Biden Staffers Donated To Bail Out Alleged Violent Criminals In Minnesota

A nonprofit organization based in MInnesota saw a surge of donations during the riots over George Floyd’s death and helped bail out criminals charged with offenses like sexual assault, attempted murder and murder, as reported by Fox News. The donors included several members of the Biden campaign.
The Minnesota Freedom Fund raised millions of dollars to free rioters — a whopping $35 million. Among those helped by the donations were Darnika Floyd and Christopher Boswell.
Floyd is facing a charge of second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing a friend to death and Boswell is charged with sexual assault and kidnapping.
The MFF put up $100,000 on behalf of Floyd and $350,000 for Boswell.
Among the donors were Patrick McCarthy, an organizer for Biden in New Hampshire, South Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.
While massive criminal justice and immigration reform is needed immediately we have to do what we can now.

The thread on Twitter shows a chain of present and former BIden staffers, as well as Democratic organizers across the nation touting their donation receipt to the fund bailing out alleged murderers and sexual assaulters.

That white cop in Minn. jail has a $1.25 million bail. Sal DeFransesco (above) says cash bail is discriminatory for the poor. Well, excessive bail is, too. Mohammad Noor was put on ‘administrative leave’ for a year, PAID, before they brought charges against him. Chauvin didn’t get treated like that, at all.

Hey, I’m a Constitutional Conservative and no way could I vote for any dem, but I am also honest so I view things without malice or to please other’s outside of my Lord, Christ Jesus.
As much as I hate to say it, we all watched every second of every minute Floyd was on the ground and we all wanted that cop to remove his knee! Not because we cared about that druggie Floyd but because we knew what was coming “to a small degree” as we couldn’t have envisioned what this country got. Hindsight is 20/20 and we know the gang was just sitting on the sidelines waiting for the opportunity to arise where they could blame our side, and I’m sorry but the truth is that Officer Chauvin gave them the whole kit and caboodle for them to run with. Sure, had it not been him at that time, it would have been another cop because they were watching and waiting for they wanted a way to take cops down with the rest of us. It was a well planned out thing, not a spur of the moment thing as some may want us to think. However Chauvin may not have known how bad the outcome would be, he still knew he was bringing down trouble on the whites and he still keep that knee where it was without a bit of concern for any of us!
Now please Bill, if you want you’re free to call me a liar or anything else you want – today, that is because who knows how many rights and even normal lives any of us will or won’t have left tomorrow?
Because of Chauvin’s anger or hatred against Floyd, who he had worked with after work hours, he has dam ned the rest of us and made the way to take us down,as well as burn out buildings, cars plus hundreds of police cars as well, and we can thank Chauvin and whatever was behind what he did. ((I even checked to see if he had a D behind his name, hoping but it’s an R. Then I wondered, could he have been paid for doing such a thing? Well not having access to his bank account, I don’t know about that but I hope he found it worth his while to be the one that cleared the road for all the misfits in America and our worst enemies too.)) And that’s not touching the millions of dollars of looting, women who were raped and the deaths? Like the 10 month old, the 2 one year old’s, the mother pushing her baby in a stroller when she was jumped and stabbed to death, and all the others that were shot dead, or beaten to death, from the young to the very old. Tell me, do you not see the blood on Chauvin’s hands? Blood of the innocent or is that only on the doers and you don’t see any responsibility on the one who opened the door and made it all possible for them?

Cash bail has one function when used as intended. It’s purpose is to ensure that the defendant doesn’t skip town. When released on bail the defendant must have sufficient incentive to show up for trial.
There is also a secondary logic to bail. If the bail is high enough to hurt, and that money will be forfeited if the defendant commits a crime while on bail I believe), there is an incentive for that person to not commit crimes while out.
This liberal group is giving these “alleged” criminals an incentive to not show up or stay clean. It’s free money.
That said, bail is not supposed to be punitive. It is just to ensure the appearance in court. This group is defeating both of those purposes.

The missing piece is that there is a very limited number of violent rioters. If authorities succeed in jailing them, the riots will soon stop. Violent rioters is not a significant part of our population. I see this as one of the reasons that there are only a few cities involved; it takes resources to keep the riots going.
