CNN’s downward spiral continues. What would have prompted CNN into bringing Sean Penn onto their network, to give people advice on how to handle the Coronavirus? How is Sean Penn qualified? It’s hard to imagine that CNN was at one time the industry standard for cable news. How does Jeff Zucker keep his job?
CNN mocked for bringing actor Sean Penn on to discuss how to handle coronavirus crisis
I know when things are going haywire in my life, I always turn to Sean Penn for advice.
CNN invited actor Sean Penn on their show to discuss what should be done in the midst of a “crisis” like the one we’re facing now with the coronavirus. Apparently Jeff Spicoli is the go-to guy in a time of national crisis. Who knew?
Needless to say, both CNN and Sean Penn got mocked and ridiculed something fierce by Twitter users, and I have to say, the comments were pretty darn funny:

Yep. THAT Sean Penn. The actor, who has always been so ‘put upon’ by the paparazzi for the last 30 years and is perpetually angry. The actor who thinks he can lecture all of us on what is best for us. Sean Penn, is proof positive money can’t make you happy. He could easily just have shut up and lived on an island quietly for the rest of his life. Trump needs to open up a denaturalization office, so people like Sean Penn can be fast-tracked out of their citizenship and out of the U.S. Immediately!

Harkening back to “Titanic” must be his frame of reference and he views the coronavirus hysteria as akin to an iceberg.
Using the newest statistics for the US of 25,493 cases and 307 deaths, the mortality rate is a paltry 1.2%.
