Politico is reporting that Mark Zuckerberg’s took private meetings with conservative pundits.
None of these “conservatives” have been targeted by Facebook — they are, in fact, strident never Trumpers and have been richly rewarded for their perfidy by Facebook. Which is very much the point. The optics are “Zuckerberg works with Conservatives,” when in fact, his company is decimating them. Those of us on the right — myself, Gateway Pundit, Western Journal, Jihad Watch, et al — who have been routed by Facebook are in no way part of this charade, and continue to suffer under these digital totalitarians. Facebook destroyed my daily circulation — banning and blocking my readers and followers.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been hosting informal talks and small, off-the-record dinners with conservative journalists, commentators and at least one Republican lawmaker in recent months to talk about issues like free speech and discuss partnerships.
The dinners, which began in July, are part of Zuckerberg’s broader effort to cultivate friends on the right amid outrage by President Donald Trump and his allies over alleged “bias” against conservatives at Facebook and other major social media companies. “I’m under no illusions that he’s a conservative but I think he does care about some of our concerns,” said one person familiar with the gatherings, which multiple sources have confirmed.
“The discussion in Silicon Valley is that Zuckerberg is very concerned about the Justice Department, under Bill Barr, bringing an enforcement action to break up the company,” said one cybersecurity researcher and former government official based in Silicon Valley. “So the fear is that Zuckerberg is trying to appease the Trump administration by not cracking down on right-wing propaganda.”
CNN commentator Mary Katharine Ham, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro, AEI fellow and former Washington Free Beacon editor Matt Continetti, Town Hall editor and Fox News contributor Guy Benson, and Media Research Center founder Brent Bozell have also attended the dinners, according to the person familiar with the gatherings. Washington Examiner chief political correspondent and Fox News contributor Byron York also confirmed his attendance but declined to disclose the contents of the dinner because there was a prior agreement that it was off-the-record.

In 2016 Ben Shapiro’s ‘Daily Wire’ were just a blip on the map.
Like Glenn Beck and others Ben Shapiro lost his mind campaigning against Candidate Trump in 2016. Ben was one of the most vocal #NeverTrumpers.
Ben even joined Michelle Fields in spreading the nasty fake news report that Fields was assaulted by Corey Lewandowski after a Trump speech in Florida.
Ben Shapiro still rips President Trump on a regular basis.
But for some odd reason Ben’s website “The Daily Wire” has seen its traffic take off thanks to Facebook these past three years since the 2016 election.
At the same time EVERY major pro-Trump website has seen its Facebook traffic erased since 2016. Many pro-Trump sites even went out of business after Facebook altered its algorithms to target and eliminate pro-Trump voices.
Now we know why.
Ben Shapiro and other “conservatives” have been meeting with Mark Zuckerberg — presumably to bring attention to Facebook’s attack on conservative speech. But, more importantly, to grow his own website.
While these principled ‘conservatives’ dined with Zuckerberg Facebook has been systematically eliminating pro-Trump voices on its platform since the 2016 election.
Facebook is currently purging conservative content from their platform.
Free Speech is being eliminated in America. This is a fact.
In February of 2018 Facebook launched a new algorithm to ensure that conservative news would not spread on their social media platform.

Excellent post, rh2; Zuckerberg’s enterprise’s endeavor is part of the Left’s dumbing-down the proletariat. It is successful, however, by numbing the already numb brains of its true believers, its users. Indeed, it is a propaganda machine, as are the other so-called social media sites.
Zuckerberg is the quintessential pro-Islam, pro-Marxist acolyte; a man for whom Jew-hating, America-hating is his base diktat. There are people who say, you can find me on Facebook; sorry friend, I refuse to align with a hate-mongering site that is allied with betrayers, Jew-haters, and detests everyone not of its intolerance and totalitarian endeavors.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Zuck doesn’t even look like a human being. He looks like some other worldly alien that has been altered to make him look like a human…..almost.
One man with that much power is akin to Hitler and his power at his time. If I didn’t know better I’d believe he has come back. This isn’t going to end well for our country with him “in charge” of everything.

The business models of the high tech operations like Google and FB demand they accumulate and monetize your private, personal information. Until a new model can be found this will continue to be a problem.
