The Columbus Veterans Day Parade is CANCELLED for 2023.
Parade theme “Sacrifice”
The parade honors and remembers the sacrifice made when a veteran signed a blank check for service to our nation.
The Grand Marshal is Jason Dominguez of Lima Co.
Columbus Veterans Day Parade
The parade kicks off with a military flyover at noon before the event is turned over to the MC’s at the reviewing stand.
The Parade steps off from Nationwide Blvd. at noon sharp turning south on N. High St. then turning west on W. Broad St. The Parade ends at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum.
The parade also marks the first appearance of Santa in Central Ohio. Santa and U.S. Marines are collecting new unwrapped toys for Toys-for-Tots program on their float at the end of the parade. (not confirmed for 2022)

“The sole purpose of Columbus Veteran’s Day Parade is to honor the service of our veterans and to salute our currently serving military. It is a non-partisan, non-political event, and may not be used as a platform for any other purpose or political agenda. Any individual or group that attempts to use the Parade as a forum for any purpose other than that stated above will be denied participation.”

Admission is always free for U.S. military Veterans, active-duty military, and Gold Star families. The Memorial Grove, a place of respectful reflection, is free and open from dawn to dusk
