Federal appeals court dismisses Trump campaign lawsuit over Pennsylvania voting procedures
‘The campaign’s claims have no merit,’ the court said
By Vandana Rambaran | Fox NewsStory continues below advertisementA federal appeals court dismissed a lawsuit by the Trump campaign over Pennsylvania’s voting procedures on Friday, paving the way for the issue to escalate all the way up to the Supreme Court.
Despite Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani arguing to a lower court that widespread voter fraud occurred in a state where President-elect Joe Biden won by over 80,000 votes, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said “the campaign’s claims have no merit.”
The Trump campaign has the option of asking the U.S. Supreme Court for emergency injunctive relief, which would go to Justice Samuel Alito, who would then likely ask his eight colleagues to weigh in.
“The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!,” Jenna Ellis, Trump’s attorney and campaign adviser, said in a statement on Twitter after the court ruling.
Friday’s ruling upheld U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann’s take on the Trump campaign’s error-filled complaint, which Brann said, “like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together.”
The three judges on the panel were all appointed by Republican presidents.
“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” Judge Stephanos Bibas, a former law school professor, wrote in his ruling.

his ruling.SOME Judges are NOT as smart as people think.
THIS WILL go to SCOTUS and SCOTUS will uphold that there was FRAUD. Now, what they do from there, I dunno, but I would suggest that AMERICA HAVE ANOTHER ELECTION IN THE STATES THAT WAS FOUND FRAUD, BUT ONLY USING PAPER BALLOTS AND NO ABSENTEE BALLOTS UNLESS THEY ARE WITNESSED BY BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES.
I actually WANT THIS TO GO BEFORE SCOTUS because at least 4 of the people there, ARE WISE WITH COMMON SENSE. Care to guess which 4 they are?

The court refused to recognize fraud and fails to understand lawyers are allowed to represent defrauded voters and they call themselves Supreme Court Judges….So corrupt! Onto the U.S.Supreme Court!
Hmmm … looks like SCOTUS pre screener Judge is Justice Alito. He may have not liked his Supreme Court orders ignored twice for the same illegal offense in PA..
3 years agoGiuliani is not the person to be doing this. He is well beyond his time and does not seem to understand the requirements for injunctive relief.
3 years agoThese lib/commie judges always use empty verbiage to buttress their illegal vicious opinions; e.g., “it has not merit.” In sentencing Dinesh D’Souza to jail, the judge dismissed his arguments with the empty phrase, “all hat; no cattle.” Poor Irwin Schiff, (z’l) heard that phrase of no merit many times.

Many of them need to be impeached. Start with Bush appointee John Roberts.

3 years agoAll of these lying vastness are going straight to help for what they are doing. When peop!e present evidence and you just say it does not mean anything is so far out of whack from reality. They call it a conspiracy theory. It WAS a conspiracy! The CIA along with the press in this country have done a great job of making the term conspiracy theory a pejorative term.It’s not just a theory if it’s true, and it is ALL true.
