Boca Raton Law firm sues Chinese government over handling of coronavirus
The Berman Law Group is filing a lawsuit against the Chinese government on behalf of all U.S. citizens over its mishandling of the coronavirus. (MGN)BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — The Berman Law Group filed a class action federal lawsuit against the People’s Republic of China and several other Chinese government entities, alleging they mishandled the outbreak of COVID-19.
According to the law group, the lawsuit accuses the Chinese government of failing to contain the virus and allowing it to spread globally, causing it to become a costly global pandemic.
The law group is backed by big names such as Frank Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, and former Sen. Joseph Abruzzo.
The suit names five plaintiffs, none of whom have the virus, but who say they were adversely impacted by the outbreak. The Berman Group, a Boca Raton-based law firm representing the five plaintiffs, say they’ve received dozens of calls from others looking to be added to the complaint since filing.
The plaintiffs are “virtually certain to suffer physical illness or death, as well as emotional distress, and its physical manifestations, from the effects of the outbreak, and other damages,” according to the complaint.
The suit alleges that the Chinese government “knew that COVID-19 was dangerous and capable of causing a pandemic, yet slowly acted, proverbially put their head in the sand, and/or covered it up for their own economic self-interest.”
Among other claims, the suit is alleging negligence on the part of the Chinese government and is requesting a jury trial.
In a 20-page civil complaint filed in a South Florida federal court, the plaintiffs reference unconfirmed theories about the virus’ origin, including a theory that it emerged from a Chinese microbiology lab near Wuhan.
The Berman Group, however, is confident that they will be able to determine the virus’ origin after they obtain documents from China as the case progresses.
While the Chinese government could ignore the suit, a consultant with the Berman Group told reporters there are economic ways to ensure the Chinese government comply with the court process, including targeting various bank accounts and relying on treaties between the U.S. and China.

TIME TO CUT ALL TIES WITH CHINA AND RUSSIA, ALSO IRAN, AND N KOREA AS FAR AS ECONOMICS AND TRADE.
Oh, and while you are at it, LET’S SEND A THE ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IN CONGRESS, TO CHINA SO THEY CAN SETTLE IT ALL. Then, do not allow them back into the U.S.A., ya know, because of the COVID-19 situation. THEY’LL UNDERSTAND.

Setting aside the source of this virus, which in itself has many serious, potential implications, China realized fairly early on that they had a problem. It is true that they were slow off the mark, but became quite aggressive in their containment – WITHIN THEIR OWN BORDERS, but when did they EVER stop international flights out – the biggest means of spread to the rest of the world??
Are we to think that no official there considered the implications and consequences of not shutting down their airports, or was there an economical, or worse, motive for keeping them open. Think of where we are now because air travel out wasn’t halted and where we would be if had been. Sure some supply disruptions would have happened, but it would not have any of the potential it now has – real or hype – to devastate the global economy.
Whatever your personal opinion is of this virus – bats or labs – natural or weapon – mistake or purposeful – real or hoax, it has become the trigger that threatens to pull the plug of the sickly patient we call ‘international banking’. The debt and derivatives that have formed this credit bubble, cannot withstand the collapse of commerce that is now gripping the globe. When it implodes, it will bring a depression, not just a recession, that will at least rival the 1930’s. The governments will do everything they can to avoid a depression because depressions feed on themselves and take a long time before they push back from the table. In between, mayhem and destruction ravages the population.
The Fed. has fired their best so far and if it fails to stem the bleeding, I would expect their “helicopter money” scheme to be next up. If they do that, gold will be the only financial protection you will have.
On the bigger picture, the EU/UN and their handlers, will squeeze everything they can out of this to further their agenda. Chaos is their best friend and this viral event has plenty of that in spades. The NWO just took a giant leap forward.

Clever propaganda, partially true but designed to point the finger of blame on the US. The ChiComs are admitting the Wuhan Flu is a bioweapon and having been caught are launching the only possible defense: TOGDI, meaning the Other Guy Did It. They are counting on the barking of the Dog Fart Media to spread this propaganda around the world. What the ChiComs have done, folks are launching World War III. They have launched an attack as treacherous as the attack on Pearl Harbor or on the World Trade Center. This attack will kill tens of thousands of people, disrupt our economy a bringing chaos to our societies, It is obvious that faced with a failing economy they needed an excuse to tighten their grip on the county and to stifle any and all dissent. They first released this virus in Europe and the US. For reasons, unexplained it was released on Iran as well. Perhaps, this was a diversion or suited some ChiCom plan yet unrevealed.

Why would you beleve what the Chinese have been saying? Have they been honest about anything? I haven’t noticed the Chinese leadership having any integrity. Now they are trying to blame the U.S.. They shifted away from the fish market story…. Couldn’t it be another way to conquer other countries….
Others say it occurred in the Wuhan laboratory linked to China’s covert biological weapons program, according to an Israeli biological warfare expert. … The laboratory is the only declared site in China capable of working with deadly viruses.
WHO is telling the truth? I lean towards the secure lab that “studies” deadly viruses.

Given the one critical action they didn’t take (intl. air travel), it is beyond just negligence, and does indeed border on an act of war using a WMD. That follow-up comment is either very revealing or very stupid, or both.
Its either extremely coincidental or planned: released inside first – then to the outside (us) – contained inside using totalitarian measures that grinds everything to a halt, virus included – wait for the rest of the decadent West to collapse – be virus free and ready to pounce as soon as the mayhem peaks. I don’t know, maybe I’m getting too suspicious in my old age, but it sure stinks of something.

I had not thought about that – timed for maximum disruption? Were there test runs up till now? Does China’s amassing gold over recent years factor in this economic ‘bomb’?
The ‘failure’ to cancel the flights out is a very big hurdle in the deliberate/mistake scenario. How could something as obvious as that be overlooked – unless it wasn’t ‘overlooked’ at all.

In northern Italy, they imported in tons of Chinese for cheap labor to manufacture cheap knock off designer products. So that is where the hub for the virus is in Italy and it spread from there.

Sorry for the delay. I think it is established now that not only did this virus originate in China, but that it was ‘let loose’ as well. The evidence for this is twofold.
Multiple nations had prepared reports going back years that laid out expectations and responses for a ‘novel’ viral pandemic (Health Canada – 2006 ‘Canadian Pandemic Influenza Plan’ (CPIP) as an example). These reports very accurately described pretty much every detail that we are seeing with Covid19. Also, the UN sponsored a ‘planning’ conference, ‘201’ just recently, that dealt with a pandemic scenario. There was no lack of a ‘plan’, nor any misguidance as to the full range of consequences that any ‘mishandling’ would bring.
The key takeaway from these reports and conferences is the absolute compounding effect of continued air travel from affected countries. Here is the smoking gun. They knew well in advance that stopping outgoing flights early on, was crucial to containing the spread, yet no such action was taken. I believe ‘they’ realized the ‘bomb’ potential a novel virus had and whether it was a release or a biding of time for nature, the ‘plan’ to let/set it loose replaced any ‘containment’ thoughts or efforts.
The actual virus was only a part of the ‘event’. The core of the event was the ‘plan of inaction’ (intl flights) that they knew would produce the chaos they were looking and hoping for. The chaos this ‘pandemic’ is producing is not only in the early stages (worse is yet to come), but will give ‘them’ multiple avenues to grab power (almost like a buffet power diner).
How long will people or economies tolerate these burdensome conditions before they breakdown. Preparations are already being put in place under the guise of pandemic mitigation that would equally be deployed in any civil unrest, giving way to even more restrictions of freedoms.
As you also know, the debt/derivative bubble that has been created, is on the verge of an implosion the likes of which can hardly even be imagined. The changes that such an occurrence portends, will bring dreadful consequences to people and families everywhere.
