The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday allowed an Idaho prison inmate to continue with gender surgery at state taxpayers’ expense while the lawsuit over the procedure continues.

(It’s a win win situation for him. He is getting his surgery whether it is “allowed” or not. We have totally lost our moral compass.)

According to the Associated Press (AP), Justice Elena Kagan gave the order denying Idaho’s request for a stay, without explanation, but noted that Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito would have sided with the state.

“The Ninth Circuit’s decision goes against the text and original meaning of the Eighth Amendment and contradicts more than four decades of Supreme Court precedent,” Little said when he announced filing the appeal to the high Court. “We will vigorously litigate the Ninth Circuit’s unprecedented ruling at the Supreme Court because the taxpayers of Idaho should not have to pay for a procedure that is not medically necessary.”

The surgery is expected to cost Idaho taxpayers between $20,000 and $30,000. Afterward, Edmo would be placed in a women’s prison until his scheduled release in July 2021.

Edmo sued the state three years ago, claiming rejection of his state-funded gender surgery caused him distress.

According to the news report, attorney Lori Rifkin said Edmo was in such distress that he “twice tried to cut off [his] testicles in [his] prison cell.”

(He has self hatred and giving him artificial female parts and hormones won’t stop what is going on in his brain. He will always think like and male and his DNA will always show he is a male.)

However, James Shupe, the man who became the first person to obtain a legal sex designation of “non-binary” and now asserts the transgender lifestyle is a “fraud,” told Breitbart News in comments he believes Edmo’s claims are false.

(All of it, LBGTQ+ is a fraud. They are all emotionally disturbed people that at on it when they are of age. They have been hurt by some kind of abuse. Abuse of some kind, whether it is physical, verbal, mental or lack of a proper role model is hidden in their past. Today we can add on LBGTQ+ literally being advocated for unstable people to get praise, attention and extra rights for affirmation. )

“The ACLU argues Edmo attempted to castrate himself because is a female trapped in a male body,” Shupe explained. “The truth is its self-hatred of his genitals because of the behaviors they’ve fueled and sexual paraphilias at work. Or in the case of pedophiles, they’re so distressed about the urges to harm others, they’re willing to engage in self-harm or chemical castration to turn off the dangerous urges. Transgenderism works the same way for males.”

(Deep down they all know it is wrong and unnatural and that is why they always over react emotionally when someone shows disapproval. It’s an unattended emotional issue and why they are never truly happy and have a high suicide rate. Now women can be terrrifed of him in prison!)

BTW Sotomayer and Kagen are both lesbians. Kagen in particular held numerous seminars at Harvard looking for ways to make our Constitution Sharia Law compatible. She has a fixation for Islam. Our country is pretty much done for whether Trump gets a second term or not. People cheer this stuff on. How easily compromised the cheer leaders are. God isn’t impressed with this… We keep rebelling and clenching our fist at Him and expect our country to be blessed. It won’t be. I’m not a “homophobe” or a “hater”. LGTQ+ behavior is simply wrong.
They need help but not in this way. It makes as much sense as drowning an alcoholic in alcohol. AA would be the better solution.

We shouldn’t complain when other countries want US to abandon capital punishment.

If it is so natural, why do LBGTQ+ need special “protections” to hide it? No pride?

Sure I’ll still vote for Trump but I’m not willing to be a blind partisan and pretend I don’t see more nails inserted into our country’s coffin. It’s just another sad day.

Grenell is just another grenade thrower that craves acceptance, and loves praise and attention. He has been accommodated and he got to push his personal agenda along in exchange. Trump, you’e sabotaging youself with this stuff….
