NYPD’s Chief Chaplain Mugged While Out for Walk in Manhattan Early Tuesday
Rabbi Alvin Kass was attacked in the same general area four years ago as well
The NYPD’s chief chaplain, Rabbi Alvin Kass, was mugged on the Upper West Side while out for a walk early Tuesday, authorities said.
Kass, a 54-year veteran of the force who holds a three-star rank, was approached around 5:45 a.m. at Riverside Drive and 108th Street by a man who said he was hungry and needed money.
The man rifled through the rabbi’s pockets, police said, and tried to take his wallet — which fell to the ground, revealing Kass’s NYPD shield. At that point the assailant fled.
It was the second time in four years that Kass was attacked in the neighborhood. On a Sunday morning in June 2016, an attacker came up behind the rabbi near West 83rd Street and Riverside Drive and threw him to the ground.
Kass was not in uniform at the time of that 2016 incident; he was treated for a cut to his head.
The rabbi, who also holds a Ph.D. from NYU, led the East Midwood Jewish Center for 36 years in addition to his work with the police department.

I wonder just how much he liked being attacked as old man with no power. Maybe he should make sure the dept. he is in charge does their duty in spite of an communist mayor.

This Jewish Chaplain is PRO-COP, which means he is PRO-LAW, which means he is probably NOT A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT. Can’t say for sure, but that is what it seems to me, but I am guessing.
IF YOU ARE ANTI-JEW, YOU ARE ANTI-GOD BECAUSE JEWS ARE GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE, EVEN IF THEY ARE DEMOCRAT. Not all of them are. I know a few who are HIGHLY CONSERVATIVE. The Bible is very specific about the Judgement God will bring on people who are racially anti-Jew.

Isaac is the LEGITIMATE son of Abraham ad Sarah. Sarah’s maid Hagar had a son with Abraham – Ishmael. Sarah eventually sent her packing.
Muslims use this to justify their made up religion.
Ishmael was blessed too but Iaac had te superior blessing..

Isaac was the Child of Promise, Ishmael was not. The Muslims, and weak “christians,
” keep saying that Islam is an “Abrahamic religion.” Abraham knew nothing about Islam and worships the ONE True G-d. El Elyon.

No that is unrealistic but it could at least be a felony. Sometimes cantankerous old goats resort to fisticuffs with each other but that makes it closer to a fair fight.

Nope, we sure aren’t! Here in Oregon, we can’t even recall one of the nations worst Governors! She throws lavish parties and forces taxpayers to pay for the booze. She takes expensive kayaking vacations to Alaska, taking 2 body guards and making taxpayers pay for her trip! She has allowed Portland to burn for over 3 months. She is an open sexual deviant … but even so, we can’t recall her!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?!
