It took nine long months, but finally Mohamed Noor has been charged in the murder of Justine Damond.
Minneapolis Somali-Muslim cop Mohamed Noor shot unarmed, pajama-clad Justine Damond to death at point blank range. On the force since 2015, he had three complaints against him. He is described by neighbors as “jumpy,” “ill-tempered,” “strict” and “disrespectful of women and blacks.” What was he still doing on the force?
In his short time with the Minneapolis Police, Mohamed Noor has had three complaints filed against him – two that are still open. The other was closed and Noor wasn’t disciplined.

Hijab-wearing Mayor Betsy Hodges instituted hiring policies in the police department to prioritize the hiring of Somali Muslims. This at a time when more than 22 young men from the community had left the state to join al-Shabab in Somalia, and roughly a dozen people have left in recent years to join the jihad in Syria, including the Islamic State group. The area in Minneapolis where Muslim killer-cop was recruited and fast-tracked for police work is a notorious hot spot for jihad recruitment.

Police officer’s Mohamed Noor lawyer caused controversy for reportedly asking for a review into Justine Damond’s autopsy report to see if she had taken sleeping pills. “It was absolutely sickening, and that’s the game these lawyers play, to try to attack the victim,” family spokesman Tom Hyder said.

The Minneapolis police officer who mistakenly shot and killed an Australian woman in July was behind bars Tuesday on charges of third-degree murder.
Officer Mohamed Noor was also charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, according to records from the Hennepin County Jail.
It was not clear whether Noor turned himself in or was arrested on a warrant, but Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman was expected to reveal more details later Tuesday.
Freeman had previously said that investigators did not have probable cause to charge Noor for fatally shooting Damond, a 40-year-old expat, after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home.
“I have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, the moment he shot the gun he feared for his life, and he used force because he thought he was going to be killed,” Freeman told activists in a videotaped exchange. “But he won’t answer my questions, because he doesn’t have to, OK? We all have Fifth Amendment rights, and I respect that.”
“And let me just say, it’s not my fault,” Freeman said in the video. “If it isn’t my fault, who didn’t do their jobs? … Investigators — and they don’t work for me. And they haven’t done their job.”
The county attorney’s office said in a statement to NBC News at the time: “We are working diligently on the case to complete the investigation as soon as possible. Beyond that, we cannot comment at this time.”
But on Dec. 18, Freeman apologized for his comments, calling them “ill-advised” and said he was not aware he was being recorded.
Noor has been on paid administrative leave since the shooting. His fate was left to prosecutors rather than to a grand jury after several high-profile police shootings in the area — and after the grand jury process was criticized as unfair because it rarely results in police officers being charged with crimes.
Damond’s maiden name was Ruszczyk but she had already started using her fiancé Don Damond’s last name.
A life coach and motivational speaker who hailed from Sydney, Damond’s deadly encounter with Noor happened on July 15 when she approached the SUV that Noor and his partner, Officer Matthew Harrity, were driving in.
Harrity, who was at the wheel, said that he was startled by a loud noise just before Damond approached the open driver’s side window and that Noor fired from the passenger seat, striking the woman.
Both officers were wearing body cameras, but they were turned off, as were the headlights of their vehicle.
In the aftermath, Freeman said the shooting of Damond “didn’t have to happen, it shouldn’t have happened,” The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported.
Don Damond said he hoped Freeman would “act swiftly to review the findings and determine the charges.”
Meanwhile, Michele Bachmann, a former Republican congresswoman who represented the Minneapolis exurbs, called Noor — one of the first Somali-American police officers on the force — an “affirmative action hire by the hijab-wearing mayor of Minneapolis.”
Bachmann’s remark was criticized as racist by local Somali community leaders and Minneapolis city leaders.
Also, Minneapolis police officers removed a memorial created by a white nationalist group for Damond that was placed outside the police headquarters.

You might want to think of this angle that came out immediately after the shooting. The two officers were having gay sex. Cameras were off. Lights were out. Book it, take it to the bank, that is what went down, and an innocent was murdered. Remember also the police chief that left was a lesbian. A hell of a lot not reported.

His refusal to answer questions baffled even those who wanted to take his side. It is as his role as policeman that he could have created a defense (however tenuous) for his actions also as a policeman he is very, very much obliged to answer questions. In my experience:
* 7-11s, although so do Sikhs and you don’t want to mistake one for the other.
* Gas station attendants
* Tow truck drivers – who are really poor at operating their equipment.
* “Indian” retaurants
* Taxi drivers
* Chobani Yougurt workers
* Minneapolis, New York City Police Officers
* Halal butchers
* US State Representatives
* Meat packers for Tyson or Swift
To be fair I’ve worked with a good number of Iranians in aerospace engineering and some of them were very good at the work.
A lot of them go into dentistry. Again, mostly Iranians.
And it does occur to me that Iranians are not Arab, but rather Persian, which is quite distinct from Arab. And if it weren’t for Arab expansion over a millennia ago most Persians would be Zoroastrian, which is a faith I must admit I don’t understand at all, but my gut tells me it is much more noble than Islam.
And most Indonesians would be Buddhist, which is a faith I have respect for.
Central Asians, like from the Caucuses and -stans, what would they be? Orthodox Christian?

For that matter neither are Indonesians, Pakistanis, Chechens, Bosnians, Africans, Turks, Uyghurs or many other ethnic groups which have been conquered by Islam. Yet each of these groups pretty much ignores that fact that Islam holds that Arabs are the best of people and cling to the lie of Muslim superiority.
In my view Arabs are from the Arabian Penninsula, but I have heard people opine that there are Arab peoples who originate from central Asia and the Levant. I’m unclear on that point. Is an Iraqi or a Syrian and Arab, I don’t believe so but some do I guess.

The thing to keep in mind, and I suspect you know this, is that prior to WWI the Ottoman Empire was still huge, Islamic, and NOT Arab. Most of the lines on the map in central Asia were drawn after WWI and fall of the Ottoman Empire. Iraq is considered Western Asia, Syria I would say is both in Western Asia and in the Levant. Due to it’s proximity to the Arabian Penninsula I would tend to agree that Iraqis are generally an Arab people but not Iraqi Kurds.
It gets complicated. Isaac and Ishmael. If you strictly believe the story of Abraham. Jews and Arabs are ethnically the same people except for language and theology, and the effect of over a millennia of Arabs modifying their ethnicity through the effects of their trade in African sex slaves. All those considerations of ethnicity aside, I sure as hell do not consider Islam to be an Abrahamic faith. It was invented by a bunch of filthy, backwards even for their time, pagan Bedouins by stealing Judeo-Christian dogma for their own, twisting it to justify their cruel barbarity, for the sole purpose of being the glue to hold together the empire they would have never built if the Persians and Byzantines had not exhausted themselves warring with one another. I for one do not believe that Muhammad even existed, I think he was a figure of legend, much as was King Arthur.
And Islam simply uses Allah to steal legitimacy from Christian and Jewish faiths, boiled down it is simply the cult of Muhammad who is actually more revered than Allah by Muzzies. Fug ’em all!

Chobani is one of the few items on my boycott list. A few short years ago Chobani had a recall for tainted yogurt. I looked up the lot numbers and went to my fridge to check on a couple of Chobani yougurts I had and the numbers matched and the lids were swelling.
I then read a comment from a fellow in New York who said his daughter worked in a Chobani plant back east and her first task each day was to scrape the mold off the processing equipment. Notably he described it as scraping the mold, not disinfecting.
So I’ve been avoiding the brand since before I learned how toxic they are for the community of Twin Falls. The Turkish owner, the homogenous Muslim immigrant work force, the effect of all the medieval barbarians on a small conservative agricultural city are all a damn shame. It brings to the fore the greed of the local University and the corruption of the city officials.

Yup. There is one “Asian” restaurant at a shopping center not far from where I live. There is also a new storefront church which took a vacant shop right next to it. On the other side of the church is a Family Dollar, where periodically I see muslims shopping. It will be interesting to see how that pans out — hopefully for the best.

That’s a tall order. The devil can only do so much to have islam roost on American turf, but there is no limit on what my God can do. Get ready for a big tsunami in the USA, that is, a revival in our Christian churches that will cleanse the land from all evil. More than that, muslims will be coming to the Christian faith. More people — muslims or non-muslims, will give their lives to Jesus, and some will be healed of all sickness and diseases. As the saying goes, “If it is too hot, get out of the kitchen.” Muslims will not convert out of compulsion, but under conviction by the power of our God. If it gets too hot, some muslims may deport themselves. No authority will have to deport them. Mohammed forced people to convert to islam, but their hearts were not in it. Jesus simply invited people to come to Him, so that they can have rest. Jesus’ yoke is easy, and His burden is light.

Any person committing this action should be charged and penalized to the full extent of the law up to and including a death sentence. Being a cop is no better or worse than any other citizen committing this type of crime. Justice is finally being served with Noor being charged for murder. Why did it take the police department so long to come to this conclusion. Are they attempting to carry water for the Sharia? Very likely! I think his claim that he was startled and in fear for his life as reasons for him firing his weapon so quickly are deceptive. Much more likely he was enforcing Sharia, where a woman by herself clad in pajamas and no facial covering was subject to death for tempting men. He quickly made that decision and carried out punishment. A very good reason sharia has no place in the U.S. or any civilized country. Life in prison at the least is what he should face if not death.

But their colorful expressions have southern ring to them, which reminds of how folks spoke around here when we all had regional accents – and the Saxon word for sex was not inserted into every conversation. btw – My daughter and I went to their Chit Chat Live tour in Dallas. They’ve gone on tour due to demonetizing … and it was great. They spoke / performed a bit for almost two hours to about 700 folks. The issue here is he shot a suspect who was unarmed. But under what circumstances? There are times an officer must use deadly force against an unarmed suspect, but those situations often sparked protest from alt-left special interests who race baited the whole incident instead of providing evidence.
These cases need to be judged on a case by case basis to ensure fairness.
I intend to wait for the jury’s verdict, but based on evidence so far, I think this officer will be found guilty.
I suggest not publicizing this too much so the defense cannot scream biased jury.

Why not purchase a Glock style 80% lower receiver.
