Barr Outmaneuvers the Democrats

Story continues below advertisementIf the hearing of Attorney General William Barr today made anything clear at all, it is this: The Democratic Party is unwilling to back up the federal authorities who are defending the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon. In four hours, the House heard from any Democrat nary the slightest expression of support of the officers who are on the front-line of this battle. The hearing will shock millions of Americans.

One Democrat after another, though, failed to show concern of any kind over the violence at Portland. No Democrat praised the courage of the federal officers. Instead, Democrats mocked President Trump’s motive for sending in officers as political.
Today Amerians learned otherwise. Attacks on federal property and personnel have been going on for weeks. The need for action is plain. Mr. Barr was unflappable, but blunt. One highlight came when he was being questioned by Congressman Steve Chabot, a Republican of Ohio. “Federal courts are under attack,” Mr. Barr said, before exclaiming: “Since when is it okay to try and burn down a federal court?”
That a U.S. attorney general has to make that point to Congress is itself amazing, and Mr. Barr marked it well. “This is the first time in my memory,” he said at one point, “that the leaders of one of our great two political parties — the Democratic Party — are not coming out and condemning mob violence and the attack on federal courts. Why can’t we just say, you know, violence against federal courts has to stop? Can we hear like that?”
Attorney General Barr’s treatment by the House Democrats in yesterday’s hearing was a total disgrace. It was wild. Rational Americans should be very frightened about the current state of the Democrat Party. This party is nuts.
Attorney General Barr showed up to testify today. But Democrats were more interested in shouting over him than they were in listening to any answers.
Worse—they defended mobs trying to burn down a federal courthouse. Dems have turned the House of Reps into the House of Riots.

WASHINGTON — Attorney General William Barr on Tuesday aggressively defended the federal response to violence and protests at the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon, and his decision to inject himself into criminal cases involving President Donald Trump’s close associates.
The attorney general’s highly anticipated and contentious appearance before the House Judiciary Committee comes amid violent clashes between protesters and federal authorities in Portland and other cities, unrest that Democrats and local leaders said exploded in the days after federal agents were captured on video taking people into custody without probable cause and driving them away in unmarked vans.
“Every night for the past two months, a mob of hundreds of rioters has laid siege to the federal courthouse and other nearby federal property,” Barr told the House Judiciary Committee.
“The rioters arrive equipped for a fight, armed with powerful slingshots, Tasers, sledgehammers, saws, knives, rifles and explosive devices. Inside the courthouse are a relatively small number of federal law enforcement personnel charged with a defensive mission: to protect the courthouse.”
“Since when is it OK to try to burn down a federal court?” he demanded, saying that federal agents were taking the necessary steps to protect federal property, particularly in Portland.
Local officials in Portland say that the presence of federal law enforcement agencies in the city has been inflaming the situation, making the violence worse, not better.
Barr has also come under attack from Democrats for ordering the violent clearing of protesters outside the White House on June 1, a move that allowed Trump to have his photograph taken holding a Bible outside a historic church across the street. Widespread protests, including those outside the White House, were sparked by the killing of George Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man who died in May after a Minneapolis police officer pinned him at his neck while he was begging for air.
Democrats more broadly attacked Barr on Tuesday for amplifying Trump’s conspiracy theories, seeking to instigate confrontations with protesters to help Trump’s campaign and downplaying the role of racism in policing.
Barr testified he did not believe police departments were generally infected by deep-seated racism but understood why Black people felt they were often treated as “suspects first and citizens second.”
Democratic members of the committee pressed him on the Stone sentencing.
Trump ultimately commuted Stone’s sentence earlier this month.
The attorney general has also supported the effort to throw out Flynn’s guilty plea to lying to federal agents about his conversations with a Russian diplomat during the presidential transition.

The Democratic Party was intended to transition into the American Communist Party since the 1930’s. They have been slowly moving that way for a long time, and have now arrived. JFK was, in my opinion, the last good Democrat. He wasn’t perfect. No one is. But he was more conservative and protective of America than most people in either party are today.

At the inquiry Nadler and Company came across as the shrieking lunatics of the Mad Hatters Tea party.
Barr more like the unflappable all knowing Cheshire Cat… and we the audience were like Alice through the looking glass starring in amazement as mad hatter Nadler literately came across as insane.

I was impressed that the butt ugly Democrat woman who was allegedly questioning Barr never gave him a chance to respond. She used this as a pretext to deliver her screed and disseminate the fiction that Trump is a racist.
Having been at two of the anti Lockdown protests in Lansing I was particularly struck by her mischaracterization of what took place: There were no more than 5 people with guns in front of the Capitol who were protesting. The guns were never used in a threatening way and the police made no moves against any of them as open carry is legal in Michigan. Second, the swastikas that she mentions were all on signage comparing Whitmer to Hitler accompanied by “Heil Whitmer.” No noose was present and there was no effigy of a doll consistent with a call to hang Whitmer. This was indeed a peaceful protest in the presence of the police, who BTW waved at us.

Germany has snagged the title of the most admired country in the world for the third year in a row, according to a new Gallop Poll. Germany stood out from other surveyed countries with a government approval rating of 44 percent, 11 percentage points ahead of the US, according to the poll published on Monday.
The US-based Gallup Poll surveyed 1,000 adults in 134 countries in 2019 – before the coronavirus pandemic had hit the world – on what they think of leadership around the globe. Germany has come in first place every year during the Donald Trump administration.
In the years when Barack Obama was president, the US came in first place as the world’s most admired country, with the exception of 2011, when it barely trailed behind Germany.
After Trump became president in 2016, however, the US ratings sunk to an all-time low of 30 percent.
Gallup’s editor-in-chief, Mohamed Younis said that countries with the strongest, most predictable leadership fare best in the poll.
“Longtime German chancellor Angela Merkel, loved or hated, has been one of the most predictable leaders in highly uncertain times in both Europe and the global order,” he said.

In the survey, China and Russia trailed behind Germany, with approval ratings of 32 percent and 30 percent respectively.

Trump is liked and admired by most people worldwide. It’s foreign governments striving for a NWO that dislike and oppose President Trump ( as well as Russia’s Putin who’s also against globalism ). Ordinary people globally think the American President is very much all right. Many of them would love to have a Donald Trump as their Numero Uno!

The people that simply live their live and are not in the pursuit of power see just fine. People can’t express their views without fear of retribution. Moderates and traditional Dems are watching and realizing Trump might be distasteful but competent. The rest is global propo. Germany … the youth have been brainwashed and adhere to stricter speech laws.
My kids don’t go to public school. From my rebellious teen to my 8 year old all my kids see through the lies. They haven’t been indoctrinated and we still feel we can speak freely at least by law.

I didn’t watch the hearings but the snippets I did see, I have to say he was treated terribly. Maybe now he will be more energized to DO SOMETHING about the crimes they constantly investigate. I am less concerned about his gentile, fragile ego than having some indictments and prosecutions happen BEFORE the election.
Devin Nunes is hearing rumors that indictments may not happen till AFTER the election. Then no justice will be served and it will only get worse if you can imagine that. So in some ways, I didn’t mind seeing him verbally abused. Why isn’t Hillary locked up? He could start presenting indictments and add to it.
Time is running out….. I am tired of waiting for justice. It’s been at least FOUR YEARS and Hillary is still galavanting around without a care in the world only popping up now and then to stir the pot.

If a disproportionate number of black people were not involved in crime, their confrontations with police would not be so frequent and not result in “why Black people” feel they are “often treated as “suspects first and citizens second.” They have placed themselves in frequent confrontations with police and blaming this on ‘police racism’ is disgusting nonsense. If police now have a jaundiced attitude in respect of dealing with black individuals, why would anyone be surprised? Black communities need to have the maturity to look at themselves and clean up their act instead of blaming ‘racism’ for their ills. Some hope that this will happen any time soon! In Toronto, on almost every occasion the mugshot of the city’s latest murderer is posted they are a black male – and invariably their victim is black. So what does this tell us? But not to the politically correct imbeciles that Toronto breeds like flies and who along with Just an ass Trudeau parrot the latest rubbish about ‘systemic racism’ – that is now the blabbering theme.

IMO the root problem is the breakdown of the nuclear family – NO fathers!
When single black or white women don’t have a father present and they get into their teens, they lose control of them. Then the cycle of crime begins. It’s become generational.
You need an unaltered male and one unaltered female to raise the kids and ideally the biological father and mother – not the latest Uncle Tom to step in for while to be later replaced by Uncle Jamal etc.. My assumption with this is mom and dad would actually care about their kids. It’s not just a problem in the black community. It is also a problem in the Hispanic community as anchor babies get into their teens – no dad around.
What do we do about that? Ridicule fathers and try to femininze them…and exalt single moms to encourage more fatherless families. It’s sick and needs to stop! Also same sex parents are another confusing abomination to kids.

What Russia, China and North Korea don’t understand is our Judeo Christian roots made America great. They can’t allow that in their country so no matter what do, they will never have our once great legacy. They will never be blessed as the U.S. has been blessed because of their rejection of God.
