Pelosi endorses Omar for re-election to Minnesota seat

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has endorsed Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) for re-election in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, announced Omar’s campaign on Monday.
In touting endorsements from Pelosi and Minnesota House of Representatives Speaker Melissa Hortman, Omar’s campaign said in a statement that the congresswoman “now has the support of the Democratic leaders of both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Minnesota legislature, representing the support of the state and national Democratic party at the highest levels.”
Omar has perpetuated anti-Semitic tropes on Twitter and introduced a resolution in Congress that promotes boycotts of Israel, likening them to boycotts of Nazi Germany.
In February 2019, a month after being sworn in, Omar accused AIPAC of paying members of Congress to back Israel, saying it was “all about the Benjamins.”
The following month, she pointed fingers at her “Jewish colleagues” for attacking her Tlaib for labeling their criticisms as anti-Israel because of the Muslim faith of the two congresswomen, in addition to slamming her critics regarding “the political influence in this country that says it is OK to push for allegiance to a foreign country.”
This led to the passing of a House resolution condemning anti-Semitism and other forms of hatred that did not call out Omar by name.
In response to Omar’s dual-loyalty accusation, Pelosi said at the time, “I don’t think our colleague is anti-Semitic. I think she has a different experience in the use of words [and] doesn’t understand that some of them are fraught with meaning.”
Republican Jewish Coalition executive director Matt Brooks rebuked the endorsement.

Is anyone really surprised? Omar’s anti-Semitism is the base platform of the entire faux-Democrats, in which Pelosi plays a prominent part in the Party’s Jew-hatred diktat. Pelosi, the Party, its Jihad true believers, BLM, ANTIFA’s bent is the eradication of Israel, Judaism, and, of course, the downfall of this Constitutional Republic.
If the American electorate can’t appraise, foresee this Republic’s dire situation, consequentially the abolishment of one’s Constitutional Rights where the nation’s laws will merely profit those of a selective, collectivist totalitarian mindset. It will not only afflict Jews, but all of whom dare preach a diverse politic or religion not sanctioned by the faux-Democrats’ despotic diktat.

I recall the non-Brit posters attacking Britain’s never-ending situation during the last few years; it may well come back and haunt those posters and the Republic. I have little faith in not merely the electorate but America’s electoral system. It is open to fraudulent voting and other corruptions.

Read William Federer’s book “Who Is King In America and Who Are his Counsellors?” It’s a look at 6,000 years of recorded history and how unique the USA is. Who are the counsellors? The pastors of the churches and the rabbis. I left a church because a new 30-soemthing pastor was selected. He’s not qualified to be youth pastor, but a bunch of men old enough to be his grandfather and knew better picked him to be the new pastor. He likes to wave around his KJV, put his name on the church van as “Senior Pastor,” but is qualified to be janitor. A Lutheran church in Farmington Hills has a lesbian as pastor. I was in Britain for a wedding in 1995 and the churches are all but empty. Of course, the Labour Party is a child of the Fabians and most if not all churches will become mosques. Remember one of the things Islam says it will do? Break the cross. In Syracuse NY a Catholic church built for German Catholics in around 1915 is now a mosque. These are examples why I have no Democrats among my friends. I respect no own that does. Having Democrats as friends is like being on a wooden boat with a hole in the hull. As you try to pug the hole your Democrat friends are drilling bigger holes in another spot.

I get not less that five emails daily from the Trump admin and the republicans. Not to mention text messages.
Sometimes there was an area where we could write to the POTUS. I did so on more than one subject over these years but never was there a reply and then they stopped giving us the opportunity to state what we thought. And as far as replying to any of the emails, forget it as they always come back saying either they will get it touch (and never do) or that that is an unanswerable site.
As for writing him a personal letter, I’m not able to. My printer is down and I have a central nervous system condition. I am lucky to make out a check for my hand starts to shake and I even have to put it aside until I’m able to finish it. We aren’t all in the best of health and with age comes health problems. I’m thankful to have made it to 85…

Have you thought about “talk to text”? Where you talk into your computer and it converts it to text. I recall a program called “Dragon” I think. My best friend had to get that program in order to continue her business because cancer was taking her down.
I made the mistake of donating to President Trump’s campaign….not much….but now I get 10-12 emails a day from his campaign, other Republicans for him, and from the RNC.
I get up in the morning, turn on my computer and start deleting.
I do fill out all of the questionnaires they send wanting to know how I think he is doing.
As for the impeach Pig-losie thing….I’m thinking they are covered over with Barr and the Coup issues, the riots, and so many other attacks by the Dimms.
I believe he’s got his hands full right now. I can wait.

One thing you didn’t mention but I’m sure you go through too. Every time you respond to a questioner or delete an email, within a short time, bing!, another text message. Like you what started it all was a small donation. And the letters!!! At first, being new to how it worked, I’d respond. Now I receive as many as 10 letters every other day – but from everyone imaginable that has to do with Trump or RNC. I live in a sanctuary county and have had my trash stolen, then 3 others that claimed my address as theirs. So now every letter I get (even if I shred it) must first use a sharpie to black all the personal info out. First ordered by 4’s, then 8’s and now I get 12 at a time. If it’s not one thing, it another and all so very frustrating.
I’ve had the CNS disorder since my second husband died. He died the same month and on the same day as my first husband. Within half-an-hour of his death, I started to shake and I passed it off as normal but on the drive from Andrews home, I had to pull over it got so bad. Returned to the doctor and it gave me a prescription and explained it to me. All would go away in time. The medicine knocked me for a loop. Probably what being high is like but when I came down, I didn’t like it one bit. I realized that I would have given away my whole household had any stranger come up to me and asked. I got rid of the pills and endured. In time everything did go away except every time I tried to do any writing my right hand would start to shake. I can do anything else but holding a pen somehow sets the shaking off. It’s now been 22 years so I guess I’m stuck with it. lol Lost my mom to cancer five years later in 03 and diagnosed with work related emphysema and the end shouldn’t be that far away (well, when the Lord says) as I’ve been in the starvation part of it for nearly two years. Next organs are suppose to start failing and that will be the end. I have to eat about every two to four hours but only sleep a couple hours at a time so that isn’t hard but if I put it off I get so weak I can hardly stand up long enough to make a sandwich. I’m really not complaining, just trying to explain why everything seems so important to me “right now!” Because I was caregiver to my husband for nine years and then to mom, I neglected my own health. Sure you can understand that. Now I have to pay the consequences. Later…

I understand. Being the oldest of six and four kids myself, I’ve pretty much spent a lot of my life caring for others.
Had breast cancer twice 6 years apart. They don’t tell you when they give you the first chemo it can cause SECONDARY CANCERS. That chemo gave me a different cancer 6 years later. I no longer trust most doctors.
You are lucky that you had a husband that you really cared about and was able to take care of him. I ditched my cheating husband back in 2012 and no interest in “training” a new one. LOL.
Being alone and elderly is a two edged sword.
On the one hand, you answer to no one and you do as you like. On the other hand, it can be lonely and make one feel vulnerable at times.
The only one who will not desert you is Jesus.

I quit buying that brand when they moved their operation to China. Very little tuna in all of that liquid in the can….and pure salt to hide the fact that the fish is not that good.
I found an awesome brand out of British Columbia. Caught in their water and packed in their country. No China connection at all. I buy it by the case because it is hard to find in stores here.
