Trump: Supreme Court Nominee Announcement Saturday

34

Trump’s got the votes to ensure the confirmation of his supreme court pick. Make it happen, Mr. President. Immediately! By the way, the Left will begin their rioting and character assassination campaign the second after President Trump announces his nominee. Horrible.

Trump: Supreme Court Nominee Announcement Likely Friday or Saturday

Story continues below advertisement

By Breitbart, September 21, 2020

Monday during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” President Donald Trump announced a nomination to fill the vacancy left behind by the death by Ruth Bader Ginsburg late this week.

Trump mentioned Friday or Saturday as a possible date.

“I think it will be on Friday or Saturday and we want to pay respect, it looks like we will have services on Thursday or Friday,  as I understand it, and I think we should, with all due respect for Justice Ginsburg, wait for services to be over,” Trump said.

Only barely squeaked by on her Senate confirmation. Not ‘ethnic’ enough. Has 7 kids, seems to be part hippie.

She concerns me…. A.G. Barr claims the Consitution is Not suspended during a crisis but Amy suspends rights anyway….
She may LOOK better in appearance than the other one but her rulings have me more and more concerned.

Judge Amy Coney Barrett Recently Approved Democrat COVID-19 Lockdown Policies
Her decision should raise some eyebrows.

Notre Dame is a VERY liberal and politically correct Catholic university.
I am less and less enthused about her the more I read about her.

Will she be soft on immigration and illegal immigration?
We will have cases coming up on that.
I am uneasy about her and Amy.

Trump keeps talking about five women … we need to look at other three?

The democrats are no longer the opposition … they are now an organized insurrection. They must be destroyed, not just beaten.

I agree, the Dems have drifted into outright tyrant politics. Since their inception, the Dems were never supporters of the democratic free-enterprise constitutional republic. They just try to grab all the power and money, and subjugate the citizenry, to prevent insurrection. Those are classic tyrant strategies, described by Aristotle, and they will never lead to a well-governed polity that can make American lives better.

For Democrats, Detroit is a success, because their power is unchallenged there. That’s all they care about.

They must go. Completely.

It’s true. They don’t really stand for anything, other than consolidating power for themselves. Their goal is nothing short of a one-party state. They want the US to be like Russia or China.

Margaret: Yes, and tyrants just naturally evolve, if the citizenry don’t stop them. It starts with a small, psychopathic, highly dominant, powerful cabal, who just naturally want more power for themselves. They lie about ‘helping the poor’, or some other fiction that the populace will swallow. But then they grab more power, and use that to grab all the power and money for themselves [examples = Detroit, Venezuela].

But tyrants can’t admit that they selfishly grabbed all this power, so they must lie about their intentions, and prevent insurrections, by subjugating the citizenry, by making them poor, sick, ignorant, and hopeless. Like Detroit, Baltimore, Cuba, Iran, etc.

And this progression is predictable, and it recurs again and again throughout history, because each one of these steps in the power grab logically leads to the next. That’s why about 150 of the 196 countries in the UN are run by tyrants. It’s a natural outgrowth of human psychology, and social forces that never change, because it is in the make-up of our human species.

And that’s why the Founders warned us about people like the Democrats. The tyrants always think they are justified in their actions, because they have become rich and powerful. But tyrants always make the lives of the citizenry worse. Aristotle described a lot of this in 350 BC [‘Politics’ free online].

And by the way, I love your screen avatar!

SAN FRANCISCO, CA—In a landmark ruling, the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals has overturned the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader
Ginsburg. In a close decision, the judges on the court have ruled RBG’s
death unconstitutional and will block Trump from nominating a
replacement.

We’re all watching in real time with the whole world a civics lesson writ large how governments and societies change in Constitutional Republics, specifically in our divinely inspired-genius Constitutional Republic, that is, slowly, inexorably, as the sea changes at once and the pendulum starts to swing back. While the Dodo Bird Party tries desperately to shift into high gear CYA after decades of global corruption, cronyism and graft, selling-out America and Americans before it inevitably meets its eclipse and final historic disgrace. They foolishly and slovenly ignored all the warning signs of their personal treason by greed and virtual collaboration with the Mohammedan traitor African thug, Mister Obama.
Cleanin’ da’ sh*z upp now.

If Trump selects a Justice, and she is confirmed by the Senate, there, in theory, would be nothing to protest about. That’s what the Constitutions says to do.

If there are violent protests when the Senate follows their Constitutional mandate, that would be an insurrection and the authorities would have every right to use necessary force, including lethal force (with some initial restraint) to quash such behavior. It’s about time the country changes course to a court that follows the text of the Constitution, returns some of the federal power that they grabbed from the several states based on a stretched interpretation of the Comerce Clause, and stops ruling based on the “penumbras and emanations” clause which somehow cannot be found in the text of the Constitution.

Don’t like our constitutional republic? Then move to a jurisdiction that is overrun by anarchists, where the population does not feel safe, is not safe, and mobs and criminals rule the streets, for example the no go zones in many European countries.

The more I read about Amy Barrett, the more concerned I get. She is part of this weird cult – People of Praise. They inspired the Handmaiden’s Tale. She is a life long member. Ten members of her family belong to the group. That includes her mother and father. Her father serves on the group’s board. It started in 1971 with 29 members and has over 2,000 members today.

People of Praise also touted its openness to all political views on its website.
(It’s like a tolerant utopia cult.)

‘We strive to be one of those rare places in 21st-century life where men and women with a wide variety of political and religious views can live together in harmony,’ said the group.

Amy’s mother and father – part of the cult – her mother was a “handmaid”.comment image

Coney Barrett has five sisters, of whom three are known to be closely involved in People of Praise, including Carrie Coney Urbanski, 42, and her husband Matt, 45. Other Members of Matt’s family are also in People of Praise.

It’s a weird cult. Now I understand why she was being questioned on this. It’s not about her Catholicism. Others who are not Catholics also belong to it and many from Notre Dame have left it and some are still in t. Youngest sister: Vivian Coney Orthmann, 34, Amy Coney Barrett’s youngest sister, and her husband David Orthmann, are members of People of Praise and live in the Pacific northwest. His family are also memberscomment image

Amy Barrett is a major SOCIAL LIBERAL! She is beginning to remind me of Angelina Jolie and Madonna collecting kids to raise from other countries. Why not adopt U.S. kids? She will side with ILLEGALS and be LIBERAL on immigration issues!

Amy Barrett and her husband, Jesse, who is a federal prosecutor, have seven children together. Two of their children were born in Haiti, and they are also raising a special needs child. The children ranged in age from 5 to 16 when Barrett introduced them during her nomination hearing to the federal bench.

Amy Coney Barrett’s husband, Jesse M. Barrett, is an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, according to The Commercial Appeal.

During her confirmation hearing, Barrett said that her husband “serves our country” as an assistant United States Attorney in the northern district of Indiana and added, “I hit the jackpot when I married Jesse. We have been married 18 years with each year better than the last. Jesse and I have seven children.”

In its most basic form, the discussion boils down to the age-old conflict of facts versus opinion.

The fact is that Trump has the Constitution on his side. The opinions run the gamut from “unethical” to “breaks precedent” to “unpresidential”, you name it.

Opinions are like a**holes, everybody’s got one and they all stink.

Trump shouldn’t wait to bury Ginsberg. They’re going to parade her like they did Abraham Lincoln and making a martyr out of her. It’s a stall tactic by the Communist party!
