Pennsylvania Legislature Prepares Federal Lawsuit to Challenge Mail Voting Rulings

Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R) revealed to Breitbart News Saturday they will sue to block the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s rulings that would allegedly create “opportunities for fraud” to benefit former Vice President Joe Biden.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued three rulings on Thursday, extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to the Friday after Election Day, ruled voters could use dropbox to return mail-in ballots, and removed the Green Party’s presidential ticket from the ballot.
Democrats are reportedly expected to vote in far larger numbers by mail than Republicans, who will reportedly vote more in person.
The Philadelphia Inquirer wrote these rulings would “likely aid” former Vice President Joe Bidens’ campaign.
Benninghoff decried the state Supreme Court rulings, charging it would not only make Pennsylvanians’ vote insecure but also lead to fraud that would benefit Biden’s campaign.
“Well, sadly, they’re, really in my opinion, jeopardizing every person’s vote and the security of that vote. I think it’s ironic that the Democrat Party wants to be the party perceived to be about openness and diversity, but yet they work very hard to kick a third-party candidate, the Green Party candidate,” Benninghoff told Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle.

The stronger-than-expected increase for the third consecutive month follows a record 24.7% gain in July. Total existing-home sales — completed transactions that include single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops — gained 2.4% to a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 6.00 million. Sales as a whole rose year-over-year, up 10.5% from a year ago (5.43 million in August 2019).”

Arson is illegal. Also, it is illegal to counsel others to break the law. It is illegal to overthrow any US government. It is illegal to counsel others to overthrow any US government. If I was AG, I would convene a video meeting of all US federal politicians and remind them of the law, and warn them that they may be subject to prosecution if they break the law. Democrats are not above the law.

Barr is doing more, but nobody in the swamp really gets it. When Omar and others proclaim that they will burn the place down, they mean it.
If Barr was smart, he would be working with DHS, National Guard, and regular military to maintain order. It will take hundreds of thousands of forces to maintain order.
Barr should also call in Soros for a meeting and tell him to leave the USA for the next six months, and yield up all his bank account numbers, to be frozen.
Barr won’t do these things, because he does not perceive the danger accurately. Barr is in a bubble, like the rest.
People who see themselves as USA militia mean well, but history records that random violence cannot be thwarted very well by random counter-violence. The conservative militia will win, but they are not ready to come home and find their families liquidated, because someone doxxed them. That’s normal for conflicts with the left, of course they do not play by the rules, or laws, or moral guidelines.

Probably. Vacancy rentals are increasing in riot cities, as kids move back with parents, and some people leave town. Others sell properties and move.
But this is how a well-functioning civilization works, it has self-correcting systems, that help people adapt to crises and change.
Meanwhile, people stuck at home are building decks and renovating, driving lumber prices up.

The first debate between Biden and Trump is scheduled for
Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Case Western University and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. It will be hosted by Trump hater, Chris Wallace. The format will be six 15 minute long segments, with each segment devoted to one topic.
The commission explained that topics were “announced in advance in order to encourage deep discussion of the leading issues facing the country.”
(Announcing topics gives Bidden time to prep up and have bathroom breaks for drug refreshers. Hopefully he won’t be like Hillary and keep people waiting. No mention of drug testing for both. I have trouble imagining Biden doing this…wouldn’t it be something he he suddenly caught the virus and couldn’t make it?)

The good part of this is those transconservatives that say they are conservative, but have lots of Democrat voting friends and love on-line war games and going to the gym, but never actually served the country, may be looking at real war. Reality will hit home quickly when they discover that in the real world you can die just once. Most of these types say they are too busy, but I know one 58 year that has more toys than I did when I was 6.

With mail in voting, Biden could easily win. Unfortunately DEM governors head the swing states we need – Michigan , Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nevada and Pennsylvania. They have been openly hostile to Trump. We could lose one but it’s best to get all of them. The DEM priority is to cheat a win out of this. If we could have a clean election, Trump would easily win.
Even liberal Dr. Siegel was on Tucker’s show and he is concerned about Biden’s diminishing mental capacity. We simply can’t have a Biden win and all that goes with it.
Siegel is a nutcase too! He wanted kids to be required to get a virus vaccine before returning to school. If they didn’t have the vaccine, then kids should wear a yellow badge with with “Don’t hug me” in bold black letters. Talk about giving kids a complex! It made me think of the yellow star used under Hitler.
