U.S. Attorney recommends moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe

Fox News is reporting that a source close to former Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe’s legal team said they received an email from the Department of Justice which said, “The Department rejected your appeal of the United States Attorney’s Office’s decision in this matter. Any further inquiries should be directed to the United States Attorney’s Office.”
Story continues below advertisementU.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official. Attorney General William Barr appointed Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham to investigate the FBI’s role in the probe against President Donald Trump’s campaign.
DOJ officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
Should the federal prosecutors indict McCabe, he would be the first senior law enforcement official involved in the origins of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
McCabe served as the acting FBI director immediately following the firing of James Comey, has said he personally authorized the counterintelligence and criminal investigation of President Trump in May 2017 over fears he would too be removed.
This week SaraACarter.com published a story revealing that the DOJ is also seeking former McCabe’s text messages. According to government sources the text messages will play a significant role in understanding the FBI’s probe into both President Donald Trump’s campaign and the bureaus’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send government emails.
Lawmakers unsuccessfully attempted to get the text messages during the litany of Congressional investigations. Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes, R-CA, told this reporter Monday that his committee was stonewalled by the FBI when they attempted to retrieve McCabe’s communications.
“The House Intelligence Committee tried to get the McCabe texts in the last Congress, but we were stonewalled,” said Nunes. “This is the kind of issue that really needs more transparency. There’s been too much unnecessary secrecy surrounding the entire Russia investigation- the American people deserve to know exactly what happened

Supreme Court allows Trump asylum restrictions to take effect, ending 9th Circuit injunctions

In a major win for the Trump administration, the Supreme Court issued an order late Wednesday ending all injunctions that had blocked the White House’s ban on asylum for anyone trying to enter the U.S. by traveling through a third country, such as Mexico, without seeking protection there.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals – long a liberal bastion that has been aggressively reshaped into a more moderate court by the Trump administration – handed the White House a partial victory in the case on Monday by ending the nationwide injunction against the asylum policy. However, the 9th Circuit kept the injunction alive within the territorial boundaries of the circuit, which encompasses California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Idaho, Guam, Oregon and Washington.
The Supreme Court’s order was not a final ruling on the policy’s merits but does allow the (TRUMP) policy to take effect nationwide, including in the 9th Circuit, while the case makes its way through the lower courts.

So while this farce makes its way through the lower courts, Trump can ACT on his asylum policy nationwide.
Foreign parasites will have to apply to the first FREE country FIRST before applying to the U.S. for asylum. Time to ramp up the judges and send them back AFTER they are processed with DNA. Trump has a plan for that to make that happen. See reply.

I hope you are not right but you probably are. McCabe, Comey, Barr, Mueller, and many, many more are Senior Executive Service. They laugh at Congress and the people because they know they won’t be punished. They have no loyalty to the USA. If McCabe goes down I will have hope that the deep state can be flushed.
