   I typically wear a 6.5 in womens but I was reading that a lot of people buy youth sizes instead of adult in Toms. I was wondering if anyone here has done that and how well the “conversion” from adult to youth works.

  Hey Rebekkah! I wear a 7 in womens and I buy 4.5Y in Toms. I have not tried this with the slip-ons, only the classic canvas variety. HTH!

  Hi Rebekkah! I wear a size five or five and a half in women’s and I wear a size 3 in youths. I have owned 4 pairs of toms and all of them have been size 3 youths. Just something to notice is that the youth do have a thicker white sole than the women’s. It doesn’t bother me enough to not want to buy them, but just an FYI that they do look slightly different.

  I typically wear a 7.5/8 in Women’s and I wear a 5.5 in Youth Toms. The youth sizes are a tad bit more narrow, so if your feet are wider, this might not work well. Mine are snug at first but quickly stretch out to be perfect!
