Trump meets Kim in DMZ, becomes first sitting US president to step into Hermit Kingdom

With wide grins and a historic handshake, President Trump became the first sitting U.S.leader to set foot in North Korea when he took 20 steps into the Hermit Kingdom on Sunday.
Trump shook hands with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as he crossed the low stone curb separating the North and the South at around 3:45 p.m. local time. The event in the Demilitarized Zone — which also included a roughly 50-minute meeting behind closed doors — marked a return to face-to-face contact between the two leaders after talks broke down during a summit in Vietnam in February.
Speaking to reporters afterward, Trump said that the two leaders had agreed to revive talks on the pariah nation’s nuclear program. The president said, “speed is not the object” in trying to reach a deal but noted he believes both sides want to get the job done. “We’re looking to get it right,” Trump said.

The raggedy-ass aspirant despots of the Democratic-Fascist Party in tandem with their appendage, the MSM., will put a negative spin, some may call it fake-news, to minimize or derogate Trump’s historic entering ‘Hermit Kingdom,’ the DMZ. Ironically, the fetid Democrats are admirers and hold more akin to those of Kim’s rule by tyranny. Meanwhile, Trump is the only President who has cracked the despotic veneer of this tyrant. The Democrat’s are likely seething, pissed-off but have no concerns because fake-news and the conjuring of contempt for this President is their sole focus.
Mad Bernie has, more than likely, read and covets Mao’s little red book again and again with the hope it will inspire his aspirant, tagalong Commies. Imagine yourself forced to spend a weekend at Bernie’s reeducation camp; in truth, it would become a lifetime of indoctrination.

I’m sure King Jong Un has a few of those gulags, perhaps up by the Chosin reservoir. Maybe Bernie can vacation there some winter and find out what it’s really like to be a member of the proletariat in the worker’s atheist paradise of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Indeed, Mark, Uncle Joe’s gulag system is how Sander’s envisages utopia. I, also, believe he is not the only Democratic with the endeavor to morph this Constitutional Republic into a mirror-image of the defunct USSR or some other former autocratic godless state. The Democrats’ alliance could result in an alternative consequence, an Islamic Theocratic State. Take care.

Trump is always polished, always presidential, always enthusiastic. Take a look at that ‘rocket man.’ He looks wooden, pissed off, constipated and that he really would just like Trump to take him to an American baseball game and have a hot dog.

Just in case you haven’t noticed, it is Democrats and treacherous Republicans in Congress, and courts, that have been stopping him completing the southern wall. To a foreigner it is amazing to watch such treachery from a country’s citizens. America is to many no longer an attractive destination.

We all KNOW, except may be you, that CONGRESS IS THE OBSTRUCTIONIST in anything Trump tries to do from border security to appointing anyone to any position. For the 1st time in my life that we get a decent President, EVIL REARS ITS UGLY HEAD IN CONGRESS because they are afraid of Trump upsetting their world, I AM DISGUSTED WITH CONGRESS, including the Republicans.
CIVIL WAR IS COMING and guess who will be the 1st to go? The Politicians who obstructed the AMERICAN PEOPLE whose wishes were FOR TRUMP to get something done at the border and elsewhere. Those are the same people who want to confiscate our guns and our wealth.
I WOULD WELCOME A CIVIL WAR IF IT COMES TO THAT SO WE, THE PEOPLE CAN TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK AND START OVER.
Sad that it will come to a Civil War, but it may be NECESSARY.

Why would President ‘Make America Great Again’ Trump choose to visit the most Orwellian country in the world and meet with it’s diabolically tyrannical leader when the North Korean government is completely against everything our country stands for and treats its citizens very nearly as horribly as the Nazis treated the Jews?
Does Trump think he’s still on that TV show he starred in or that he can make a deal with anyone, even people who have proven repeatedly and conclusively that they cannot be trusted.

I’m sorry: But color me unimpressed.
While our president means well, and is doing far more to advance the cause of peace with North Korea than any of his predecessors, Kim is a madman whose sole interest is in preserving his dictatorship by any means necessary.
Therefore our president, and our nation, should not be deceived: Kim will NEVER give up his nuclear weapons-just as he won’t bring to a screeching halt pervasive human rights abuses and the horrific persecution of Christians (who he deems the biggest threat to his maintaining a stranglehold over every aspect of North Korean life).
So while all these photo-ops (and that’s, really, all they are) may give the naive and politically-uninformed the false impression that there will be peace on the Korean Peninsula; truth is it’s only a mirage. So don’t get it twisted.

I agree. PHOTO OPS and P.R., that is all it is. STILL, if the little rocket man can take to Trump, then maybe they can still be an ally against IRAN, who wants to wipe out Israel. STILL, I think we should get the very best Seal teams to take out the Mullahs in IRAN and hand that govt over to its people as Jiminy Cricket Carter did when he got the Shah ousted (reverse it). Here’s the problem: Iran and North Korea have been collaborating on developing nuclear weapons for the expressed purpose of launching an EMP attack upon the United States for decades. Both are, technically, still at war with us.
An armistice (with North Korea) is not a declaration of peace-only a cessation of conflict.
And Iran has been chanting ‘Death to America’ (and spilled the blood of Americans) since 1979. We, to them, are the ‘Great Satan.’ Our destruction is primary. Israel, to them, is the ‘Little Satan.’
What Trump should have done, and still needs to do, is protect our homeland!
Our borders are, essentially, open. And our homeland remains vulnerable to an EMP attack-which we can neither prevent nor defend against!
And time is running out…fast!!
