LA Teachers Union Demands Charters Shut Down, Police Defunded Before Schools Open

This is the same school district that has had an ongoing problem with teachers sexually abusing children (ABC/LA Weekly).

Javad Jahandoust, the fire chief at the Kavian Fariman industrial complex, some 20 miles (32 kilometers) south of the city of Mashhad, was quoted as saying six storage tanks had caught fire, including the one that exploded.”

They don’t care. It’s all about money and control. Public schools will do anything to keep their monopoly. We desperately need school choice for all zip codes. No more pandering to just inner city schools. No child should be denied a good education and a safe environment with tax payer money. Why should those that pay more in taxes subsidize crappy schools? Funny how abortion is rammed down our throats as a choice and ideally your tax dollars need to pay for it, but the school your kids attend can’t be a choice.
In NJ Unless you pay private school tuition in addition to high property taxes that fund public school education, you can not escape the public school system. Now they are pretending to care about your kids by keeping schools closed because of the virus. LOL! They want to unseat and punish Trump and get paid for it. Some may or may not know the damage they do to kids keeping schools closed and many don’t care

I think allot of teachers don’t even like kids. In normal times you had to be careful where you sent your kids. Predators are where the prey is. If they are pedophiles, they will be in schools and houses of worship where your guard is down… I am not suggesting ALL teachers are predators but there are allot of them and they can be in public or private schools and any kind of house of worship.
.Nothing happened but this one tried hard to make something happen and allot of it took place at a church and we aren’t Catholic… It was quite an experience. Unless you allow your child to be used for bait and catch them in the act there is nothing you can do but send them a carefully worded cease and desist letter by signed registered mail… The police informed us that if is not carefully worded the predator can sue you for libel or defamation. Keep that in mind as things get more and more out of control. This guy worked as a janitor at a public elementary school……
We found out later at a Christian soccer camp picnic forthier final games, we weren’t the only parents that had a problem with this guy at that church. It was through general conversation that he emerged… Daycare centers are also places you need to be on your toes. We were very fortunate with our situation nothing happened beyond stalking and offering gifts to gain trust and confidence. At that church her teachers knew us well and you had to sign your child in and out of Sunday school. He tried to pose as her father and sign her out to go for a walk instead of attending class. It was quite an experience…
Be careful out there with you kids and WHO their teacher is. Go with your gut. Forget thinking it couldn’t happen to you. It can and often whether it is a church or a school where your guard is down. Those in charge often protect them…because they don’t want their image or reputation damaged and would rather sacrifice your image and reputation. Things are getting more and more out of control. Pedophilia is the next taboo they will be looking to normalize. It’s getting sicker and sicker out there….

Spreading the word.
A couple of months ago, my jeep radio stopped working. I thought maybe it was a fuse. It would come on here and there once a week for about ten minutes if I was lucky. I bought a boom box because I cannot stand driving without radio. I had gotten an oil change last Tuesday and I had them check it out. It was not the fuse and I would need a new radio. I said I am fine with my boom box.
Saturday I was going on a three hour drive and I could not wait to get out of town. I was at burn out from the self righteous bullies, the most burnt out since this all started. I got in the Jeep and started it, low and behold, the radio came on. It was on K-Love the christian channel. I was like well, I could listen to this as long as I have the radio working. It stayed on the whole ride. Coming home the next day, I thought I would have to use my boom box. low and behold the radio was on the whole way on that channel. Today it is still working. I see the signs.

You may have a short in your electrical system. Having said that other clear cut signs are hard to deny. It’s becoming more dangerous and sick out there. Lawlessness abounds!

My nephews wife (living in southern California) was a teacher for 12 years, teaching “special needs” kids. One day, she walked into the SCHOOL BOARD and told them that they were forcing indoctrination on kids and she wanted NO part of it, She told them she REFUSED to teach kids things that would ultimately harm them. So she quit and walked out. Sadly, there aren’t enough teachers like she is.

It is a sad situation when every event in life becomes a political football. Now we have an arena where whether yours or my stance on starting the school year on schedule indicates on which side of the aisle you reside.
The teachers union has shown its ass big time by advocating defunding the police and holding classes online, never mind the fact that the less affluent and rural children lack access to those online venues.
The two main mantras of do-gooders is “for the children” and “public safety”.
