Trump Campaign to Challenge Mail-In Ballots Counted in Absence of GOP Observers

President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign will launch a lawsuit in Pennsylvania to challenge the mail-in ballots that have been counted without Republican poll watchers onsite.
Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s attorney announced Saturday the lawsuit during a press conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with several Republican poll watchers who were prevented from entering the poll sites or the rights of poll-watching were blocked.
A federal lawsuit will be filed on Monday in Pennsylvania and more expected in other states.
“We’re going to file a federal lawsuit that will cover here [Philadelphia] and Pittsburgh, and we will have as many witnesses as the court needs. Right now, it could be as many as 90 witnesses,” Giuliani said.
Several witnesses joined Giuliani during the press conference, all are local Philadelphia residents.
Lisette Tarragano, one of the witnesses, said she was never allowed to enter the polling site along with other five to six Republican poll watchers.
“I was never brought in. Actually, I never got past the first identification stage, they kept saying that mine as well as five or six other Republicans, their names hadn’t been entered into the system,” she said.
Two other poll watchers, Darrell Brooks and Matt Silver said they were kept 15 to 20 feet away from the ballots.
Silver also alleged that some unusual ballot boxes were witnessed inside the polling site.
“There seem to be at least certain boxes seem to be in the same unusual pen, and seem to have very similar handwriting. Some boxes were normal, some boxes were like that,” he said.
The Biden campaign, the Office of Philadelphia City Commissioners, the election division of Allegheny county government, and the Pennsylvania Department of State didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment from The Epoch Times.
It was reported that a Republican poll watcher was temporarily blocked on Election Day in Philadelphia.
Kevin Feeley, a spokesman for the Philadelphia City Commissioners, admitted that the one poll watcher was prevented from entering the polling site on Nov. 3.
“The mistake was corrected, and the guy was admitted,” he said, claiming it was an isolated incident.

During the election night, Trump led when the ballot canvassing started in several swing states including Pennsylvania. But the lead was diluted by the lately-counted mail-in ballots. In Pennsylvania, Democratic party presidential candidate Joe Biden took a slight lead after the mail-in ballots were counted.
Because the results are very close and several lawsuits are ongoing over the election outcome in several battlefield states, it’s more and more clear that this election will be settled through the judicial system.
The expected lawsuit by the Trump campaign will start another battle line over the outcome of the election in some swing states: mail-in ballots counted without Republican observers.
Over the past few days, Trump has been vocal over the need to protect the sanctity of the ballot box while claiming that Democrats are trying to “steal” the election from him due to efforts to count late-arriving ballots, which he alleges are “illegal.” He and his legal teams have been arguing that mail-in ballots postmarked by Nov. 3 but received after election day should not be counted and that votes that were counted without Republican observers present in the ballot-counting centers should also be considered “illegal votes.”
The U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito late Friday ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day.

They were counting and counting and counting for three days before Trump campaign even tried to get in and was barred. The hypocritical liars get the media mouthpieces like Eric Shawn to never forget to mention that “Democrat observers had to stay back thirty feet, too”! The Democrat observers weren’t interested in documenting any fraud — they’re Socialist-Globalist Shills, just like you, Eric Shawn!

Were they stamped with a unique identifier, time and counter and time when finished processed?
How do we know they were handled in a manner that would protect the voters of the state …nation??

That’s a rumor but I don’t believe it is true. States print their own ballots and the federal government, as best I know didn’t supply the paper. If it had been done, it wouldn’t stop a fraud voter from voting…it would just show an invalid ballot. A legitimate voter could be a victim of that…..

Actually, felix1999, whether the ballots were printed domestically or in China has no bearing. In the chain of control, each ballot undergoes a marking, based upon that chain. Time stamps and other nomenclature.

Not only that, but you can manufacture any “truth” you want to, liar. Roberts merely joined three other justices to reject a stay of a Pennsylvania Supreme Court order permitting mail in ballots to be counted if they were received three days after the election. Because SCOTUS split 4-4, the PA court decision was sustained.
In other words Roberts (and SCOTUS) issued no orders to which PA was in defiance. I realize, goon, that accuracy- or basic honesty- isn’t something that concerns you, but mindless insults are just your stock and trade.
People like you and Achmed make Trump supporters look like a bunch of idiots. Well not all of us are.

Supreme Court 4-4 tie effectively sustained the Pennsylvania Court, allowing counting votes received after election day. But just by virtue of being the subject of pending litigation — if for example a nine-member court decides to take up the case, which it appears it will, unless there are too many other frauds of greater magnitude around the country to bother — those votes are considered “evidence,” and are the responsibility of Pennsylvania to preserve — not conceal.
I’m not sure what you’re really mad about — you haven’t said. Obviously it’s something other than nit-picking this peripheral issue that you’re wrong about. I’m guessing you’re afraid to talk about race in any way other than submissively, apologetically or with a patronizing appeal to any and all non-white people. If I offended you, well that’s the last thing I’m trying to do.
I’m taking the opportunity to fight back against the extreme hostility and racism I see coming from the Top Forty crowd and hateful idiots like LeBron James and everywhere else in sports, etc. There’s alot of serious antagonism and accusations coming our way from the Africans in this country and it’s almost all misguided and very counter-productive. We’re not going to be a punching bag for stupid people who we’ve tried to do everything we can for forever. And we’re not handing over everything we have to them because we already fought a Civil War to end slavery 160 years ago. Black people in America have it better than anywhere on this planet.

I am concerned about the length of time too… GWB was on top of the hanging chads in Florida right away. I will remain optimistic till the fat lady sings.
I am not familiar with the offending software but is sounds like they can flip the results back based on an algorithm that was played with. I am not familiar with Hammer or Scorecard software so I am only speculating based on what I read where this was already done.
The outcome will ultimately be determined in the courts, electors or maybe the Supreme Court. At best Trump only buys us four more years, but I’ll take them.

Courts in various jurisdictions- possibly up to SCOTUS- would have to rule on this.
Preferably with the National Guard overseeing the vote count.

these are civil rights violations, and violations of the 1965 voting rights act. these are federal crimes for which the guilty should be prosecuted by the DOJ and sent to federal prison for a long time. why is the DOJ not swarming these swing states? if white people did this to black voters, thousands of federal lawyers and US marshals would have seized all voting records by now.

According to a report, Georgia still has military votes to count that should arrive by close of day Friday, Nov. 8, 2020. Rather strange that FOX would call the election for Biden knowing that with the close race, there were still ballots to be counted.

From the PA site you cited:
This is the voter’s date of birth. The reason some birth dates will display as 1/1/1800 is due to confidentiality reasons of the registered votes. Usually this is for victims of domestic violence.
I doubt you have accurately portrayed the PA data.

I would suggest challenging very vote in every city and state where tens of thousands of votes showed up for Biden and only Biden when Trump has a significant lead. As has been said, a statistical impossibility.

ONLY the permanently disabled and aged should be allowed to vote by mail. I have traveled to countries where the voter casts his or her vote in person, and then dis his/her right index finger in a bottle of India ink. This prevents repeat (illegal) voting. The stain remains on the cuticle for about a fortnight, even if the voter scrubs his ringer with chlorine or an abrasive.
Unfortunately, this method will not be adopted in the FUSA (Former United States of America) since Millennials and Snowflakes would oppose staining their fingers (disfigurement, y’lnow?)
