Former Bosnia Muslim commander Oric, accused of war crimes against Serbs, faces re-trial

I have maintained for years that President Bill Clinton made one of his many catastrophic mistakes when he backed the Muslims in the Bosnian war. Like President Carter backing the Ayatollah Khomeini against the pro-American Shah, the consequences of aiding and abetting Islamic movements are catastrophic, as we have seen in Iran with the recent protests against the Islamic regime. And here is more evidence of that fact. Oric was acquitted in October 2017, but there were “serious violation of criminal proceedings.”

It also bears mentioning that the leader of the Muslim world, the Mufti al-Husseini, raised Muslim armies for Hitler in Bosnia. Bosnian Muslim leaders were major Nazi collaborators during World War II and the Holocaust. They were complicit in and participated in the Ustasha genocide committed against Serbs, Jews, and Roma. They demanded to be allies of Nazi Germany, and formed two Nazi SS Divisions during the war. The Serbs were our allies in the great war, which made President Bill Clinton’s support of the Bosnian Muslims and abandonment of the Serbs obscene and wrong. And now the Bosnian Muslims are finishing the job that the Mufti started, persecuting and driving out the Catholics of the region.

I continue to take heat for my support of the Serbs (Christians) in Clinton’s Bosnian misadventure. But it is increasingly clear that I have been right all along: we were on the wrong side in that war, and the consequences of Clinton’s perfidy will continue to reverberate in that region.

Bosnian Muslim wartime commander Naser Oric who defended Srebrenica, site of an infamous massacre by Serb forces, faces retrial for war crimes after an earlier acquittal was quashed, his lawyer said on June 6.

“We received the tribunal’s ruling informing us that his (acquittal) was quashed due to serious violation of criminal proceedings,” Lejla Covic told AFP.

“The Sarajevo-based Court of Bosnia-Hercegovina ordered that Oric, 51, be re-tried,” Covic added.

Contacted by AFP the tribunal confirmed the ruling.

Oric was acquitted in October 2017 of charges of committing war crimes against Serbs while he was defending Srebrenica.

The ruling sparked outrage from Serbian leaders and victims’ groups but was hailed by Bosnian Muslims in a country deeply divided along ethnic lines since its 1992-1995 war.

Oric was one of only a few Bosnian Muslim commanders to face trial for atrocities committed against Serbs.

He was acquitted of killing three ethnic Serb prisoners in 1992. Another Bosnian army soldier was also found not guilty….

I’m not holding my breath waiting for any justice to be meted out on the various genocidal leaders of the muslum world ( Idi Amin, Suharto (the Indonesian muslum rat), Bangladesh, Sudan/Darfur etc.).
But was the C-l-i-n-t-0-n crime family’s use of the US military as janissaries for the muslum world an accident? Don’t think it can’t happen again Israel or Myanmar.

(P.S: I don’t want to hate my own country and immigrating or called for military invasion on my own land. Besides, foreign intervention often take things to the worse like what happen in Libya.)

Nasir Oric, was one of the most demonic Muslim thugs in this Bosnian war, a war criminal of the first order… along with his gang of goons and thugs they not only destroyed 34 Serbian villages that surrounded Srebrenica, each night they used the so-called “Safe-Haven” of NATO protected Srebrenica as a retreat after their nightly slaughters to hide among NATO forces. Oric video taped his disgusting tortures and murder of over 3,000 Serbian victims, mostly women, children and elderly.

Ten days after the fall of Srebrenica the Washington Post carried a story by respected reporter John Pomfret who was a witness. He wrote: “About 4,000 Muslim troops from Srebrenica made their way through the forest to safety in Tuzla.” The ICRC released a memo two weeks prior to the fall of Srebrenica that disclosed: “About 4,000 Bosnian troops in Srebrenica were reassigned to other military duty kept secret even from their own families.” If you add this 4,000 to those seen by Pomfret plus the alleged 7,000 victims of Srebrenica this totals 15,000 Muslim troops, two-thirds of the Bosnian army in a safe haven?

The Toronto Star carried a story about Nasir Oric written by Bill Schiller that said: “I was forced to sit in the living room of Oric and watch the video of himself decapitating his Serbian victims.” Schiller called that video “Oric’s Greatest Hits.” This is rarely mentioned by the liberal talking heads in the media. The Hague Tribunal watch this hideous video evidence and set Oric free, revealing the contempt this Kangaroo court had for real justice.
