When police arrived at Mohammad Sahi’s home in the 6200 block of Denain Drive last Thursday morning, he told them he killed his family.

72-year-old Mohammad Sahi was arrested last Thursday at his home in the 6200 block of Denain Drive. When police arrived at the home, he told them he killed his family.
Inside, police found the bodies of Sahi’s daughter, 47-year-old Nargis Zaman, and his grandson, 18-year-old Hamed Zaman. They also found his other grandson, 21-year-old Hamzah Zaman, severely beaten, but still breathing. Hamzah was rushed to Bay Area Hospital. Sahi was arrested.

In Judge Jack Pulcher’s 105th District Court Monday, Sahi received two court appointed attorneys.
At one point in court, Sahi became emotional as his interpreter spoke for him, saying to the judge, “Yes, that’s fine. I did it. I mean, whatever you are charging me is correct.”
There will be a status hearing in three months to see if prosecutors will seek the death penalty in Sahi’s case. 3News will keep you updated.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A probable cause statement acquired by 3News Friday provides details of the double homicide that took place Thursday morning in the King’s Crossing subdivision in Corpus Christi’s southside.
It was just after 8:30 a.m. when officers responded to a trauma call in the 6200 block of Denain Drive. Two people were found dead, one was found injured, and now their relative, 72-year-old Mohammad Sahi, is facing charges of capital murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
According to the probable cause statement, two officers responded to the residence on Denain Drive after a neighbor called police saying he was approached by an elderly man who asked him to call them. He said the elderly man was wearing a camo hat and had blood spatter on his face.
The responding officers made contact with the elderly man, who was later identified by police as Mohammad Sahi. According to the statement, Sahi told them that he had killed his family after motioning for them to park in the driveway.
The officers cautiously placed Sahi in handcuffs and, seeking refuge from the rain, went to the front door of the home and knocked, after which Sahi “stated out loud that no one is going to answer the door” and for the officer to just go inside.
Upon entering the home, the officers discovered the body of 47-year-old Nargis Zaman on the living room floor with severe head and facial trauma. The body of a second victim, 18-year-old Hamed Zaman, was located upstairs in the den, also with severe head and facial trauma.
The third victim, 21-year-old Hamzah Zaman, was found still breathing in his bedroom, but the probable cause statement said he also suffered from severe head and facial trauma. He was transported to Bay Area Hospital and his condition is unknown at this time.
Police identified the victims as Sahi’s daughter and two grandsons.
Officers were unable to find a murder weapon at the scene. They reportedly asked Sahi “where the gun was,” to which Sahi responded that he used a stick to kill his family.
Sahi has been charged with capital murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond has been set at $2.75 million and his case has been assigned to the 105th District Court.
This case is still under investigation and a motive is still unclear.
Corpus Christi police clarified Friday the reason Sahi faces only one count of capital murder, saying they received many inquiries about it. According to police, “a person commits an offense of Capital Murder as defined by Section 19.02 (b)(1) if the person murders more than one person during the same criminal transaction.”

Prove it, you contemptible jerk. That is not my recollection from her book Now They Call Me Infidel, but since I don’t know for sure, based on my own recollection, I won’t argue the point. But even if I did mis-remember, it would not make me an idiot or a “lying worm” in your hate-fueled characterization. What a complete and utter goon you are.
Even if she had converted before leaving Egypt, she most certainly had not done so when she was a young teen in the incident I described on the earlier thread. She did, however, attend a Christian school and had noted the difference between the nuns who taught her and the vitriol she heard about Christians and Jews.
I very much doubt your claim, as I do recall from the book that she and her children attended mosque once after she arrived n the USA- I quite doubt she would have taken them there had she already converted. She found herself put off by Moslems who tried to get her to attend mosque, and her children were uncomfortable there- so she never returned. Conversion later makes sense.
But, hey, I got a good idea- let’s see what Wikipedia (Ref 1) reports on the subject, (something even you easily could have checked out before spouting off your stupid mouth, goon):

Oh, it exists, in a somewhat different form among “infidels”. In the Arab world, I suspect Christians have emulated the predominant culture. An estimate often given- not quite sure where it came from- is that 91% of honor killings in the world are performed by Moslems.

Honor, in Arab society- and i don’t think that can be divorced from Islam- resides in maintaining equality, independence, and freedom (think the street vendor who sparked the Arab Spring a few years ago by setting himself afire). Subordination results in a loss of honor, even manhood, and brings with it a sense of shame. Domination bestows honor; submission brings shame.

If he goes to prison and the inmates find out why he is there his days are short. As crazy as it sounds there is some honor in prison. Rapists, child molester, women / children beaters don’t last long.

Those are two tough majors and careers, although, on the whole, I respect nurses more than attorneys these days.
I used to know a nursing student at Cal State University Long Beach, she said the entrance requirements to get into the nursing program were amazingly tough.
