‘Never met a war you didn’t like’: Fox figures clash over Soleimani assassination

Story continues below advertisementTwo leading Fox News figures got into a heated debate over whether President Trump was right to order an airstrike that killed top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
Soleimani, who was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans, was killed in the airstrike near Baghdad International Airport on Thursday. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo explained that the decision to target Soleimani was directly connected to an imminent threat facing the American people.
Fox & Friends host Brian Kilmeade got into a heated back and forth over the strike on the show with network contributor Geraldo Rivera on Friday morning.
“I fear the worst. I think what we have done is unleash the beast,” Rivera argued. “You’re going to see the U.S. markets go crazy today. You’re going to see the price of oil spiking today. This is a very, very big deal.”
“This isn’t about his resume of blood and death, it is about what was next,” Kilmeade told Rivera. “We stopped the next attack. That’s what I think you’re missing.”
Rivera replied by pointing out that it’s unclear how Iran will respond to the assassination, while Kilmeade pointed back to Secretary of State Pompeo’s comments.
“Don’t for a minute start cheering this on,” Rivera said. “What you have done, what we have done, we have unleashed —”Kilmeade then said he would “cheer it on,” to which the guest shot back, “Then you, like Lindsey Graham, have never met a war you didn’t like!”
The host argued that Rivera’s accusation was untrue.

When Roger Ailes was railroaded out is when we saw FOX changing.
He was from a different generation where remarks could be made that weren’t taken so seriously by hyper sensitive women. When younger, Gretchen Carlson was attractive but age wasn’t kind to her, her ratings were going down as she was going left. If he wanted a woman, he could do better than her. It’s unfair but as women age they are typically replaced. You be the judge on Gretchen.

Murdoch’s two Uber Left sons were given the reins of Fox News…..because Papa was busy chasing a model until she finally caught him….it didn’t take them long to get Megyn “Cruella De Ville” Kelly and the washed up former high school Prom Queen, Gretchen Carlson, to accuse poor Mr. Ailes of sexual misconduct. They paid them each about 10 million dollars to “settle” something that never happened.
The end results: Ailes died from all the stress of dealing with all the legal crapola.
Carlson went on to head up the Miss America Pageant….that crashed and burned the first time out.
I’ve lost count of how many news organizations that Kelly moved around to and now she’s been on Fox telling people how difficult it is to be there.

Between the full costs of illegal immigration and defending ourselves and others from Muslims the cost is in excess of FOUR TRILLION a year. That money could be used to pay the national debt, provide free college and vocational training for life, pay for full medical coverage for all of our people, and support a generous retirement system and provide an economic of immense proportions. I am not wishy washy. I have never even been a Democrat. It is becoming common knowledge now that Iran is seeing a steadily growing body of people who are hungry to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. the growth there is starting to cause an increase in Afghanistan and India. I take it very seriously that the Bible commands us to take the Gospel to the whole world. People that don’t want to go to hell ought to have the chance to avoid it.

I am also a politically active conservative and real patriot. I am armed and not too afraid the enemy is going to exterminate me. My guess is that you are Jewish. Israel is the one that wants us to use our money and manpower to fight another one of her enemies for her. That’s why we were originally in Syria supporting those who were beheading Christians. The latest news is that that wicked Iranian General was on his way to work a peace agreement with Saudi Arabia. Israel complained. We took him out. He was indeed evil, but the timing is suspicious. Israel wants war with Iran and could care less about the potential blowback on Americans. I do believe we should defend Israel. But this may be about the “Greater Israel” project to fulfill the prophecy concerning Israel getting all the land promised her by God in advance of what God intended. Real shame to see lots of rural areas been caught up with drought and fires and most man made destruction.
Many farmers forced to ruin by the drought with lack of help from the Federal Government’s, failure to build dams, supply water to farming areas from rivers. Corrupt policies to help with funds only to force farmers more to the wall as help The real help to the drought effected farmers came not from the Government but by donations of many people that supplies taken to towns to save the day by convoys of Truckies. Not even one truck of the defence force used or defence help.
While our landscape has been locked up by the WildCountry project to protect the landscape biodiversity, protect animals, closing, locking up areas, allowing undergrowth to grow to alarming levels to fuel a Catastrophe as we see it today across Australia and also repeated in other countries under the UN’s Agenda 21 Wildland’s Project. In Australia called the WildCountry Project.
What we see is Australia’s food supply at threat, no livestock, no crops, been the first country to rack and ruin. Rural areas failure to exist. Farm areas cannot be rebuild in a day as most sold off to overseas, while Australia has a new flux of homeless from rural areas, that have to be housed, fed, clothed and so on. All the accommodation take up by overseas students and imported rural workers and refugees. Those that can return to areas, no infrastructure all damaged, no jobs on farms. Already our supermarkets supply many items packaged from NZ or from overseas manufacture. Tasmanian farms owned by China. Food prices set to rocket, meat non existent for the average struggling home. Insurance set to climb as many other things. Under the Disaster program all exported food, first call of port been to Australians, not overseas.
Our school children not taught the three R’s but all else, Global Warming, Sex education all under the UN’s Sunrise movement.
Our government’s are run by the variety of UN’s Agenda 21 (Depopulation), Agenda 2030 and a whole list of others, including Tavistock, Operation Mockingbird, Technocracy. Even our local governments ruled by ICLEI Oceania is the Regional Secretariat for ICLEI . Not much reports on the Arsonists, many probably from the refugees under Islam instruction to burn.
Australian’s will not forget, Prime Minister Morrison holiday as Australia burns.

The government doesn’t have to resort to striking matches. DEW is a laser beam that can be used to quickly ignite a number of targets in an area in a very short period of time. I recall that there were allegedly many witness to seeing a blue light right before fires erupted in one of the famous N. California fires in the recent past. I think it was either last year or the year before. There is also speculation that DEW’s were used in some of the Australian fires. I wasn’t at either place and do not know. In the N. California fire to which I referred the burn area conformed EXACTLY to the Agenda 30 map for that location. They want to get people out of their nice homes and spacious lots with wildlife and scenery and put them in stack and pack apartments densely built in the city. Areas of great natural beauty are to be kept free of human encroachment under Agenda 30. I do know for sure that the UN already own a lot of area in our various national parks and treasured areas. I think the leftards first get special designations for certain areas and then, somehow, they get put under the UN. It is a disgrace. This is our land.

I still don’t understand how this terrorist Iranian leader was even allowed into Iraq. Doesn’t Iraq have any security against their Iranian enemies? Iran and Iraq are long-time enemies and I would prefer we don’t insinuate ourselves. If Saddam Hussein was still in charge of Iraq we wouldn’t have to be entangled in their squabbles. Islam is always bad news for us infidels, no matter who the leader is of an Islamic nation. Let’s build up our defenses HERE like border security and not allow any Muslims to migrate HERE. When you BLOCK FOXNEWS, your cable or satellite provider know this. The more people who do this, the more noise conservatives can make. We dropped Cable and went to streaming using ROKU. Now we get OANN and Newsmax, which are totally CONSERVATIVE. If I wanted to listen to a leftist liberal point of view, I would ask for it. If a plurality of opinions is going to remain live on American TV, and I hope it does, then Rivera argued a case well, because Bush was a fool to overthrow Saddam thereby letting in Al-Q especially on made up evidence too, but I also have a question for Mr Rivera and others in his position.
When you count up how many ships Iran has captured recently in international waters and held illegally, how many UK Royal Marines and U.S servicemen has Iran captured and humiliated in captivity without any justification, how many threats against Israel and America plus its interests have been made, how many civilians in Yemen have died in a vicious proxy war with Saudi forces and finally how many of their own people has that male been responsible for killing recently because they were protesting against their government before western Liberals { and socialists } have the stomach to call a halt to those endless provocations and acts of violence with any kind of restricted targeted strike ?
