It is an Islamic tradition. “Infidels who submit without fighting to the Islamic armies, are granted a pledge of security. They are protected from the jihad laws against infidels which command killing, slavery, ransom or deportation for the enemies. Peace and security for non-Muslims are recognised only after their submission. Protection status is provided through the Islamization of conquered lands. Vanquished non-Muslims peoples are granted security, as well as a relative self-autonomous administration and limited religious rights according to the modalities of the conquest. These rights are subject to two conditions: the payment of a poll tax (the jizya) and submission to the provisions of Islamic law.” (Bat Ye’or here.)

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued” (Qur’an 9:29).
The caliph Umar said the jizya payments from the dhimmis were the source of the Muslims’ livelihood:
“Narrated Juwairiya bin Qudama at-Tamimi: We said to `Umar bin Al-Khattab, ‘O Chief of the believers! Advise us.’ He said, ‘I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)’” (Bukhari 4.53.388)
UK jihad preacher Anjem Choudary said in February 2013:
“We are on Jihad Seekers Allowance, We take the Jizya (protection money paid to Muslims by non-Muslims) which is ours anyway. The normal situation is to take money from the Kafir (non-Muslim), isn’t it? So this is normal situation. They give us the money. You work, give us the money. Allah Akbar, we take the money. Hopefully there is no one from the DSS (Department of Social Security) listening. Ah, but you see people will say you are not working. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar (non-Muslim) So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”

A new survey has found that about 40% of the 130 known Islamist militants in Switzerland receive welfare payments, including unemployment and disability benefits.
Most of them are young men, living in suburban areas notably in the French-speaking part of the country, mainly unemployed and with low professional skills, according to the study published by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences on Wednesday.

– not the complete picture
– most Western Islamists have multiple sources of illicit income:
– they get welfare quite easily, then supplement it with illegal sources
– to them welfare is ‘Jizya’ – a tax on the West for supporting Islamists
– do petty crime on the side [eg, Italy]
– have several wives, all on welfare, giving some to the man
– smuggling, drug dealing
– running prostitutes [eg, Rotherham, England]
– because to Islamists we are ‘filth’, and it is OK to rip us off

I wouldn’t ever want to put a jihadi in school nor a workplace. Welfare is a subsistence lifestyle. Honestly, it’s a step up from prison but just barely.
I don’t believe any of them should be in our nations at all, employed or unemployed. I assure you, of the two options, working or on welfare, keeping them on welfare is the lesser of the two evils. Some Muslims are kind and respectful of nonMuslims.
Most are not.
It’s not fair to our women to work with men from Islamic countries. They are dangerous and lie about it.
Fewer female victims. That said, tons of them are killing young men every single day in every country they reside in. London is in the news but it’s been younger boys being stabbed to death in broad daylight by Muslims for decades.
UK especially. It used to be mostly white kids being killed. Now it’s minorities that refuse to convert.

There is only one possible solution here. But with the Left having its head up its nether end about reality, it is theoretically impossible. But NOT practically so. Just imagine if these “jihadists” all started to suddenly and mysteriously disappear. all over the world and muslims had the fear of death put back into their minds.. THAT is the ONLY solution as world war vs islam apart, the left would destroy any western state who tried to do so.

The Swiss have absolutely no reason to have these savages in their country other than stupidity. They had no empire so no post empire obligations they are not part of the EU so can not be bullied into taking unwanted refugees. Any country that takes these barbarians in voluntarily needs to change their government and have a rethink or deserve everything they get.

Let’s face one indelible, incontrovertible: Islam is a vast criminal conspiracy. Wherever the Muslims settle they milk the welfare system to the max while they supplement their income from a myriad of under the counter income and outright illegal incomes. For example, Muslims are forever gaming and defrauding the Medicare and other medical welfare systems. They buy out of date products for a song and change the labels, they sell fake trademarked goods,especially cigarettes. Each mosque is really a criminal gang center. The mosques have full time paid staff that search out and enroll members in every program that will game the welfare system in the US and Canada.It is SOP for the Muslims. They cost the taxpayers a lot of money while they bring crime and chaos to whatever communities they settle in.
