Not really. Once it is proved that he was not a U.S. citizen when he was elected every single thing he did, bills he signed, executive orders, military officers he fired, those actions are all null and void since he was, under the Constitution, only a pretend President.

Partially true – He would be a US citizen at birth because his mother was one, no matter where his birth was. He would also be one because his father (read as sperm donor, not patsy) Frank Marshall Davis was a citizen, so he definitely was born as a US citizen by our laws.
The reason why the statement is false in the end is because when his mother married Soetoro, she gave up both her and her sons (the Kenyan bastard) citizenship to become Indonesian citizens.

No birth certificate was ever filed, in Hawaii, or anywhere else. There is no legal record of live birth or any other birth, in Hawaii, or Kenya, or anywhere else on earth for Obama. Everything is conjecture, and forgeries, and stories. Dr. Orly Taitz has spent years researching this. All we know for sure is that Obama has no original, valid, paper birth certificate, anywhere, and therefore Obama has no valid claim to US citizenship, or to be President.

I don’t remember the details now, but there were serious researchers who believe the whole Obama Trojan Horse hoax is a construct of the assorted deep state actors. Ann Dunham may not have been his mother at all. They stated that there are things in the paper trail of her relationship with Obama’s father that don’t add up. Also, Ann Dunham’s parents are well connected and prosperous people with interesting backgrounds and affiliations. I believe Ann Dunham worked for both the Ford Foundation and the State Department. It also appears that she may have functioned as a “honey pot” to lure important people in Washington into compromising positions. This happens in Washington all the time. I know that for a fact. I was just curious if in Hawaii there is a difference between a live birth or a birth certificate.
