US officials believe China deliberately downplayed the country’s coronavirus outbreak in order to stock up on medical supplies needed to fight the illness, intelligence documents show.
In early January, Chinese leaders “intentionally concealed the severity” of the pandemic from the world, according to a four-page Department of Homeland Security intelligence report obtained by the Associated Press.
Story continues below advertisementThe analysis also says that for much of January China delayed reporting the coronavirus “was a contagion” to the World Health Organization so they could import personal protective equipment.
The report, which is dated May 1 and marked “for official use only,” said China increased imports and decreased exports of medical supplies while downplaying the growing crisis.
The report’s conclusions were based on the 95 percent probability that China’s changes in imports and export behavior were not within normal range.
There is no public evidence to suggest that China deliberately withheld information for the purpose of hoarding the world’s medical supplies.
I do not totally agree. Not that is not true, but it only reflects part of the story.
I believe that China had a bigger reason to hide the severity of the CCP virus.
- Avoid humiliation is one. Hide their incompetence is another. And preserve their image of a very sophisticated and technologically advance country too.
- Another big reason lies in their DNA: Communism. Not a single human being would accept to live in a communist regime if he had the choice between freedom and totalitarism. How do you get a population to stay under a tyrannic regime? Fear, terror, violence and propaganda.
Now it happens that China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” is their code name to dominate the world. And it’s based on a simple plan: Debt-trap diplomacy.
Debt-trap diplomacy is a very old and vicious concept. As vicious as Marxism.
It’s a strategy used by China to lure or trap developing, underdeveloped, and economically fragile countries like poor Asian neighbors, Africa, and weak European countries like Italy, Greece and Poland, to borrow more money than what they can repay to be used for much needed infrastructure projects they cannot afford. And when they cannot honor their debt obligations as China planned it, then China takes over assets, including strategic infrastructures and extract political concessions from the debtor countries.
Now look at the situation from the coronavirus angle.
- It must be a coincidence that countries have just been economically devastated by the Chinese coronavirus.
- And it’s a coincidence that economically devastated countries need help, and cash.
- And China happens to have a ready-made program for them, the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
Let me put it this way:
If I were China, and I wanted to accelerate my grip on the world, I would have spread the coronavirus so that the economies of the weakest would collapse, and I would be right there at the right time to offer them my “help”.
But again, it’s a coincidence.

We know this virus has been around a lot longer. We know the numbers are being fudged. The democratic states, like mine, doing crazy lockdowns and boarding up stuff that is suppose to be good for your health. I think China’s lock down was for show, so when it came over here, we were already programmed to go along with the initial lock down and now it is out of control. I am trying to wake people up fast. We do not need the government in our health.

I am pissed. These people should be hung. How could they knowingly do this. I have lost some friends, well they lost me. I had to argue from the beginning that the government needs to back off. I went and found other people. I have been out the whole time. We start opening next week. Once people realize that being out is not scary, it will be better. I have no problem going near people. My next message to people, in case the wench tries to shut us down again, they better not listen, just cause we get sick and die, we do not hand our children over to the government. I am so pissed at those people as well.

I am a senior….in really good health. I do smoke, but have learned that people who smoke, didn’t die with the virus like others in my age group. So, in this instance ONLY, smoking may have saved me.
A very stupid, bully landlord came to my home without calling and without a mask, and came within 2 feet of me. The next day I woke up with the feeling of extreme tiredness for no reason. I had a very low grade fever. This went on for 48 hours and then I was fine.
This Gonif was probably a carrier….and God was watching out for me.

Please take care of yourself! We are in the high risk group too. We aren’t paranoid but are more careful. Others I know that smoke have been using Juul. My understanding is that it is just the niccotine and less deadly and cheaper than cigarettes. It weens them off of cigarettes.

And now, the ‘involved’ virologists who have been denying any link to a lab creation, are about to be exposed as liars. It turns out that “gain of function” research has been going on in different labs and with all kinds of viruses, for quite some time. This virus has a particular sequencing that defies a ‘natural’, mutated origin (see Peak Prosperity “Are our Scientists Lying to us”).
However, it would seem that other western funding, including America, was part of all this research. China doesn’t own the research responsibility by itself. Releasing it from the lab and then to the world is another story, and they absolutely played a role in doing that.

Yes, good point. And Trump is thinking that no matter how China got into this mess, by January 1, they knew it was bad, and by Jan 5 they knew humans infected each other directly. Then within a few days China shut down domestic flights from Wuhan, and kept international flights open. That’s where Trump smells a rat. Even if Covid-19 was just some bizarre accident, China chose to export the virus internationally. That was clearly an act of aggression.

China’s power was handed to them on a silver platter. Communist China would not be the threat it has become if not for trade, education, technology, and open doors the should never have been open to them. China no more tricked us or manipulated us into this situation than Islam did. We have been set up against one manufactured foreign threat after another, for a century. The fear of a foreign threat takes our eyes of the threat standing right behind us.
Our worst enemy used us to enrich and enable other enemies, and set us up to fight them or die. They embrace our other enemies to murder us, and they intend to use us to murder the enemies they embrace. They enrich and enable real enemies that are motivated to rule the world themselves. They used to be king of the hill, but we dethroned them, so they conquered us through currency and traitors, and used us to become king of the hill again, and used us to bludgeon the world until only a few powerful obstacles to their global rule (not ours) remain. They used us as an unwitting beast of burden, and they use us as human shields. They use the populations of Europe as human shields to protect them against all their enemies, including us. The obstacles to their rule see us coming for them, so they formed an alliance to topple us, with each of them intending to murder the other in the conflict (just like the game king of the hill). The people who intend to rule the world empowered China at our expense, but not to let China rule the world.

The dollar was devalued, the price of energy was skyrocketed, the burden of government was multiplied…to create a “need” for cheap junk from China, so doing business with communist China would be an easier sell (the slow poison of international free trade with hostile slave labor nations could be sold as a necessity, and that cake could be frosted with the idea that doing this would make them more like us). The set up is obvious. China doesn’t have anything that we didn’t give them as part of a scheme to rob and ruin us over time, and use us to enrich a known enemy.

I don’t know if you are meaning it the same way as I am, but it occurred to me that all the given stuff (Hillary was the intended winner – Trump wouldn’t play ball – America would be completely different under the ‘witch’, etc.) meant that the fullness of America’s might was off limits. Their desperation to get Trump out was evident from the start, and they have tried and failed endlessly in pursuit of that.
Now it looks like he’s very likely to get a second term. The interruption to their plans the first time around was bad enough, but a second term impediment is beyond acceptable. The biggest piece of the ‘American bait’ was/is her military power, but if it is going to be out of reach again, then where could they look for the next best thing – China.
When the actions of China and the UN led WHO are considered during that critical window of containment, what do we see? Starting with China and then followed by the WHO and many globalist leaders, they repeatedly ignored their own reports and findings, and let the bug lose. Once the bug was out, it didn’t need much to keep it fueled – it would work almost on its own after that, but even with that, bad ‘professional’ advice helped it along.
I know that I have not said anything new so far nor would you likely disagree. I am putting forth that ‘those people’ made a deal with the CCP – “release the virus, protect your own nation, but let it spread worldwide. It will collapse governments and economies, but China will recover the quickest and be a notch or two closer to ‘top dog’ status. In exchange, we will secretly help build your military, but ‘we’ must have use of it to suit our agenda”.
I agree with much of your former commentary concerning the big bankers. Their hands drip with blood, but they are only part of this ‘cabal’. The prime 13 families of the Illuminati are led by the ‘Collins’. A clan that has much ancestry, but are what they are not because of wealth (they actually are not the wealthiest) but because of satanic devotion. The magic of enriching and empowering our natural enemies is that it puts us in a life or death situation no matter who controls the government. We’re forced to defend ourselves. A bloodbath becomes inevitable, and that’s the goal.
China is a threat to them, and that’s why we were set up to fight China and why China was empowered to fight us.
Islam is a threat to them, and that’s why we were set up to fight Islam and why Islam was empowered to fight us.
The stagehands fear China and Islam. They fear their own people more than anything.
Our job was not to conquer the earth or save the earth, IMO. Our job was to save ourselves. Our example would compel others to save themselves, and that would change the world, and that would take the world away from the evil rulers. That’s why freedom has to be turned into suicide, and why we have to be murdered.
Now we’re back to freeing ourselves and saving ourselves again. The same enemy that murdered us one by one can murder us millions by millions.

Look into the history of Islam and when it started, how it started an where. Also think about the crusades against Islam lead by the Catholic Church. The purpose was to stop the expansion of Islam, take back land and take over more land. Now the goal is to unite for a one world meaningless “religion”. Catholicism means “unversal”. During the years leading up to the Crimean War, France, Russia and Britain were all competing for influence in the Middle East, particularly with Turkey. Religious differences were certainly a catalyst in the Crimean War. Control of access to religious sites in the Holy Land had been a cause of tension between Catholic France and Orthodox Russia for a number of years and in 1853, the conflict came to a head with rioting in Bethlehem, which was then part of the Ottoman empire ruled by Turkey. A number of Orthodox monks were killed during fighting with French monks. Tsar Nicholas I blamed the Turks for these deaths.

Believe it or not, I am a senior who moved back home to Tennessee because Vegas became a sanctuary city.
I used to be a script analyst in LA. I am also a former military wife.
I came home to insure family members end up in prison for “abusing and neglecting” our Alzheimer Dad to the point of “homicide.”
I and other siblings tried to stop them through the Courts….all corrupt in this part of the woods. We didn’t get to see him for five years until he turned up dead in a back room of his home where he was left there to rot.
My crooked brother was a County Commissioner there in that county….he had dirt on most of them….that’s how you get power there.
Law enforcement, the Courts, two District attorneys, wouldn’t help us or our poor Dad. He was a kind, Christian man who was betrayed by one of his sons and his family members.
Given the fact that we know for sure that Law Enforcement, the Courts, and Adult Protective services don’t give a dam about the elderly, I’m pretty sure there are a lot of abused and neglected elderly here who will suddenly “die” and it will be called the virus whether it is or not.
I will not go to my grave until I see them in prison. I am writing a book about my Dad and elder abuse in TN: “How to Kill a Sick old Man”…..I’m hoping the subtitle will be: ….”and almost get away with it.”
As for the Muslim issue, I read a lot, I listen to Rush, and I follow certain news.

This fellow is an idiot. China needs a prosperous West to buy the goods it produces. How does it help China to destroy those economies? Millions of Chinese workers could lose their jobs if markets stop importing and the CPR needs to keep tight control of a massive country and massive population. China has in fact shot itself in the foot as people will not trust China for a decade or more and will be less inclined to buy its products. Still can remember a visit to Sydney Darling Harbour and seeing a mass of Chinese. Ugly feeling, hardly a Caucasion about six years back now or more.
I knew something was not right on seeing an influx of Chinese wearing Masks in a clean air environment, and many checking out the Supermarkets, many there.

I said after Trump got a “good and fair trade deal’ with China….that we were about to pay big time…..The Chinese saw that as losing face because they didn’t prevail like in the past. I knew something was coming.
And I will go to my grave believing this was a deliberate attack by the Chinese on America….the rest of the countries were attacked for cover.
Nostradamus (1503-1566) once had a vision that the Eagle (America) and the Bear (Russia) would join together to fight the Dragon (China.) This is simplified. There was no “Eagle” at that time, and I’m not sure if there was a “Russia” like today…probably just a lot of tribes at that time.

This alleged Pandemic will be exposed at some future date.
IMHO, this Pandemic was/is an experiment to see how easily they can control/manipulate people.
What China did could be considered an “act of war”.
It will NEVER be declared because, An Act Of War requires a Military response. And that won’t/can’t happen.
Separate question: How many times have they/we changed the name of this virus? Wuhan Virus, Chinese virus, Coronavirus, SARS 2, COVID 19. I’m sure I missed some. All B.S. IMHO
