It was this intolerance, and justification of violence that got the USA Communist Party outlawed in the 1950’s. They were clearly not interested in the democratic free-enterprise constitutional republic. They just wanted power: “morality is that which furthers the revolution”.

FYI – the “supreme court” is FORBIDDEN the ‘making, or unmaking, of Law” ….. “legislation” is the sole responsibility of Congress, not the ‘court’. If the ‘court’ wants to ‘change’ the LAW, they MUST, BY LAW, send the issue back to Congress in order for the necessary “LEGISLATION”.
This is why the “court” does not “make a decision” but simply states their OPINION, majority & minority.

I think a law could be written around forbidding tyrant governments. Tyrants have certain distinct behaviors, that amount to racketeering. RICO laws against racketeering have stood up in court. Also, the Founders forbade tyrant government.

I don’t think people realize just how bad “education” has become and publishers are leading the charge. Teachers teach it and reinforce it. Once they have tenure, they don’t care what they teach in the public school system and some private schools.
A publisher without any integrity, like Pearson, nearly had a monopoly on Obama’s Common Core books. They are loaded with bias and inaccuracies that favor the leftist hate filled view of our country and selected people in it. In our country students are spoon-fed horrible bias in K-12 and it continues in higher education. Keep in mind like meeting people, first impressions tend to stay with you…. This is a students first introduction to subjects in school and forms their first impression too. The bias and rewritten history is overwhelming!
A few years ago Pearson was caught publishing a history book for a Muslim country with Israel not being on the map. When confronted, Pearson admitted this is what their customer demanded so they left Israel off all the maps in the book. That hasn’t stopped them from printing other inaccuracies or bias…. Money is more important to them than integrity.
Another anti-Jewish textbook gets the publisher’s thumbs down

The decision by Pearson Education Limited (Pearson) to withdraw Hilary Brash’s text book —The Middle East: Conflict, Crisis and Change, 1917- 2012— comes after trenchant criticism by blogger David Collier.
Collier questioned—among many other criticisms—why two timelines did not mention the Holocaust and why references to massacres of Jewish communities had been branded as “clashes”.
Collier said:
“It is almost impossible for the untrained eye to pick apart fantasy from fiction.”
A spokesman for Pearson said:
“An independent review of the texts by an educational charity found no overall evidence of anti-Israel bias. It identified some areas where the balance of sources could be improved and we are updating the texts and offering existing customers the option of replacing them for free.
“We always welcome feedback and are committed to creating engaging, accurate and objective content. We are the only awarding body that tackles this subject matter at both GCSE and international GCSE level. We do it as we think it is an important topic, even though it is likely to provoke emotive responses.”

Pearson’s decision follows McGraw Hill’s decision in 2016 to trash copies of its textbook Global Politics: Engaging a Complex World.
(Pearson did the same thing and yes they do have editors and proof readers. How can you leave ISRAEL off a map?)
Catherine Mathis—a spokeswoman for McGraw-Hil—then explained the Company’s reasons for destroying the textbook—which contained four misleading and inaccurate maps of “Palestine”:
“As soon as we learned about the concerns with it, we placed sales of the book on hold and immediately initiated an academic review. The review determined that the map did not meet our academic standards. We have informed the authors and we are no longer selling the book. All existing inventory will be destroyed. We apologize and will refund payment to anyone who returns the book.”
McGraw-Hill’s action followed criticism received by “MSNBC Live” after earlier airing the same series of maps. Host Kate Snow and her then guest Middle East expert Martin Fletcher subsequently acknowledged that they realized after they went off the air that the maps were not factually accurate and regretted using them.
The worst source of false information on the Jewish-Arab conflict is the United Nations Study titled “The Origins and Evolution of the Palestine Problem: 1917-1988” (“Study”) which has disseminated false information on the Arab-Jewish conflict since its first publication in 1978. The Study is published by the Division for Palestinian Rights of the United Nations Secretariat for, and under the guidance of, the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
(The false information self replicates to OTHER institutions and books as footnotes or chapters in a book with permission. Students use this to confirm “facts” and to incorporate it into writings so it becomes instutionalized over time as truth.)
Educational institutions and books regurgitating the Study’s false information include:
“politics.ie” – claiming to be one of Ireland’s leading politics and current affairs discussion websites
“Academia.edu” – a platform for academics to share research papers and claiming it attracts over 36 million unique visitors a month.
“iasexamportal.com” – which describes itself as “India’s Largest Online Community for IAS, UPSC, Civil Services Exam Aspirants.”
“UK essays” – which claims to use over 4,000 thoroughly vetted experts with the qualifications and experience to write you the best possible essay.

After being raised a Jew, I began to realize that I knew nothing. God meant nothing to me. Even the Torah, was foreign. No one told me that it was the Old Testament in the King James Bible, but in a different order. No one ever discussed the Talmud, so I knew nothing of that either.
My Bar Mitzvah came and went and I knew nothing about the passages or the ‘Torah Reading’. No one mentioned Hillel or Maimonides. I was told by my parents that I must marry a ‘good’ Jewish girl. To me they were ugly, so I hooked up with gentile women. I had Jewish male friends and relatives, but after high school they disappeared and I never dealt with them again.
I became an atheist. I stayed that way until I realized that people with that mindset drift toward authoritarian politics. My sister introduced me, and my older brother, to a Jewish movement that recognized Jesus (or Yeshua). Jesus was someone we were not allowed to talk about growing up. After reading the New Testament, I realized that Jesus was anything but authoritarian or violent. He believed in freedom, peace and a personal relationship with God.
With the help of some Christians and Jews, Jesus was portrayed as a self hating Jew, who will come back as a Muslim and lead them into a final battle with the Jews. It is no wonder that Israel gets no respect when their own people are divorced from the complete study of their history
