I agree that many Leftists see themselves as atheists and are anti-Christian for that very reason. But they really do not understand what is atheism and are in fact just brainwashed trolling idiots and that’s still ignores the bleeding heart leftist Jews and Christians.
Atheism IS a belief structure and a twin, albeit the mirror image one, of theism. Why? 1) it is based upon an impossible to prove belief(as is theism) that there is/is not a god; 2) they see a need to proselytize constantly; 3)) its adherents are often fanatical to well past logic and see other views as wrong or inferior or even evil . Sound familiar? EVERY religion is full of such fanatical fools.
It is rather like calling out J8ws because of the minority of J8Ws who are Leftists or globalists. It is NOT atheism that is the problem but the anti-religion Left of infamous communism that IS the problem. Why some here are so thick that they cannot see the difference bewilders me.

I fully support Christianity although I am not one and well know that the west we have (or had) is and only is present because of it and IMO it was as as close as man can get to an ideal society considering the inherent faults of mankind. I am well aware of the role it played in the founding of the USA and I do not belittle it. BUT I see a vast difference between it as a religion via the words of the man JoN and that practised by the many churches who purported to be his vehicle as organized religion is not true Christianity as it is political man in action. If you believe in a god you do not need a church as it a contract between that god and yourself and no one has the right to intervene or disagree.
Now I am absolutely and totally anti-Left but was once a green and my disillusionment with the “watermelons” made me look at the whole Left in depth and I am familiar with most Bolshevik atrocities and the communist art of war(any means to an end). Read some biographies of communists innocent but still sent to gulags and how their idealism allowed them to confess to non-existent crimes “for the greater good” and then you can see how rampant uncontrolled idealism (e.g. many Antifa members) is the MOST dangerous vice and the 8th and most deadly sin.
Anyone who supports Trump and is appalled by the democrats and the current strife should be welcomed no matter what their reasons or religion are are and seen as allies in the war that will become one very soon.
Atheists have only been able to “come out” once the rigorous and monopolistic control of the churches was undermined but the irony is, that they are actually followers of a religion: the one of denial of god. Ironic? Apologies for the wander but I have a very loud chainsaw in the background and I am contemplating murder 🙂
