vacine”, such as Gate’s vaccines? Those that CRIPPLED around Half a Million children?

Or Gates’ vaccines that were forced on African children, where those “vaccinated” died TEN TIMES more than those NOT vaccinated?

Name your poison.

Ach: well, I can’t fix all that. As I said, we all have to make our own risk-benefit trade-offs, and decide on our own.

The whole presser is pretty good, and Fauci / Birx are gone:

And for sure, just looking through comments here makes it clear that there are, and will be many skeptics who refuse a vaccine. I not only can’t fix that, I don’t want to fix it, because 100% vaccination rates are not necessary anyway.

I received all requisite vaccinations, that were required back in the Pleistocene period. Our children receive all requisite vaccinations. Three or four decades ago, who knew? You’d get some update from their pediatrician and take ’em in.

I can remember being grievously ill, but not the full story. When I received the “whooping cough” shot … I spiked some super high fever and coughed for days. I just remember being very sick and staying at my maternal grandparent’s house as it was in town, therefore much closer to the little town’s hospital. The “whooping cough” vaccine was told to me. I only remember being placed in ice water a few times. And, as I recall, that was a b-tch.

The older of our two daughters had an extreme reaction to her MMR (second dose) and spent two days in intensive care.

But, that was simply par for the course. There wasn’t nearly as many cases of autism, closely linked to vaccinations, in those days.

Not so sure about that, seems it flies in the face of several SCOTUS decisions, don’t think Trump can make an EO that goes against that.

Hi Arthur, I always enjoy your comments. I don’t presume to know exactly what would happen in this case. But Trump’s EOs have a lot of muscle. Since they are not laws, they can be ignored by non-federal employees. But federal employees can be instructed to de-fund rotten governors. De-funding rotten people tends to change their behavior, and it’s also a lot of fun.

Defunding is great, and it has it’s place as a tool and as a weapon if need be to keep the unruly Democrats in line, like N.Y. City for example, which is happening right now as I understand it, but in other cases it just is not an option. While your right, and I fully agree, E.O.’s have a lot of pull, they can also be challenged, and Trump’s every move get’s challenged. Guy even THINKS about using the wrong fork at a state dinner, they climb all over the guy.

That being said, the SCOTUS has long held that (and I’m gonna give you a good link) the safety of the general public comes first before anything else. This even trumps religious liberty, so that can’t even be used to protect you from getting the shots. All it would take is one Governor to state that the shots need to be mandatory for the pandemic, and the rest wold all fall in line. Might be some conservative exceptions, like Noem in S.D., but not many.

Actually stumbled across this issue a while back in a conversation about this with some people in MeWe, and did some looking, and found a lot more cases like this, but not a one that could be considered to be even a little bit on our side….

“the safety of the general public comes first”

Yes but a vaccination rate of 80% would be enough to wipe put Covid-19. So SCOTUS would have a tough time interpreting the science, to get a fair judgment.

There is also a serious logic problem about ‘safety’. Many have found that the USA 2020 total mortality from all causes is lower than 2019 at the same time frame, Jan to Sept. Did anyone actually die from Covid-19? Or did they just happen to have Covid-19, when they died from other causes, like multiple organ failure? Or were all those cases just part of the multi-symptom population that has a USA daily mortality rate, all causes, of about 7,700 people per day. Again, why are the all causes mortality rates lower this year than 2019?

This would be a tough call for SCOTUS, because the epidemiologists don’t know yet. So thanks for the discussion, and there is a lot I don’t know yet.

And Arthur, thanks for the link!

Oh, I fully agree, the case can be argued, and might could be won. Is there really a justifiable pandemic, would be the actual question? the CDC already admitted that only 9,000 and a bit over, not sure the actual number without looking it up, died from covid alone, and all of them as I recall were over 60. Most of the rest were also over 60, or at least a large percentage, and had 2 or more additional medical problems that were factors included in the cause of death. These people could well have succumbed to the normal flu, just as much as the covid. That would be a valid argument.

Also to include in the argument would be that fully half of all the people that died in every state, or close to it the people were in elderly care facilities, and were not properly cared for under the circumstances, especially in N.Y. city, where it can be argued (and I believe it is currently being investigated) that they were intentionally assassinated to inflate the numbers.

If proper measures were taken to care for these people, the count would have been lower, but many of these people could well have died from the normal flu, not covid, and even if it WAS covid, the same applies.

Statistics show that this has a close to 99% survival rate, and there is a lot, and I mean a LOT of medical evidence to prove the point currently, so yes, this can be brought to SCOTUS, and argued and won, if SCOTUS would hear the case. Would also blow the whole scam wide open on the pandemic BS.

Problem is, the Governors that start the mandatory vac’s are going to cause a lot of problems before it gets that far, it will take time for it to get to SCOTUS, people will refuse the shots, will go to jail, lose houses, lose jobs, lose apartments, some might get shot, it could get ugly for a lot of people. Some could lose their kids over it as the state might come and try and take them, which is where I say people might get shot.

The case could be won, yes, but a lot of bad things could happen between the time the Governors start the problem and it gets to SCOTUS.

Oh, almost forgot, that mortality rate? I doubt that all of those people are covid/corona, thinking many of them are just listed as such. I live in an apartment in a small lot, and right across from me is a small funeral home. I am friends with some of the people that work there, as I have lived here for 6 years now.

Was talking to one of the girls there, not long ago, and she told me on the Q/T that just recently they were starting to get some people on and off that had death certs that were listing them as something other then covid. Said that for the longest time everybody that was coming in was listed as covid, period. No heart attacks, no GSW, no car crashes, no nothing, just covid. What are the odds?

Agreed, but a fact nonetheless. the CDC was telling people to list everything as covid no matter what the cause, early on, and that’s exactly what they were doing. Nurses were going online and talking about it, as well as doctors and other hospital staff, have seen several posts and videos on GAB and MeWe, as well as YouTube, some were deleted, but people managed to download and save copies and store them and pass them on.

Just like they were saying on the news how all the hospitals were packed full of covid patients, but people were going around in different states with their phones and taking videos and posting them showing the hospitals, totally empty, and outside they were showing the CDC tents, where people were supposed to be lining up for testing, no lines, and the tents were unmanned, no one there. Whole thing was a joke. Just one big damn lie…

That works only to a point, there have been decisions that state that the safety of the general public out weight other concerns and that if that is proven to be the case, the shots can be made to be mandatory. Going to leave you with a link to one of many cases, I have looked, and can’t find one single case that could be considered to be on or side on this one. Even the Religious Liberty cases would not cover you on this, as public safety would be deemed to out weigh that. All it would take is one governor to deem it mandatory, and then the others would do the same…

I looked at that case briefly…but since 1905, various religious groups and others have argued and won that they do not have to be forced to be vaccinated.
You’ve got a whole bunch of kids in schools right now that haven’t had measles vaccinations….a whole bunch of libtard mothers who don’t get their infants vaccinated….
In my case I would argue -senior – having had cancer twice- that it could harm me….and I would argue that a secondary choice would be Hydroxy. The Court could not argue against it because it has been used for over 60 years….and the Federal Government has used it for troops since the war with Japan….
Hydroxy.

And I seriously doubt ALL GOVERNORS would be on board considering who their citizens are and how they feel about it. Then I would just move there. LOL

This legal fight is age-old. It goes back to diseases like syphilis. When penicillin became known as an effective treatment, then the politicos stepped in. Since the citizenry did not want infected people refusing treatment and spreading the disease, then some people wanted to put them in jail and keep them there until they accepted the penicillin treatment. Some people want to do that right now with junkies, to keep them from addicting others.

Historically, these measures varied a lot across jurisdictions, and many states have quarantine laws. The basic idea is still related to balancing the rights and freedoms of infectious people against the rights and freedoms of the people who want to avoid infection. This came up in recent decades, when some HIV/AIDS patients infected others without warning them.

There is no medical solution to this, it is mainly political. Of course a few kids can safely get away with no vaccinations. And very few doctors would agree to a smallpox vaccination for anyone. The disease risk is nearly zero, but the vaccine can cause health problems. So those trade-offs do get made. But when third-world diseases like TB are increasing from immigrants, it’s good to vaccinate as many people as possible.

There is no vaccine for syphlis. Therefore, it can readily be spread. The same could be stated for Acquire Immunodeficiency Syndrome. That is totally different as someone, knowingly, can spread those deadly diseases.

On the other hand, if vaccinations work, why worry one jot or tittle about someone not vaccinated?

DemocracyRules
DemocracyRules

Well because if 90% refuse the vaccine, then the disease will spread rapidly. The higher the vaccination rate, the slower the disease spreads. Because with high vaccination rates, the virus or bacterium has a hard time finding anyone that it can jump on.

And by the way, you know someone who had polio, we all do, they are quite common. They usually don’t talk about it, because polio causes disfigurement.

And imagine what happens when an infectious disease doctor has a child polio patient walk, or hobble in for treatment. The child will have life-long health problems from this, and a simple vaccination could have prevented it. So it’s frustrating for docs to see people shunning vaccinations.

Achmed Mohandjob
Achmed Mohandjob

But …. it should be of NO concern to those that have received the vaccine. That is, if the vaccine actually works.

If I am one of the 10%, what the 90% have done/not done, is of no concern to me.

Imagine if a Gate’s vaccine was given that child that you saw walking in (India, for example)

Promising to eradicate Polio with $1.2 billion, Gates took control of India ‘s National Advisory Board (NAB) and mandated 50 polio vaccines (up from 5) to every child before age 5. Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating vaccine-strain polio epidemic that paralyzed 496,000 children between 2000 and 2017.

Would you want YOUR child to be one of the Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand?

So, it must be “frustrating for docs to see people that” have had vaccinations.

If you’re in a state that allows its use. Many states have made it illegal for a physician to prescribe, or a pharmacist to fill a prescription, for those drugs.

Nohio (special emphasis on the “No”), up until around one month ago, did not allow the filling of any “off-label” prescriptions for hydroxychloroquine.

States that are run by totalitarian, constitution hating and violating, tyrants (Nohio comes to mind) don’t want you cured by the use of an inexpensive drug. They want you to die.

It’s understandable that people will be wary of having something unknown but reputedly declared “safe”, injected into their body, because vaccines have had bad publicity – and with good reason. I respectfully advise that you do more research into modern day vaccines, Democracy. They are NOT THE SAME as those of the past. There was not an agenda behind them then as there is now. We stopped giving small pox vaccinations about 40 years ago, once the disease was eradicated worldwide.

TB vaccines (BCG) are not used in the US because the vaccine renders the PPD test positive and we then have no reliable way of determining who does or does not have TB unless we do routine chest X rays. There is also effective treatment for TB should someone get the disease.

Hey Creole, RE my comment, “And very few doctors would agree to a smallpox vaccination for anyone. The disease risk is nearly zero”
I used this example because it helps show the risk-benefit trade-offs that medicos must go through.

Certainly, it would be hard to get a smallpox vaccination these days. However, the example still stands, because the risk is NOT zero for smallpox. For example, the Iranians who live beside a biological warfare lab could get smallpox if that lab breached its security measures.

After all, it happened in Wuhan.

Hi there. The only country that still had smallpox in 1972 when the US stopped the vaccine was Ethopia (to the best of my recollection). I know very well what you mean about risk benefit but it really is not something that we have to think about with smallpox because there are no smallpox vaccines.

Don’t know if you recall but about 15 or 20 years ago there was concern about the use of smallpox in biological warfare. Some of the concern was that we do not even know if those of us vaccinated against smallpox were still immune AND there were no stores of the virus itself (except possibly in Russia) to quickly prepare vaccines. And who would be the first to get it should we create new vaccines. Nothing ever came of this but I still do not know if we were ever able to replenish our stores of the virus and recreate a new vaccine.

There are the naturally occurring smallpox strains and then there are the lab modified artificial strains. It’s the latter that we need to be more concerned about, and God help us should it ever be used. First it horribly disfigures, and then painfully kills….

And there is the possibility of weaponised smallpox being used in biological warfare. Vaccinations wouldn’t be effective because the smallpox virus would have been genetically altered to maximise its lethality. Existing vaccines would be useless against it.

Weaponised anthrax is another concern. Not only does it kill quite quickly, but the anthrax spores can survive in the environment for many years, contaminating it and continuing to infect for a long time after its initial deployment.

Back in the day….immigrants coming to America were tested at entry….if they had any disease they were denied entry and sent back home.
Why exactly are we not doing that today?

Or you could screen immigrants for 3rd world diseases like TB. Many of the Left who point out Lady Liberty and Ellis Island leave out the part where immigrants were screened. There were diseases that could disqualify people from entry into the USA. And no one promised immigrants free this and free that on the shoulders of taxpayers. People came here and worked very hard to create lives in freedom for their families. Unlike most of the immigrants today, they were grateful.

I personally think that if vaccines were so safe that there wouldn’t be so many books out there that one could buy in book stores that tell people, more then a few written by people with serious medical backgrounds of some kind telling us that they are not even close to safe. And why are all the people that are putting them out making themselves immune to lawsuits for bad side effects if they are so safe in the first place? Have to ask those questions….

Exactly, same with the mask BS, people are scared out of their wits over a flu bug because they have been told to be to the point they are frothing at the mouths, and no matter what you tell them, no matter what evidence you present them with, it’s, ‘Oh, THAT’? is their response, and a laugh emoji, like you’re out of your mind, even if you show them something right fro the CDC website, they won’t believe it….

I know.
And what is really interesting is that the masks have a disclaimer that states that the mask does not interfere with the transmission of viruses AND it specifically mentions CV19. To top that off, I believe that it is either the CDC or WHO site that states that surgical masks are NOT PPE!

The opportunity has not arisen yet but I intend to ask them why don’t the virologists they see on TV wear these masks. Why do they wear space suits? Ya think maybe it is because the masks DO NOT stop viruses and that you need a space suit to accomplish that goal.

I tried to explain that to some idiot on a WGME thread (local news station) once, asked me if that was the case, why did surgeons wear them? Told him it was for bacteria, not a virus, virus was too small for the mask to stop, they were not made for that, but the bacteria were not, and the mouth was a breeding ground for that, and bacteria in an open wound was a leading cause of infection, and if that got into a surgical incision, it could cause complications that could lead all the way up to death.

Then there were all the laugh emojis, and snide comments about was I a doctor now, blah, blah, so shot up a couple good links from medical sites to back it, they couldn’t get around that, and it shut them down, as far as to why the surgeons wore them, but they STILL insisted that the mask helped them, because SNOT or somesuch, and I was an a hole for not wearing one, had no respect for others, on and on.

I used to work HVAC, and know all about how they wear the suits and decon for a virus, and there is no amount of ventilation that you can use or filtration made that will stop a virus. Period. People are idiots, and here we are in the information age, and people have all this knowledge at their fingertips, and refuse, utterly REFUSE to access it. Shameful….

Me too. Within 1/2 hour of wearing a mask I experience enough discomfort trying to breathe and think straight that I have to leave. If I must wear reading glasses they do fog up. My lungs are just fine except for chronic exposure to the daily chem trails since I am outdoors a lot. There are only a very few places in which I am compelled to wear a mask. Now I do like a lot of other people, pull it down under my nose so I can breathe.

As you said; this is about trying to intimidate, manipulate, and control people. They want us afraid, especially of each other. Some people really do appears as if they think people who are not wearing a mask of a threat to their welfare. If they feel so safe wearing their mask why are they afraid of me for choosing to not wear one? Common sense and critical thinking skills are obliterated by unreasonable fear.

I have COPD, and am lucky enough to only have to wear a bandana on the bus, most places I go to don’t try and make me pull it up over my face, but there have been a few times coming off the bus that I have felt pretty dizzy, and have had to take the bandana down right away and get some air. That being said, I have some mild blood pressure issues, and Sciatica, so there is a bit of pain from that as well as other things most of the time, which may or may not be a contributing factor.

I live in Maine, and our dictator, Janet Mills left provision in her lockdown manifesto for people with breathing problems to get the ADA exemption of course, and I hit my doctor at Martins Point for a letter to get the exemption. wouldn’t give it to me, got a call from one of the nurses, telling me he would rather I wore the mask ’cause covid, as I had COPD.

Ripped her with facts, and recent comments from the CDC, as well as facts about the mask, she didn’t disagree, but said she couldn’t do anything about it, it’s just what the doctor said, she was just passing it on. Point, no sense in me trying to assassinate the messinger. Guess he’s just another medical shill for the state is all….

You made several points here I would like to weigh in on. I’m not all that bright, so I like to listen to bright people. One is your COPD. That is not a fun disease toward the end. I do understand why your doctors have a legitimate concern that you are one of those at high risk of fatality, especially if they don’t prescribe HCQ as early as possible. I would want my doctors to put me on a prophylactic dose of HCQ, daily dose of a quality zinc supplement UNLESS my particular state of health/ state of kidneys made high doses of zinc dangerous for me. I believe I recently heard of a 3rd item that seems to help this Rx. I think use of a steroid in those who already have the virus helps keep down inflammation of the alveoli of your lungs.Just passing on what I have read to you. It seems a prophylactic dose of HCQ for several years, if necessary, might be the simple solution for you IF there would be no drug interactions with any of your other medicines and no other contradictions for you to take it. Either way, I am a strong believer in medical freedom. I would want my doctor to work for me and allow me to choose to get that letter of exemption so I could choose to breathe. I must admit that even I would probably wear a mask on a bus as well as disposable gloves. I am driving my own car and

I saw a video mentioning a link between sciatica pain and low levels of a certain B vitamin from a trusted YouTube or other channel just a few days ago. It could be Dr. Eric Berg’s channel. I watch him frequently. Too low levels of B12 seem like a logical choice. But it seems like it might be B1/ bentothiamine. It was late in the evening and I was getting sleepy, so I don’t remember. And I doubt that any one deficiency is the only cause of sciatica. I had always thought it was related to such things as an injury or physical problem. But it is quite common to be low on B1 as well as B12. You might want to check into that information to see if you can get some relief. I have never had it, and don’t know what to say.

The most important thing I would do is spend time with Jesus and in His Word. I don’t pretend to understand it all, but I have too much personal testimony of His healing grace on a number of occasions to have doubt that healing is part of who Jesus is. It is clear in the Old Testament and many more examples after Jesus that healing has always been a part of what God wanted for His people. He loves to reveal His glorious, merciful nature to those who will receive it. By the way, most medical people are in the position of passing on the party line. We have a great deal of medical tyranny. Big Pharma is always trying to shut down access to certain supplements . Recently they started to attack access to bioidentical hormones. Women love those things. They are probably much safer and more effective than the Big Pharma crap. They want those things gone. I know. I occasionally have to write to defend our access to helpful, non-Rx nutrients myself. A small % of people have their finger in the dike to protect our freedoms.

That may be because the vested interests of the “medical mafia” place a lot of pressure on conscientious doctors who want the public to know the truth, to keep quiet. There have been a number of cures for various illnesses over the decades that have been ruthlessly suppressed by the medical establishment, and millions die as a result. Medical tyranny is what it is.

And why worry about catching this grossly overhyped disease anyway – unless you’re in the high risk group ( over 70 with existing health conditions ) you are at VERY LITTLE risk of dying from it, and are likely to only get mild symptoms which you will quickly recover from.

There are about a dozen groups making vaccines, and other vaccine-like treatments right now.

And as I said, to defeat Covid-19, it’s not necessary for 100% of the population to take a vaccine when it becomes available. At that point, we will all have to make our own personal risk-benefit trade-off judgments.

You talk as if CONvid is a health threat to most of us, Democracy. It ISN’T.

WE ALREADY HAVE a workable “vaccine”. It’s called hydroxychloroquine ! HCQ ( with zinc ) acts as a PREVENTATIVE as well as a cure. This aspect is discussed in the links I provided above. There should be no need for talking about Big Pharma’s vaccines / treatments – they are both potentially and demonstrably harmful – not to mention very expensive.

HCQ on the other hand, is safe, proven effective ( over 65 studies done ) and is dirt cheap* – *another reason why the pharmaceutical vaccine manufacturers censor any mention of HCQ – it affects their massive profits ! This too is discussed in the links I provided.

HCQ’s potential for treating and curing MANY OTHER viral conditions is explored in the links too. Zinc is what gets into the cells to destroy the virus. HCQ acts as a facilitator, it opens up the cell to allow the zinc to enter and do its job. The huge potential of this method may be an additional reason why the medical Establishment want to silence anybody that mentions it.

As the Dems, their mainstream media allies and Big Pharma have placed a blackout on ANY DISCUSSION of HCQ, let alone providing a fair coverage of it – you know that they are afraid the public will discover the truth that it works.

Hi spectrum: “DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINE”
Well I think that’s a bit extreme. Without the smallpox vaccine, smallpox would have caused hundreds of millions of mortalities, and it would still be a world-wide problem. It is a very tough virus.

Measles is another major world danger that vaccines protect us from. It has a high mortality rate in the unprotected, and blindness is areal risk in the survivors.

With everything in medicine, there is a risk-benefit trade-off. Even aspirin can be dangerous, and we all must make our own assessments of risks and benefits.

“…You may not have sufficient scientific training to make this claim with validity…”.

Of course. So…. we explore other reputable non vested interest sources that confirm it.

What makes it difficult is that it is hard to tell the helpful safe vaccines from the unsafe engineered HARMFUL ones. That is why it is essential to educate one’s self to identify which is which. Technology is such these days that engineered ingredients they contain put us in danger. Dangers that until now were not possible. That is why I caution against ALL vaccines. Even the ones they regard as safe. You cannot trust governments and so called “experts” when most of them work for their globalist masters.

You may be fine with accepting vaccines you think are safe, but if you’re later shown to be wrong, it is too late to do anything about it, the substances are in your body doing damage that you can then do little to nothing about. Gates is promoting his I.D. 2020 injectable tag, which could be a forerunner to the biblical “mark of the Beast” microchip that we are told will be implanted in our hand or forehead.

Just please, don’t give people the wrong advice. And there is very high risk of that, unless you are a very strong expert. One youtube video in comparison to the Library of Congress holdings on vaccine science is a strong imbalance. Microbiologists and infectious disease specialists typically go to grade 24 before they are done, far beyond grade 12 and ordinary college.

I know we are all suspicious about Bill Gates’ intentions, and I agree that Fauci is an un-convicted felon. But of course, all experts on vaccines are not evil people who are out to deceive.

The context of medical science is important to clarify this picture. For 300,000 years the human species had a life expectacy of about 37. In 1800, it was still 37 in the USA. Then the industrial and scientific revolutions got underway, and life expectancy in the USA and Europe reached 47 in 1900. A miracle that did not happen by chance, that was a miracle caused by medical science fixing stuff. In 2020 it is about 80 in the USA, another amazing miracle done exclusively by progress in medical science. And Vaccine science is part of medical science.

Meanwhile, some medical science deprived countries still a have a life expectancy of 37. So dumping on all vaccines seems to be a mistake to me.

The GOP, specifically Mitch McConnell doesn’t think we should be concerned about it.

Senate Majority Whip John Thune
Positions to Support National Mail-In Ballots…

Posted on August 7, 2020 by sundance

One of the more challenging facets to awakening the general public on the scale of corruption within Washington DC is the need for people to drop party designations. This is never more true than within the U.S. Senate where the “us -vs- them” mentality reigns supreme.

The system is created to self-sustain regardless of party affiliation. The Senate is one club with one perspective. Within that club rule #1 dominates: none of the members will ever expose another member. So when there is corrupt activity within the Senate no-one from within the institution with expose another. This is the way of the Senate and how it operates.

(L-R) Barrasso, Blunt, McConnell, Thune and Ernst.comment image

Current Senate Leader Mitch McConnell has a leadership group who carry out the institutional objectives of the upper chamber as a body, they include: Senator John Thune (whip); Senator John Barrasso (conference chair); Roy Blunt (committee chair); Todd Young (NRSC chair); Jodi Ernst (conference vice-chair); and Chuck Grassley (president pro tempore). None of these senators make a move publicly without approval from Leader McConnell.

Today Senate Whip John Thune rebuked the mail-in ballot concerns expressed by President Trump. Thune does this because ultimately the objectives of the upper chamber are more favorably aligned if President Trump is removed.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Asked if he agreed with the president’s repeated charges that mailed-in balloting will lead to a “rigged election” and “massive voter fraud,” the Senate majority whip told reporters,
“I don’t.”

(They want TRUMP out!)

…uuhhh….that’s not the way McConnell has been acting for the last three years…he’s been fairly solid behind Trump.
Let’s see how quickly he moves on the Supreme Court replacement…then I’ll make up my mind.

This is the THIRD unsolicited voter registration form I have received in NJ.
One accompanied a license renewal, another a vehicle registration and one totally unsolicited. DEM states are going all out to steal the election.

We have NEVER been solicited like this – EVER!
It’s postage paid and on the reverse side is the application!
Don’t be shocked if Biden wins….

It can also be done online for a fee of $1.00.
On the voter registration form you also have the ADDITIONAL option of using Mail In Ballot voting for all future elections – just check off the box! They want mail in voting to be a permanent way of voting so they can cheat to win in the future too!

Thanks Felix, good detail!
“Don’t be shocked if Biden wins” Actually on election day, Trump will probably win, hands down, because 84% of Republicans will vote in person, and their ballots will be counted immediately. But then the mail-ballots will be counted, slowly, for weeks, with myriad errors and corrections, that drag the counting out until Jan 20, when [acting] President Pelosi can take over, and she can declare Biden the winner.

And then, the SHTF.

It’s fuzzy but makes the point. I’m not in the mood to redo it. We are being railroaded. It makes me LIVID to put it nicely. I expect other DEM states to do this.

This is criminal. Do you really believe that people won’t be voting multiple times? Of course they will. When the President is declared the winner by the Supreme Court, NJ will be one of the states that will secede.

Democrats taking the election out of the hands of the voters and moving it to ideologically aligned courts is the real voter suppression.

Scheme all they like, Trump as always will be 3 steps ahead.

My biggest concern is at the voting places…..remember when that Black activist group (Black Panthers?) stood outside of a polling place with bats to scare away voters….was it New Jersey,Ohio? Bush started prosecuting them, but when Obama took office he freed them.

I appreciate Pamela posting this tweet from vote steal Marc Elias. Apparently one of the things they were suing NC about is our evil and hateful failure to provide prepaid mailers for the return of ballots. So not only do they want to greatly increase Dem. voter fraud in NC, but they say we should pay for the stamp needed to defraud us of the power of our vote. This appears to be a hallmark of the Progressive Movement: they not only do they want to destroy you, your children, your property, and your liberties but they want you to pay them for the privilege. Next thing you know they will be demanding that provide someone to come out and wipe their behinds the morning of the vote. I am sure the present left wing Dem. NC Governor would agree to that.

If the state law says that ballots just have to be postmarked by election day obviously they will have to be counted after election day. Republican lawsuits demanding that only election-day ballots should be counted are demanding states violate their own laws. Good luck trying to get that through the courts.

This is what happens when you sit idly by and just let the left get away with stuff. We have lost education, lost the press, and have lost enough courts to the point that they can do just about anything they want….legally!! Trump must win in November and he needs to clean house using a very large broom!
