How Ballot-Harvesting Became The New Way To Steal An Election
It’s like I’ve been telling you, the Supreme Court will be tasked to insure the fidelity and integrity of the election.

“Ballot harvesting” (allowing political operatives and others to collect voters’ ballots and turn them in en masse to polling stations) is ripe for fraud and interference, and has drawn bipartisan concerns of fraud from election watchers.

PHOENIX — The Supreme Court said Friday it will review a 2016 Arizona law that bars anyone but a family member or caregiver from returning another person’s early ballot.
The law itself, however, remains in effect through the presidential election and until the justices rule.
A federal appeals court ruled in January that Arizona’s law banning so-called “ballot harvesting” violates the Voting Rights Act and the Constitution, but the court put its ruling on hold while the Supreme Court was asked to take the case.

Was reading another article on this very thing earlier today, must have been written by a Democrat, as he/she (can’t remember the byline) used some really insane talking points that made literally no sense whatsoever. 2 that really made me rather mad were ‘People that have inflexible work scheduals’ and ‘A lot of people live in apartments that have no mail service’
Well, first of all, neither on of those is justification for Ballot Harvesting, which should in and of itself be illegal, period, but someones work shedual is of no consequence period! There will always be time at home at some point to fill out the freakin’ ballot and get it in a mailbox and get it out, or you will have a day of and can get it to the country clerks office, end of story.
As to the BS about the not having no mail service at apartments, someone please explain to me just where that might be? Would love to hear that, cite me some examples? Thinking the Post Office would like to hear that one as well…..
Either way, this was a big part of the argument that was used to try and justify why the court should keep the whole Ballot Harvesting thing (didn’t call it that, called it something else, can’t remember what, I call it what it is) going. Said that the Republicans will try and ‘Destroy Democracy’ and voting rights, of course, ‘for minorities’, they always say that, but I guess not for anybody else, just them. Read ‘they will stop us from rigging the game if we give them half a chance, and we won’t be able to win any more elections’…..
