Instead of investing real war crimes in Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria, the ICC is relentlessly attacking Israel. The only democracy in the Middle East. Since President Trump left office, the anti-Semitic ICC has been on a warpath against Israel. All for defending its citizens against rocket fire and terror tunnels from Hamas.
There is nothing to investigate here. Israel has every right to defend its people against terror attacks. Furthermore, no other military in the world goes to greater lengths to defend the civilian population of its enemy than the IDF. Israel will fight these anti-Semitic attacks from the ICC with everything that they have. And they will win.
The irony is rich. The Holocaust was the impetus for international instruments like the ICC. Now it is the very tool that annihilationists use to insure a second: “It has been 50 years since the United Nations first recognized the need to establish an international criminal court, to prosecute crimes such as genocide. In resolution 260 of 9 December 1948, the General Assembly, “Recognizing that at all periods of history genocide has inflicted great losses on humanity; and being convinced that, in order to liberate mankind from such an odious scourge, international co-operation is required”, adopted the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Article I of that convention characterizes genocide as “a crime under international law”, and article VI provides that persons charged with genocide “shall be tried by a competent tribunal of the State in the territory of which the act was committed or by such international penal tribunal as may have jurisdiction . . .” In the same resolution, the General Assembly also invited the International Law Commission “to study the desirability and possibility of establishing an international judicial organ for the trial of persons charged with genocide . . .”

ICC Netanyahu: ICC war crimes probe is ‘pure antisemitism’
“It decided that our brave and moral soldiers that fight against the cruel terrorists are the terrorists,” he continued. “It decided that when we build a house in our eternal capital, Jerusalem, it is a war crime.”
New Hope head Gideon Sa’ar called the decision “despicable.” He said that to investigate the actions of “the world’s most ethical military,” the IDF, which protects “the most threatened country in the world,” Israel, is “morally twisted.”
Yamina head Naftali Bennett called the decision “a farce” meant to “tie Israel’s hands.”
Bennett, who had served as defense minister, vowed that IDF soldiers will continue to defend Israel.
“No ICC will stop us from doing it,” he said.
Yisrael Beytenu head Avigdor Liberman slammed the ICC decision as “hypocritical and antisemitic.”

ICC prosecutor to open formal probe into war crimes in West Bank, Gaza
Fatou Bensouda, who leaves office in June, says probe will be conducted ‘independently, impartially and objectively, without fear or favor’; move comes after 2019 Hague ruling that International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem

The outgoing chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Fatou Bensouda said Wednesday that her office will open a formal investigation into war crimes in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during a period beginning June 13, 2014, just three weeks before the start of the 2014 Gaza war between Hamas and Israel.
“The decision to open an investigation followed a painstaking preliminary examination undertaken by my office that lasted close to five years,” said Bensouda, who leaves office in June, in a statement published on the ICC website.
She said the probe would be conducted “independently, impartially and objectively, without fear or favor.”
“In the end,” Bensouda said, “our central concern must be for the victims of crimes, both Palestinian and Israeli, arising from the long cycle of violence and insecurity that has caused deep suffering and despair on all sides.”Bensouda said how prosecutors prioritize their work will be “determined in due time” based on constraints including the coronavirus pandemic, limited resources and their existing heavy workload.“Such challenges, however, as daunting and complex as they are, cannot divert us from ultimately discharging the responsibilities that the Rome Statute places upon the Office,” she said, referring to the court’s founding treaty.The prosecutor said in 2019 there was a “reasonable basis” to open a war crimes probe into Israeli military actions in the Gaza Strip as well as Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank.Following that assessment, she asked judges to rule on the extent of the court’s jurisdiction in the troubled region. They did that last month, saying that the court’s jurisdiction extends to territories occupied by Israel in the 1967 Six-Day War, namely the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem.The ICC could also potentially investigate crimes committed by Palestinian terror groups, including rockets strikes on Israeli civilian targets by Hamas and other groups in Gaza.

I guess with these new genocides the standard of living, population, infant survival rate, medical care, education, etc. of the victimized groups increase every year.
Maybe the ICC should spend time investigating areas of the world where this stuff is DECREASING?

If this were another country, I might be concerned, but this is Israel.
They, the people of Israel have stood against worse than this, and will prevail this time too.
