Cuomo: Executive order will allow businesses to deny entry to maskless

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo on Thursday said he will sign an executive order allowing businesses to deny entry to anyone not wearing a mask or face covering.
Story continues below advertisement“You don’t have a right to expose the store owner to a virus,” Cuomo said during a briefing in Brooklyn. “You don’t have that Constitutional right. You don’t have the right to expose the other patrons in the store to the virus.”
Cuomo and other public officials have been encouraging the use of masks to reduce the spread of Covid-19, based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
The governor did not reveal any details about the state’s rules and guidance for businesses that will reopen during phase two.
Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul and Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz have said they believe Western New York in on track to start phase two on Tuesday.
Under the state’s reopening guidelines, phase two allows businesses considered professional services, administrative support and real estate, including rental and leasing, to reopen. The second phase also eases restrictions on retail businesses, allowing them to open their doors to customers. In phase one, nonessential retailers could offer only curbside or in-store pickup, as well as delivery.
For the purposes reopening, state officials divided the state into 10 regions and outlined a four-phase approach for a gradual reopening of nonessential businesses.
Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Allegany counties comprise the state-defined Western New York region that began phase one on May 19.
Other regions in the state, including the Finger Lakes – which includes Orleans, Genesee and Wyoming counties – entered phase one on May 15.

One thing about our Dr. Anthony Fauci is that he really does have something for everyone: If you don’t like his position, just wait a bit — he’ll change it.
Just consider face masks. Fauci now says that everybody should wear one in public, that he does as a “symbol” of right action, and that it shows “respect for another person.” But what also shows respect is telling the truth. And how does the good doctor measure up there?

Really, the whole thing sounds like a Jackie Mason routine:
Don’t wear a mask, at least not really a mask; it can be sorta’ like a mask, but we won’t call it a mask. Let’s say it’s a facial covering, and maybe it won’t be effective, but it makes us feel better. Maybe a droplet will get through, but we’re not worried about it. You might get a lil’ schmutz in there, but your sort-of-like-a-mask has to be your best friend, and what’s a lil’ schmutz between friends? And maybe you’ll get sick, but we don’t know, but it’s a sign of respect. And what’s a lil’ change in opinion between interviews?!

Wednesday Fauci says no on the mask;
Thursday Fauci says “Don one — it’s a holy task.”
Friday Fauci says stay closed till fall.
Saturday Fauci warns, “Open up, or the economy will stall.”
Sunday Fauci worries with a tear:
“Will this pandemic end my career?!”
Oh, Fauci, Fauci, you’re making me grouchy!

The mask is not an adequate medical defense against the COVID-19 virus.. The virus checks in at somewhere between 0.06 and 0.14 microns..
The lock-down was never medically needed. The hospitals were never overrun, the mortality rate has been a fraction of what the “experts” modeled. The “data” was fake.. Now – moving the goal lines, again..
Just corrupt politics by evil politicians… another democrat constructed hoax, a treasonous attempt to hide the many democrat crimes..

I wonder how this will affect restaurants, bars and other businesses that sell food and beverages. Try eating and drinking with a mask on. It’s not the place of a Governor to issue this. Leave it up to businesses and the people. Cuomo is behaving like a NAZI.
BTW how come there is no “social distancing” required on public transportation if all this is so scary? Why is it that businesses aren’t allowed to be filled to capacity but public transportation gets a pass on that? Is it because it is run by the state and you need all the money you can get for your bankrupt state and hate capitalists? I still don’t know where they came up with money for halal meals for Muslims either when NY is supposed to be bankrupt. It would be nice to see some consistency
Note also that constantly wearing a mask is a petri dish for diseases. Bacteria laden masks is all they are. Oxygen in, CO2 out, which you breathe back in wearing a mask. It’s unhealthy to constantly wear them. Most people aren’t properly wearing them either.
Why isn’t Cuomo investigating the nursing home deaths? Never mind. The sheeple love him. He has an 81% approval rating. NY is toast!

The New England Journal of Medicine May 21, 2020 says masks are SYMBOLIC. Love Pamela Geller’s term, maskquerading. Here in Colorado the governor who thinks he is king (Polis-D) is going to force teachers and likely all students to mask up for public school in the fall.
