How does Judge William Young know that Nicholas Rovinski won’t try to murder me again? He doesn’t. But he clearly doesn’t care. The “compassion” in Rovinski’s “compassionate release” is all for the perpetrator, not for his intended victim or others he might have killed in his jihad as well. Does Judge William Young not realize the gravity, the seriousness, the implications of freeing someone who plotted a beheading for a cartoon or piece of art that violated Islamic law? Does he not realize, or not care about, the freedom of speech? Maybe he doesn’t. After all, it is under attack on numerous fronts today. Maybe William Young is one of those people who believe in the spurious concept of “hate speech,” which is an entirely subjective thing, essentially a weapon of the powerful to smear and silence those who lack power.
The First Amendment is our most precious freedom – Rovinski should be serving life without the possibility of parole. Instead, he is on the streets again, as if he did nothing. The electronic monitoring is a joke, as is the home confinement. Last year a Muslim wearing an electronic tag killed a man in his deradicalization class and went out to wage jihad on the London Bridge. If Nicholas Rovinski participates in another plot to murder me, will Judge William Young be prosecuted?

A federal judge on Thursday, citing the coronavirus pandemic, ordered the release, of a Rhode Island man who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for participating in a plot to behead conservative blogger Pamela Geller on behalf of the Islamic State.
U.S. District Judge for Massachusetts William Young on Thursday announced the release of 29-year-old Nicholas Rovinski, whose lawyers this week argued that due to his medical conditions, which include cerebral palsy and hypertension, he is vulnerable to serious illness from COVID-19.
“The court concludes that there exist extraordinary and compelling circumstances that warrant granting this motion for compassionate release,” Young wrote in his order.
Rovinski was previously slated to be released from federal prison in 2028. He was sentenced in 2017 after pleading guilty to conspiracy for his role in the plot to kill Geller, who organized a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland, Texas, in 2015.
Young reduced Rovinski’s sentence to time served, and ordered him to spend the next 10 years in home confinement with electronic monitoring, with the first six months in “strict home confinement.”
Young also denied prosecutors’ request to delay Rovinski’s release for 30 days while they consider an appeal. Prosecutors argued that the decision is an outcome “most would find hard to fathom under the circumstances, especially in the absence of any concrete rationale for the result.”
“We disagree with the court’s decision to now nullify that sentence – after only five years – based on COVID concerns,” U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said in an emailed statement to the Associated Press.
“We realize that Rovinski has certain medical issues, but this does not justify releasing to ‘home confinement’ – after serving a mere third of his sentence – someone who willfully conspired to kill people for ISIS,” he wrote.
Rovinski, during the trial, testified against David Wright, who prosecutors described as the mastermind of the plot.
The cartoon contest Geller organized ended in gunfire, with two Muslim gunmen shot to death by police. The plot to behead Geller was never carried out. Instead, Wright’s uncle, Ussamah Rahim, told Wright on a recorded phone call that he decided to go after “those boys in blue,” referring to police. Hours later, Rahim was fatally shot by authorities after he lunged at them with a knife when they approached him in Boston.
Wright was sentenced to 28 years in prison but is scheduled to be resentenced next month after an appeals court overturned one of his convictions.
Geller said releasing Rovinski “sends the message to thousands of others like him that they can plot freely to murder those who say things that offend their evil ideology, and the consequences will be slight.”
“He terrorized our lives,” she said in an email to the Associated Press. “He has caused me and my relatives physical and emotional distress, as well as the crippling financial costs required as a result of his mass murder plot. This will never end for me, and so it should never end for Nicholas Rovinski.”…

Judges need to be shown up for the human garbage they are! In many, if not all, cases they are as guilty as the murdering lowlifes appearing before them seeking clemency on compassionate grounds . . . and getting it. They need to be dealt with harshly.
The best way to expose those dispensers of “justice” is to dox them. Reveal everything about them to a general public that has had it with their interpretation of adequate punishment. Publish their pictures, home addresses, who they associate with, and where they spend their off-time. Turn the legal scum into targets by aggrieved victims and families, and anybody else who wants to get into the action. Let no place be safe for judges!

The court’s name is in all capital letters which means it’s an Admiralty Law court. Any counter moves must be done in a court of record, where you can bring charges against Admiralty officials by countersuing into ” We the Peoples” jurisdiction.

Damn right it does. I live in Texas, and i really don’t like guns because they are loud, noisy, and smelly. I own one though, and I learned to shoot in the military, like I am sure many of your followers did also. I can operate it well enough to know I could hit anyone that comes within normal talking distance. I am sure there are hundreds, possibly even thousands of your followers like me, that would come stand watch over you around the clock, until this guy is back behind bars.

What’s more, PA has a state preemption law prohibiting municipalities within the state from enacting their own prohibitive gun laws. The only exception: Philadelphia banning open carry.

There must be a way to remove these radical judges. I think we need to pass a law that holds officials liable for anything happening on the release of a felon. Therefore, they are personally accountable for their decision. If anything happens as a result of such an early release, they face criminal charges as they have aided and abetted a crime.

Justice delayed is justice denied. When someone threatens you under the Bush doctrine one has the right, the duty to eliminate the threat first. It sounds like this judge is going beyond the authority of the court, which might remove the protections normal to a sitting judge. The approach is using the bench to commit “Criminal Assault” on the surviving victim of an intended homicide. The threatened hospitalization or even death of the convict is not authorization to put others in threat. If there is possibility to complete that crime, the judge is way out of judicial prerogatives. This charge needs to be formalized to preserve the personal nature of his assault on Ms. Geller.

This case should be immediately retried, this judge should be kicked off of the bench, and he and Nicholas Rovinski shoud both be executed, Rovinski for trying to kill Pamela Geller and the judge for, in effect, bering an accessory.
We need to clear our courts of all judges as crazy as this one as soon as possible…….. like YESTERDAY!
