Gambia’s ex-president Yahya Jammeh was responsible for the murder of dozens in his native Gambia, while stealing tens of millions of dollars from his impoverished nation to enrich himself. Jammeh was also a vicious misogynist and sexual predator, and brutally suppressed Gambia’s LGBT citizens.
Jammeh’s solicitor general and legal adviser for part of his brutal dictatorship was Fatou Bensouda. The women who is investigating Israel for war crimes on behalf of the ICC. Given Bensouda’s support of brutal dictators and human rights violators, there is zero chance that she will investigate Israel fairly. Bensouda will most likely come down hard on Israel at the behest of Hamas and the neo-Nazi Palestinian Authority.
Like the United Nations the ICC is a virulently anti-Semitic organization. As such, Israel should not co-operate with what will surely be a corrupt and one-sided investigation by the ICC. Furthermore, all decent country’s should denounce the ICC’s outrageous investigation against Israel.

The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Fatou Bensouda announced on Friday she is ready to investigate whether Israel was committing war crimes in the Palestinian Territories.
Although the Gambia native has had a long and distinguished career, many don’t know some interesting details about her fruitful past. For instance, she served as a legal adviser for one of the most ruthless dictators in the world.
More importantly, Bensouda was once considered to be a firm ally of the State of Israel. In 2010 she faced immense pressure to investigate Israel following the Gaza flotilla raid that left nine foreign activists killed on one of the ships and 10 IDF soldiers wounded.She again fought off extreme pressure to investigate Israel back in 2014, following the Gaza war known as Operation Protective Edge.Gambia’s justice ministerFifty-eight-year-old Bensouda was born in the African country of Gambia and in 1987 was appointed as state counsel and deputy director of public prosecutions by former Gambian Prime Minister Dawda Jawara.In 1994, a military coup drove Jawara into exile and a military junior officer Yayah Jammeh took control of the country. The new leader was living a lavish and decadent lifestyle, crushing opposition, suppressing the country’s LGBT community, and effectively eliminating women’s rights.
Jammeh, nevertheless, chose Bensouda as his solicitor general and legal adviser in 1994, a position which she held for two years. In August 1998 she became Gambia’s justice minister, before being dismissed in March 2000.Her time under Jammeh’s rule has earned Bensouda a fair share of criticism, with many accusing her of turning a blind eye to the atrocities committed by the Gambian dictator.
Additionally, there are those who claim that Bensouda’s work under Jammeh should not have allowed her to be considered for such a prestigious position in the Hague.

I can see it now. Israel saves humanity and cures all disease. The next day it is called a The devil’s agent and must be eliminated.
Fair hearing? Doubtful. Besides, the ICC has jurisdiction only on members and the parties must agree to be heard. Unless Israel is a special case, wink wink.

GOD HAS BLESSED ISRAEL AND AMERICA (because America is Israel’s ally) more than any country IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. WHY? The Bible is clear that when ANYONE BLESSES ISRAEL, GOD WILL BLESS THEM. Soros Backed NGO to Help Prosecute Israel in ICC

The Israeli NGO Adalah, a prominent grantee of the US-based New Israel Fund, announced this week that it is “prepared to submit legal material” to the International Criminal Court against Israel. The New Israel Fund has been funded by billionaire currency manipulator, George Soros.
“Adalah believes that…the ICC prosecutor has made the right decision given the facts,” stated the organization in response to the ICC’s decision to investigate Israel for alleged war crimes.
“We welcome her position, [and Adalah is] prepared to submit its legal materials and opinions on these matters.”
Adalah, which has received nearly $700,000 from the New Israel Fund in recent years, is an outspoken critic of Israel, which it has labelled an “apartheid” state.
The organization routinely accuses Israel of war crimes and petitions Israel’s Supreme Court against the IDF and on behalf of convicted terrorists.

“As it isn’t enough that the NIF funds tens of millions of dollars to anti-Israel propaganda organizations that slander IDF soldiers and defend convicted terrorists in court, now their money is being funneled towards prosecuting Israel in the ICC,” stated Peleg.

The NIF is a dangerous organization that encourages violence against Israel And its supporters. I is the very definition of the “The Enemy Within.” Together with CAIR its tax exemption should be removed by executive order, the leaders and donors prosecuted for aiding and abetting violence against Israel and the USA.

Well then, we should ask ourselves what kind of organization – this time the ICC – would appoint such a disgusting individual, but this is the Western world and Western countries today. It’s now fashionable with some to appoint individuals with a black skin while overlooking or ignoring credentials. Call it ‘reverse-racism’ if you like, but it’s rampant among mindlessly stupid liberal/’progressive’ whites. The ICC is in The Hague that is in Holland, so what more should we expect than gross stupidity from the Dutch who long ago lost their minds, allow Muslims to dictate what happens in their country and punish those like Geert Winders who try to restore some sanity.

If I were involved in the defense of Israel the first motion I would file would be one to recuse the prosecutor as not only being biased but also being completely unfit to hold the office of the prosecutor. That should be the first fight. If nothing else, it would focus attention on prosecutorial bias and delay for years the “investigation.”

We all KNOW this won’t happen. The ICC is just as corrupt as the U.N.. If I were Israel, I would INVEST **MORE** and I mean TONS AND TONS OF MONEY INTO SELF-DEFENSE OF ITS LAND AND PEOPLE. Any international organization can ACCUSE AND CLAIM anything they want, but that does not make it true.
ISRAEL SHOULD LEARN TO IGNORE THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY EXCEPT FOR HER ALLIES. Spending time on these DEMONIC PEOPLE IS a waste of time. When the world sees how POWERFUL Israel’s defense system is (AND IT IS ALREADY THE MOST POWERFUL), maybe they will stop their lies and vengeance, but I doubt it. However, GOD’S WORD tells us that the world WILL turn against ISRAEL on all sides and then, HE WILL INTERVENE. That will not be a pretty sight 😉

I agree with what you say except point outo t that Israel already is well armed and its citizen soldiers trained better than any military on earth. The ICC is a powerful international organization and must be confronted lest they cripple Israel with an unfair, blatantly false verdict which will give the color of law to future actions by enemies of Israel around the world.

It’s all leading up to a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT in lieu of a country’s
sovereignty. We shouldn’t want a ONE WORLD COURT. Israel and the U.S. are
