Report: “Palestinian” Muslims bombard Prince William’s car with rocks near Ramallah

Proving yet again that the more you appease the Muslim world, the weaker you are perceived to be — making yourself a target, a soft target.  Netanyahu Criticizes Itinerary for Prince William’s Visit: ‘Jerusalem Is Israel’s Eternal Capita

Despite the royal capitulation to jihad and Jew-hatred:

Report: Palestinian Arabs bombard Prince William’s car with rocks near Ramallah

Arab media reports that a number of Palestinian Arabs hurled stones at the car of England’s Prince William as he drove near Ramallah.

Caroline Glick explains:

According to a report of William’s planned itinerary in the Yediot Ahronot Hebrew daily newspaper Tuesday, Kensington Palace is going to great lengths to snub Israel and insult the Netanyahu government during his trip.

On June 28, the last day of his visit, William will travel to the Old City of Jerusalem, Israel’s capital.

Jordan illegally occupied and annexed Jerusalem’s Old City, along with the rest of eastern, northern and southern Jerusalem, during the pan-Arab invasion of Israel at its birth on May 15, 1948. Israel liberated the areas during the 1967 Six Day War and quickly incorporated them into Jerusalem’s municipal boundaries.

Prince William’s father and grandfather both paid private visits to the area. Prince Philip’s mother, Princess Alice of Battenberg, is buried at the Church of Mary Magdalene, adjacent to the Mount of Olives. Both royals visited her grave.

William is also scheduled to visit his great-grandmother’s grave during his trip. And that is where the trouble starts.

The Duke of Cambridge could have referred to his visit to Jerusalem’s Old City as a private visit, as his father and grandfather did before him. Both President Donald Trump and Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz referred to their visits to the Western Wall and other religious sites in Jerusalem’s Old City as private visits.

Instead, Yediot reported, Kensington Palace has insisted that William’s visit to Jerusalem is part of his official visit to the Palestinian Authority (and what it calls the “Occupied Palestinian Territories”). That is, rather than finesse Britain’s position on the most explosive issue in the Arab conflict with Israel, Britain decided to use Prince William’s visit to do what no government, other than Pakistan, ever did: claim, in an official act, that these sections of Jerusalem belong to the Arabs, not the Jews.

William probably watches the Fake News on the BBC and CNN international.

The TV news only keeps an eye on Israel. It doesn’t watch what the Palestinians say and do. Ask a CNN viewer if they know Abbas is a Holocaust Denier, and they will be surprised.

Here is the other side to this story: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-44640028. William went to Temple Mount and the Western Wall where he was photographed in front of the wall in prayerful position.

I believe Jordan annexed East Jerusalem- the traditional center of Jewish life in the city- in 1949, in clear violatoin of UNSCR 181 and that the UK was one of the few nations to recognize the annexation.

So, from a diplomatic standpoint, the UK was just fine with a Judenrein East Jerusalem where Jews were denied access to ancient Jewish holy sites (in marked contrast to how Israel treats Moslems and Christians now that Jerusalem is united under Israeli jurisdiction). Israel owes nothing to the Brits.

Based on the official reason Prince Bill is visiting Jerusalem, he should be glad all he got were a few rocks thrown at his car. Perhaps the IDF could respond to the Prince’s cold reception by giving him a long list of ‘do’s and dont’s’ while he’s visiting Jerusalem. If he or his team violate any of them, the IDF can quickly remove him…….for his safety of course. The IDF can tell Prince Bill & Co. two can play that game, MF’er!!

There are quite a few ignorant comments on here regarding the British royals. Prince Harry served at least one tour of duty as an attack helicopter pilot in Helmand province, Afghanistan, and apparently proved a very good pilot shooting Muslim terrorists, and William put in more than one request to serve in Afghanistan, also as a helicopter pilot. So while I have contempt for Theresa May and her cowardly government in respect of Islam and Muslims, I believe in being fair. Not all Brits were prepared to roll over and play dead to Islam, any more than all Americans are prepared stand up and fight against Islam. In fact America has it’s share of spineless worms in the Democratic Party.

Based on the article, it appeared William was officially visiting Jerusalem to meet with Palestinians and maybe meet with Netanyahu if he was a good boy. And Israel shouldn’t feel snubbed over that? That’s real great Prince Bill served as a helicopter pilot in Afghanistan. But, what does his service in Afghanistan have to do with him kowtowing to Palestinians while in Jerusalem. The Israelis should be outraged.
And the American Democrat party is riddled with spineless worms.

Why don’t you see the really positive aspects of his visit to Israel e.g. today at the Kottel

His visit to the house of the President of Israel in Jerusalem was also excellent.

My point is that these two princes are not spineless worms and we have not been given the full story here. It’s not clear that William only met with Palestinians. He is seen at the Western wall in prayerful repose, a privilege usually reserved for Jews, or so I understand. He did not get permission from bloody Palestinian Arabs to do that and no doubt would have infuriated them when he did so and when they saw pics of him at the wall and wearing a kippah. Further, I don’t know – and neither do you – that he “kowtowed” to Palestinians. If he kowtowed to those bastards he would not have gone to Temple Mount and the Western Wall! I don’t like the angle of this visit any more than you, no doubt to some extent orchestrated by the lousy May government, but I’m not prepared to condemn him based on some of what I’ve read.

I’m not a good target to take on when it comes to such things. I grew up under apartheid in South Africa and even through my family and I opposed those policies – and through newspapers I for ten years spoke out against them, duly getting the unwelcome attention of the security police – all over the world we were hated for being white (without people bothering to find out our position on apartheid). So I came to loathe and regard with contempt the lies against South Africa that I saw and heard in Britain, the United States and Canada and the unjustified hostility sometimes experienced – and duly adopted an attitude of “screw you”. It wasn’t a neurotic reaction on my behalf, just disgust for lies and half truths. Hence why without more information I don’t write off this royal.

I am sorry but playing up to Abbas and the Palestinians is not full support to Israel. Unless you tell the rest of the countries surrounding Israel that they must take all the Palestinians into their countries, like Jordan and Lebanon, (which kicked them out in the first place), then you are not solving the problem. The so-called Palestinian territories and Gaza do not belong to these Philistines, if you understand Biblical history.

Those who only quite recently started to call themselves “Palestinians” have nothing in common let alone an ancestry with any of those ancient peoples (like the Canaanites, Philistines etc.) who once occupied the land and disappeared and never showed up in history ever since. Not a single one of the many invaders, conquerors and occupiers of the land ever mentioned “Palestinians” while they all mentioned and recorded the Jews.

Caroline Glick is a hardened warrior for her country and a woman I could get along with anytime, right woman, right job and I’m sure she understands that the British royal family are at the disposal of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and as such, are wheeled out when needed to undertake visits to support the official position of which ever government is in power.

As any half wit can testify, the FCO has been “pro Arab” for over a century, this has little to do with the excellence of Arabs but everything to do with political power plays in the national interest {like any other country today}.

Like all powerful departments of state, the FCO has selective memory and a real fear of “losing face” so when IN a hole, it can take a lot to stop them “digging” further. They have been known to cling like a drowning man to matchsticks before, and this is the case here, in the “pecking” order, William is the furthest the FCO will go to avoid upsetting Trump, but they’ve sent a message from the government non the less, he’ll understand.

It’s time Trump played the “bully”, Teaser May is asking for it.

Poppey, back when LBJ was POTUS, he met with the Soviet premier, Andrew Kosygin. Kosygin said to Lyndon that there were three million Jews (in Israel) and 80 million Arabs. It made no sense to back Israel. That old amoral wheeler dealer, LBJ, who made tens of millions of dollars serving the public ( back when that was a lot of money, lol), replied that it was US policy because it was the right thing to do.

Now not denying nations act primarily in their own self interests, but at least with respect to the US, there also has been a tradition of leaders wanting to do what is right. The pre-WWII Churchill-Roosevelt alliance might be another such example.

The cited Caroline Glick article (another great thinker, right up there with Ms. Geller) is, unfortunately, misleading in implying that only Pakistan recognized Jordanian annexation of the “West Bank” after the 1948 war of Jordanian aggression. Archived here is a copy of Britain’s official document:

https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/britain-to-recognize-union-of-arab-palestine-and-jordan-and-state-of-israel

Pakistan was just following Britain’s lead. The government of the UK formally recognized the West Bank as Jordanian sovereign territory in 1950, before the ashes of the just-ended war had cooled down. But, Britain and (then-united) Pakistan were the only two nations to recognize Jordan’s attempted annexation of the West Bank. Ms. Glick is technically correct that Britain did not recognize Jordanian sovereignty over Jerusalem; but that is just because the UK held to the illusion that the 1947 partition plan’s idea of Jerusalem becoming an international city, a corpus separatum, could somehow be impliemented someday despite the Arabs’ rejection of the entire plan. The UK was, at the time, simply kicking the can down the road on the issue of Jerusalem. And it seems they have now finally come off the fence and made their decision.

What that means is that the language used by the CFO publicity materials on the recent royal visit is no accident. Britain created Jordan. Britain armed Jordan and trained Jordan’s Arab Legion and led it with British officers during the 1948 war. Britain would have been perfectly happy if Jordan had succeeded in wiping out Israel. And when they didn’t, Britain stood nearly alone in the world in recognizing Jordan’s ill-gotten gains-by-conquest. All this after Britain had dropped the ball on its League of Nations Mandate to foster and encourage, not limit, Jewish immigration to the territory of Palestine, and Britain’s Mandate administration and police forces turning a blind eye to causeless Arab aggression and murder of Jews during the 1922-1948 Mandate period. It’s nice that Britain seems to want to kiss and make up, with Israel, but their government is still deep in the Arab mindset with no sign of that changing.
