MSNBC Analyst Suggests Using Coronavirus To Prosecute Trump For ‘Negligent Homicide’ — Gets An Assist From Former Democratic Candidate

Story continues below advertisementSNBC Analyst Glenn Kirschner suggested Tuesday that he would attempt to prosecute President Donald Trump for negligent homicide over his handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
Kirschner laid out his explanation in a series of tweets, first claiming that the president “may have criminal exposure for some level of negligent homicide or voluntary/involuntary manslaughter for the way he’s mishandled the Coronavirus crisis.”
He went on to tout his own career as a prosecutor, saying that he had always been “on the lookout for novel ways to apply homicide … liability in an attempt to appropriately and ethically hold accountable those who were responsible for taking the life of a fellow human being.”
Kirschner concluded by accusing Trump of “negligent/grossly negligent (and/or possibly intentional) mishandling” of the response to coronavirus and claiming that the issue was “thorny” and “nuanced” but that all possible “criminal charges will have to be investigated.”

Can this Glenn Kirschner be sued for being stupid?
How about suing Obama for all the deaths from virus when he was president and waited six months, letting thousands die, before he finally did something.
Shooting one’s mouth off without thought behind it does’t make you look smart, just the opposite.
Remaining silent is the best means of not proving to everyone in the room what they already believe about you. Put another way, better to remain dumb (as in deaf and dumb) than to prove to everyone that you are dumb.
What next? Sue Trump for tornados, rain, drought, the common cold, your stupidity?

This human piece of garbage said Trump should be charged. But, he said nothing pointing to where Trump allegedly went wrong. Nothing! Why? Because there is nothing! This piece of garbage should be investigated immediately for his inflammatory remarks and perhaps have Federal agents surround his house and have him tested for possible Corona infection, because it’s clearly affecting his thinking.

HERE IS A QUESTION i have asked my Democrat friends and so far, they cannot provide an alternative argument FOR their abortions.
If a fetus can ONLY survive feeding off the mother while in the womb, then it will have to depend on the mother to survive outside the womb. DOESN’T THAT THEN MEAN A PERSON WHO ABORTS THAT FETUS IS MURDERING A LIVE PERSON THAT DEPENDS ON ITS MOTHER TO KEEP IT ALIVE? A crazy fool like Kirschner has probably framed, manipulated, and committed perjury thousands of times in his career as a federal prosecutor. Every case he has touched should be reopened and investigated. There may be hundreds of innocent people locked up because of this nut case.Unfortunately, Kirschner is the rule not the exception among the federal prosecutors.
