Where the Hell Is John Durham?

107

That’s a really good question. The clock is ticking, Mr. Durham! If god forbid Trump loses in November than this investigation is going in the garbage. In the interim President Trump is being relentlessly attacked and persecuted by the Left, while the gutless RINO Republicans in the House and Senate do nothing. It’s horrible.

Where the Hell Is John Durham?

Trump has every right to be enraged that four years after Barack Obama’s top henchmen concocted and executed the biggest political scandal of all time, not one person has been held criminally responsible while trials against his associates drag on.

By American Greatness, July 10, 2020

In May 2019, Attorney General William Barr made an announcement millions of Americans had been waiting for: A U.S. attorney outside the Beltway would investigate the corrupt origins of the FBI’s probe into Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and government efforts to sabotage the incoming president after he was elected.

For the past 14 months, we have been waiting (impatiently, I confess) for news from John Durham, the Connecticut prosecutor Barr tapped to lead the long-delayed inquiry. After all, by the time the attorney general initiated the targeted probe, there was plenty of evidence of wrongdoing by top officials in the Obama Administration, including James Comey, John Brennan, and Andrew McCabe among others. Special Counsel Robert Mueller had wrapped up his two-year partisan witch hunt and despite unlimited resources—along with the unflinching support of Republicans on Capitol Hill—Barack Obama’s former FBI director could find no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.

But Mueller did plenty of damage in the interim. Just weeks after his May 2017 appointment, Mueller started rounding up Trump associates: George Papadopoulos was arrested at Dulles Airport in July 2017 on a concocted charge. A few months later, Paul Manafort, Trump’s campaign manager, was arrested; Lt. General Michael Flynn finally relented to a plea deal for which he still hasn’t been sentenced. (The judge in the case is refusing to drop the charges against Flynn, per the government’s request.) All that and more happened within the first six months of Mueller’s investigation.

Yet Durham has produced nothing for public consumption.

In an interview last month, Barr said there might finally be some news in the next month or so. “[Durham] is pressing ahead as hard as he can, I expect we will have some developments hopefully by the end of this summer,” Barr told Fox News Channel’s Maria Bartiromo on June 21. “His investigation will continue, it’s not going to stop because of the election. What happens after the election will depend on who wins the election.”

Trump isn’t part of them. No one would put up with that kind of abuse. His actions are against the deep state. Of late the Chamber of Commerce is going ape shiiiit over his VISA policy and they HATE the wall and wall funding, they hate disrupting the China trade imbalance, MSMCA, where Canada has still not signed off on it, hoping Trump will be out. Ms. Trudy and Pelosi have met many times over that. It just goes on and on. They must kep the virus fear alive to make that happen through mail in voting!

First, felix1999, I respect your stance and opinions. However, look at how the president DRASTICALLY INCREASED H1-B visas while Disney, and MANY American companies were firing American citizens … and, to add insult to injury … those terminated AMERICAN workers had to train their H1-B workers … that President Trump promoted.

I shall vote for the current president, but not nearly as heartily as last time.

Just recently, the president put some newer restrictions on certain visas. However, look at how this administration has handled them, over the past three years. Moreover, look at his speeches so Silicon Valley types.

H1-B visas increased DRAMATICALLY during the Trump presidency.

From 2017, until less than two months ago, H1-B visas issued increased dramatically. Remember, his first cutback (less than four months ago) was for those applying for permanent resident status. His recent threat was the first to deal with slowing the growth of H1-B issuance.

Chad Wolf stabbed him in the back. He was a former lobbyist for this crap. He wasn’t supposed to do that. John Kelly did the same thing when he held that position. When he tried to get someone decent in there, they wouldn’t confirm him. I forget his name… he was from that midwest and viewed as “anti immigration and “anti VISA” so he gets stuck with someone the swamp likes and tries to work with the person otherwise the position would be left empty.

WHY? To kill us faster?

I demanded that the Grant go to our Wounded Soldiers….not the organization that represents those who killed and wounded our soldiers!

If that was the reason, it’s even worse than I thought. He promised that American jobs would go to Americans. If he broke that promise, solely to “win them over”, that’s a travesty.

Trump is a pragmatist. He prefers to work with people and find middle ground to get rid of the issue if he can’t get everything. I think misjudged this situation, the magnitude of it and the resistance on it. . He’s been too focused on trade with China and other trade deals, blue collar jobs because we need to bring manufacturing back and get out of this global supply chain as well as other issues. We saw how important that was with this fake pandemic.

Trump has never had the support of his own party and I don’t think he was expecting that and thought they’d come around and they never did. He does what he can. He has tried to work with the swamp and it didn’t work so now he is forced to resort to EO’s. He’s not part of their club.

I will do some volunteer work for him and give him some money. It’s critical that we don’t get Biden as President. I understand what he is doing and always catch his press briefings. I may not always agree with it but that’s how it is. Frankly I don’t know how he stands these self serving, back stabbers. It’s non stop. He’s always asking the GOP to get tough. They purposely don’t defend him or help him with his agenda because it is against their agenda.

I try putting myself in someone else’s place. Imagine being a recent STEM graduate. Everyone told you, that’s the way to get a decent job. You apply yourself, study diligently, only to see someone from injia’s sunny clime, not half as qualified, get the job.

Or, imagine having worked in the technical world. Working long and hard hours for the past two decades. Your employer does you a big favor, they hire two workers, from injia’s sunny clime, to replace you and will only give you severance if you train them.

Jobs for Americans shouldn’t mean simply blue collar jobs. It should be ALL of our jobs.

I’m pretty upset about that.
Judicial Watch put out a story that 100,000 DACA have committed crimes from rape, murder, violence…etc. And there are far more than “800,000” DACA in America.

I believe every last one of them should be removed….then let them curse their parents for doing this to them….I am not their parent and I and my children should not have to suffer them being here.
Let them get sent back to where they came from and let them apply to come back in, and wait in line like all of the people who applied legally and waiting to come in here….some having waited for up to 8 years.
They will change the demographics of our country within one generations….because they keep having kids….and our Millennial idiots have stopped having kids.

Please Disney has been putting out more propaganda in their revisionist history movies for kids….and making trans sexuals normalized.

Also…power companies did it as well….told their long time workers that they had to train their replacements or lose their retirements.

Right now….as we post…..AT&T is doing the same thing. Saw some workers talking to news people in shadow….AT&T is telling their long time workers that they are being “moved” to some of their lessor companies….and will have to train their replacements of foreigners… and they will be working for less money. These workers suspect that these “other companies” will be closed after the transitions take place.

Achmed I see his decision to wear a mask as a possible symbol of capitulation. Yes I can see why he wore it to a hospital but if he does it again he will lose his base and lose the election.

I also see his total failure to give voice to medical experts other than Fauci, and there are many, as a bad move that will cost him dearly. Make no mistake about it there are many people who have been saying all along that Fauci is wrong but the general public does not know it and has not been given sufficient information to intelligently make decisions because the dissenters have not been given a public voice and none of them have been assigned to sit on Pence’s panel or to appear on TV to force Fauci to answer difficult questions that may not be obvious to the general public.

However, I do feel that he has held back some….he’s waiting for that second term to be unleashed. It’s exactly what I would do.

then it goes to the FBI and they sit on it, redacting it and dragging their feet. Rick Grenel did the same thing and very little was released and what little was released was good stuff and NOTHING HAPPENED! Round and round it goes to run out the clock with the hope that BIDEN is President.

This is the way that it works, from a legal and constitutional perspective.

If the president declassifies any documents and/or records, it’s a done deal. It need NOT be forwarded to ANY agency for redaction or approval.

For this valuable information, that belongs to the citizenry, to NOT be given to the citizens … that FAULT lies with the president. NO one else.

felix1999
felix1999

It never worked for the reasons I already stated. Trump can declassify them BUT it goes to the DOJ and usually the FBI and then it is checked to see if there are parts that affect national security or during the Russia farce they were with held because they were part of their phony investigation. Trump doesn’t personally read them to check on this. It’s not his job to do that. SO it is not his fault they don’t get released. He did his part and depends on others to actually release the documents and there is where it fails each time.

Achmed Mohandjob
Achmed Mohandjob

The various departments and agencies can review and redact. HOWEVER, the president does NOT have to accept said redactions.

Anything that the president releases is no longer “classified”. He has carte blanche.

If he is depending upon others, it IS his fault. All that he has to do is say NONE of it is classified.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Attorney General William Barr said in May that Durham, who is investigating misconduct by federal law enforcement and intelligence officials, will likely not conduct a criminal inquiry into former President Barack Obama or former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

“I have a general idea of how Mr. Durham’s investigation is going. … There’s a difference between an abuse of power and a federal crime. Not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessarily a federal crime,” Barr said during a press conference. “Now, as to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man. Our concern over potential criminality is focused on others. (No mention of Hillary anymore….)https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/grassley-john-durham-will-be-too-late-if-prosecutions-begin-after-2020-election

Barr told Fox News in June that he expects there to be “developments” in Durham’s investigation into the Russia investigation this summer even as he hinted that it would continue through the November election.

In other words, nothing will happen to Biden or Obama and the others until after the election happens and they hope Biden will win. The investigation will END in limbo with no one held to account for their crimes. Grassley must be sure nothing will happen or he wouldn’t be pretending he wants results. What swamp hand would want to interfere in Biden’s run if he is GUILTY and he is. Nearly everyone in D.C.and the globe is doing their part to get Trump out!

People are wrong about Jeff Sessions. The man didn’t have a legal choice and I was mad at the time too. I wanted him to play dirty to level the field, but you gotta understand that Sessions is as honest of a man as any single person in Washington.

Trump’s been shitting on him for over a year and it might cost Sessions his seat in the senate. The humility, patience, and loyalty of Sessions has been amazing. He’s a true conservative, an incredible asset to Republicans, and I think is undervalued by both parties.

I sure hope he wins the runoff. I think he and Trump can mend the fence. Tubby is probably a decent guy, he’s just not a battle tested, conservative asset. GOP can’t afford a rookie right now when there’s a veteran who’s been an all star for decades but is judged on one fumble (perceived fumble).

No, you are wrong about Sessions. What he allowed our country to e to be put through is unforgivable. He also has no accomplishments when he was a Senator. Name one! Sessions is a coward and hides behind imaginary honor. It truly boggles the mind that Sessions would run again! He should hide his head in shame! NO second chances for him. Sessions needs to stay retired in shame. There was no reason for him to step down. He should have fought it.

Look at how he handled the IRS scandal of them targeting Tea Party people for denying them their proper status. Keep in mind he was the A.G. then. He asked them to say they were sorry instead of prosecuting thm. Lois Lerner probably laughed herseil silly behind closed doors at his weakenss and not upholding the law.

GOP lawmakers furious after DOJ declines
to prosecute ex-IRS official Lois Lerner

BY JOHN BOWDEN – 09/08/17 03:22 PM EDT

(Texas) and Peter Roskam (Ill.), who sit on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, issued a statement Friday afternoon blasting the Department of Justice and Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s “deeply flawed” decision not to prosecute Lerner criminally.

Roskam, chairman of the Tax Policy subcommittee, called Sessions’s announcement a “miscarriage of justice.”

And you still think highly of Jeff Sessions and WANT MORE OF THIS COWARDICE and lack of law enforcement? No thanks! He should be tarred and feathered and run out of town.

NEVER FORGET: Traitor AG Jeff Sessions Turned on Trump — Put the Country and President in Grave Danger with Attempted Coup
By Jim Hoft
Published July 11, 2020 at 6:24pm

Jeff Sessions was sworn in on February 9, 2017 as the 87th Attorney General of the United States. Less than a month later on March 2, 2017, AG Jeff Sessions recused himself from all of the bogus Russian investigations.

Sessions betrayed President Trump and betrayed the nation and opened up the country to over two years of a criminal and corrupt witch hunt of the 45th President of the United States.

Jeff Sessions should have resigned as Attorney General but instead allowed the president, his family, his campaign, his Transition Team, innocent men and women and the nation to be steamrolled for over two years by a criminal cabal.

Two weeks ago newly released documents revealed the FBI and DOJ operatives set up and framed General Michael Flynn.

This occurred before Jeff Sessions was sworn in and during his time as Attorney General. On Monday morning Jeff Sessions had the gall to weigh in on the attempt by the Deep State to destroy General Michael Flynn. Sessions allowed it all to happen until he was fired! He should have atleast told Trump he might recuse himself and Trump would have selected someone else to be confirmed.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/07/never-forget-traitor-ag-jeff-sessions-turned-trump-put-country-president-grave-danger-attempted-coup/

Even as a A.G. . Sessions did NOTHING in other areas. He was a huge disappointment. He also had no accomplishments as a Senator for serving from 1997 to 2017. He’s 74 years old and a coward. It’s time to let someone else take over. Sessions has been “battle tested” and failed spectacularly. He can stick his imaginary honor where the sun doesn’t shine.

Assume the best possible case: Trump wins reelection, and Durham tries and convicts the major bad guys. Even then they’ll be pardoned as soon as we have a Democrat in the Oval Office.

The fix we’re in is bigger than that prosection. As soon as the enemy gets power again, either civilization ends or we’re forced to fight a civil war to prevent it.

In contrast, the Lincoln conspirators were arrested, tried and executed within four months. Let me repeat that again. Four months! Let that sink in. This has been going on for years and not one villain has been charged with anything! Really, how long does it take?

Justice delayed is justice denied. Durham has not only pulled the wool over Lady Justice’s eyes, he gouged out her eyes first!

I find this comment by Barr on the Durham investigation very problematic:

““His investigation will continue, it’s not going to stop because of the election. What happens after the election will depend on who wins the election.”

Good Lord I hope he doesn’t really mean this. In past months, I have told other people anxious to see the Durham investigation finally come out….to be patient because Durham needs enough time to get the investigation right. But NOW…..I am getting anxious and nervous about this. For God’s Sakes……Durham has had ENOUGH TIME to put his investigation together….since he has already worked on it for years. And there is MORE than AMPLE EVIDENCE out there of the DEEP STATE’S CRIMES. And the election is less than four months away!!! WTH are they waiting for? And to possibly wait until AFTER the election? This is INSANE!!!! Durham needs to release his investigation and indictments against the DEEP STATE….NOW….to stop the DEEP STATE and Biden from winning!!

IF Durham WAITS until Labor Day….only TWO months away from the election….this may NOT be enough time for the public to digest this information and for the DEEP STATE thugs to be put on trial and convicted!! It takes MONTHS if not YEARS to convict people!!

Good God…..I hope Barr does not mean what he’s saying. Other wise, Trump and us American Patriots areScrewed! SMH

Sometimes, President Trump has no one to blame but himself. Why does he put people in positions of power that are not 110% behind him.

How did he appoint people like Mattis and others who were covertly working against his agenda. But his worst appointment is that smug weasel, Christopher Wray. He is been working against Trump from day one. He obviously takes orders from his real boss, James “the weasel” Comey.

And sometimes Trump takes too long to fire these villains. He needs to fire Wray now and replace with Sidney Powell. She will be with him all down the line.

What a dog and pony show from the alleged existance of the DOJ. Judicial Watch has all the evidence. Eliminate the incompetent DOJ run by The Three Stooges and outsource the work by the far superior Judicial Watch. The DOJ has outlived its usefulness, if ever.

This is a delaying action called the “Potomac Two Step” to drag it out past the election in hopes that Trump looses. If he wins the FBI / DOJ will just sit on it for another four years while the Democrats continue to go after Trumps tax returns to start another impeachment as a deflection to hide all. The only thing I have been convince of since the beginning of the twentieth century (120 years ago) is the fact a two tier justice system exists. Only of late has it been so blatantly shoved in our faces. I know there is not much Trump can do right now so close to the election w/o giving the D’s ammo but I do sincerely hope after his re-election he, without mercy, cleans house.

Easy question to answer. He, like every other politician is bought and paid for by the Commie Lefty’s. You Americans will soon know the joys of living in the Soviet Republic of America. Because of your apathy, indifference, and stupidity, you pretty much deserve it. I for one will shed no tears for you.

It’s as usual in the public sector nothing gets done, drags on forever, no accountability, and no justice. The taxpayer just keeps footing the bill and getting screwed. They should get paid on a per conviction basis. Nothing, until we get results. How much more of this incompetence can we afford.

THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS FROM THEIR SATANIC LEADERS, SOROS, HILLARY, PELOSI, SCHIFF, ETC..

Maybe it is time, we arm ourselves and go out to counter-protest these dumb creatures.

Hannity whines every night as do the Republicans on his show but nothing gets done. All empty promises. The same with all the reporters he has on, where are the republicans? Why are they not exposing the FISA judges? Why are these judges hiding instead of showing themselves? Why such secrecy while these judges now know they were lied too. They should come out some way and demand prosecution fir false statements regarding FISA and signing off on the information declaring it truthful.

Mr. President …

… welcome to our world …

… Americans – especially Whitey – have been living this *dream* of the Lietards for … oh … about since 1828 …

Time for America to flush the Demokkkrats, the Republicrats(D), and all of the Leftist Bravo Sierra …

… be optimistic …

Never before in my lifetime has anyone as prominent as the President, and with as many Americans paying attention to him … spoken actual truth to actual power …

… it is the 11th hour …

… and if we lose in November …

… The Left will PUNISH America – and the planet btw – like they have never done before – they will try to turn us into China – and whatever functions now – will be sold or given away … the borders will be opened, Voter Fraud will become a Fundamental Right of the Left …

… and America’s Demokkkratic s*hole neighborhoods will be the model for the entire nation …

OTOH …

… Gun sales are through the roof …

… and drones(D) are taking the Red Pill in record numbers …

Voter Fraud and censorship are the Left’s only hope to save their agenda of hate, violence, crime, discrimination, poverty, and oppression …

*** With that cheery thought – everyone have a wonderful week …

(Sorry I’ve been silent lately – moving the kids this week – and it’s wearing me out 😉 … )

Aside from the fact that the Barr/Durham ‘investigation’ has been garbage from the start, maybe he doesn’t want to tell Barr and Trump that all he has been able to do is confirm what the DOJ IG Horowitz investigation found–there was no conspiracy?
Also, DOJ is not supposed to say anything about investigations still ongoing, even though Barr ignores it.

D A

Because Barr is a Bush family apparatchik…… and Barr and Durham are Deep State operatives.

Responsible reporting companies…Epoch Times….Breitbart….Gateway Pundit and others have spelled out the Coup attempt involving Obama, Rice, Biden, Samantha Powers, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, Page, and scores of others. H ell, even the NYT and Bozo’s WaPo have printed important aspects.

We all know 95% of the coup attempt story !!!

So the fact that Barr and Durham have done nothing speaks volumes about who they are and probably are part of the Coup attempt themselves. They are waiting ( AND HOPING) to see if Trump isn’t reelected.

Remember Barr SWEARS Epstein committed suicide.

WHAT justice arm of the GOP – like i said from the start when Durham was slated to ” investigate ” just like the large majority of all the GOP’s other HOLLOW promises to actually make some kind of effort to do their fuc-ing jobs and try to at least show some kinda inkling of a damn backbone – I’M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH – They will accomplish nothing just alot of wasted tax dollars with the only thing to show for it will be enough hot air to fill the damned Hindenburg – and we know what happened to it – Time to go out and buy more firearms ..

Kinda sounds like Barrs waiting to see what happens with the election – IMO – As there should be enough to at least put something out by now .. The magnitude of all of this warrants it..
