Biden has an impulse control disorder [ICD]. He cannot control his emotional impulses. If he was President, he might nuke China. Or even Oklahoma.

A pony soldier is a cavalryman, who rides horses. When women ‘ride ponies’, the meaning is different. Biden is referring to pony sex, which means pretty much what it says. Lying means she lies, and dog-faced means she is ugly, which may be why she uses ponies. Overall, this is one of the most insulting things anyone can call a woman. In the Opera Carmen, when another woman accuses Carmen of this type of activity, Carmen cuts her face up with a razor-sharp knife. This insult is very rare.

Yes but she appears to have been smiling after he said that. It does not look as if she took that as an insult. I would be infuriated if he had said that to me but it really did not seem to phase her.

Her manner was jocular, perhaps because she knew her question would be taken badly by Biden. She maintained her jocular facial posture after Biden responded. Just like all the rest of us, Biden’s meaning was not immediately clear to her.

Yes, there have been movies where ‘Pony Soldier’ is used. The term is still used, especially for the US cavalrymen of the Old West. But of course there were no women pony soldiers. And for thousands of years, women [and men] have been known to be interested in pony anatomy. And to ‘engage’ that anatomy. To me, Biden’s context is clear, because he certainly wanted to insult that woman, and she is certainly NOT a cavalryman.

This video seems like a forgery… that sounded as if he fully intended to insult the woman. But the woman is laughing…
Then again she went up to him all giddy and seemingly star struck. Why would he even say she is a liar regarding having gone to a caucus? That seems totally random. What’s really weird about the whole interaction is that response seems normal coming from Biden—being asked a tough question that has no good answer, he seems to have blurted our the first thing that popped into his head.

A “dogface” is a soldier. WW2 US soldiers called each other “dogface,” a term of endearment among buddies, comrades. I guess “you dogface pony solder” can be rephrased as ” you sadsack pony soldier.” Don’t know what kind of insult that is. It would leave me stumped.
