Gov. Newsom Attacks Beachgoers, Threatens to Extend Lockdowns, While Releasing “High Risk” Sex Offenders

24

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer on Tuesday issued a warning to residents after seven registered sex offenders who he said were “high-risk” were recently released from custody early, amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The DA called the men “the most dangerous kind of criminal and the most likely to reoffend.”

“These are not the kind of people who should be getting a break,” he said.

Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes announced Tuesday that the jail population in the county has been reduced by nearly 45% since March 7.

Showcasing, yet again, how the State is exploiting the coronavirus pandemic to seize power, limit freedom and impose totalitarian control.

Gov. Newsom Scolds Beachgoers, Threatens to Extend Stay Home Order

‘If you need a car to get to the place you’re recreating, you’re going too far’

By Katy Grimes, California Globe, April 28, 2020:

California Governor Gavin Newsom threatened at his daily briefing Monday to beef up enforcement of Coronavirus lockdown restrictions after thousands of people flocked to Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Doheny State Beach and San Clemente beaches amid a summer-like heatwave over the weekend.

After scolding beachgoers who were desperate to escape the heat, Newsom threatened to keep the state closed much longer.

“I don’t want to be punitive,” Newsom said. “They just want to take a rest on the beach and all of a sudden they get a citation – I don’t want to see that. But if there are people thumbing their nose and taking a risk… I think we may have to do a little bit more.”

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti offered cooling centers for the weekend, while ordering Southern California residents to stay home and off the beaches.

“While many laid out towels and found space on the sand that was spread out, others carried on like it was a regular summer day at the beach,” the Orange County Register reported. “Few people wore masks while sprawled out on the sand.”

Arrest those criminals! How dare they!

Yet, the USC and Stanford studies published recently show that the death rate from the virus is likely to be as low as 0.18% of COVID-19 patients.

What about following the science Mr. Governor?

Officials in Huntington Beach said people who gathered on beaches there over the weekend were complying with social distancing on their own or did so after being approached about the need to spread out, the Orange County Register reported.

It appears only public health officers, mayors and the governor want Californians to stay home. Everyone else is ready to get on with life and go back to work.

“Dr. Nichole Quick, the county’s public health officer, said she expects all residents in Orange County to listen to the governor’s order of physically distancing outside of the home. The county has closed off parking lots and other access point to discourage visitors, which Kim said there are no plans right now to change,” the Orange County Register reported. “We are encouraging people to recreate in their residential areas,” Quick said. “If you need a car to get to the place you’re recreating, you’re going too far.”

Demokkkrats ‘risk’ people’s lives every day

… I say ‘risk’ because it’s false to call deliberate and intentional murder a ‘risk’ …

Meanwhile they want to control normal people who take the ‘risk’ of living

… I say ‘risk’ this time because every activity of living risks some sort of injury or harm

Demokkkrats let criminals go …

… because the Lefties ARE criminals – those are their people and they know it.

Lefties hate Normies and Normies are the Left’s enemy – that explains everything they do …

… Now … …. …. if only Normies would get that through their thick skulls …

DEMS know what they are doing. They want anarchy, crime and chaos.
The reasons for this are totally evil. They also identify with them.

Exactly … without crisis … no one would have to pay for ‘Protection’ – for example …

I guess you have to make room for legal law abiding citizens that defy your taking away their rights.
We wouldn’t want this bunch to catch the virus!

CALIFORNIA! Do you really believe that Newsome has your best interests at heart? THINK AGAIN. He just released some of the MOST VIOLENT SEX OFFENDERS into your population. IS THAT WHAT HE THINKS OF YOU?

Yes, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOME THINKS OF ALL YOU CALIFORNIANS.
Let them eat cake while getting raped, so we can control them all and come to their aid.”

EITHER YOU PEOPLE OUT WEST ARE THE GOVERNOR’S USEFUL IDIOTS OR YOU CAN THINK FOR YOURSELVES. WHICH IS IT?

If ALL CALIFORNIANS go out, what can they do? NOTHING.

Unless you can get together 500 patriots to “occupy” the governor’s office and frogmarch him into the parking lot, you’re stuck with him, people.

You can always vote your way into socialism, but you always have to shoot your way out of it.

There is NO compromise with the commie/demoncrat collective.
Resistance; however, is not futile. Let’s roll patriots – resist.

“Dr. Nichole Quick, the county’s public health officer, said she expects
all residents in Orange County to listen to the governor’s order of
physically distancing outside of the home.” Oh, she EXPECTS, does she? Here is where we are now seeing how those who were previously government nobody’s, are now emerging and exercising power they were never granted in the first place. Meanwhile, in L.A., the bastard mayor Garcetti expects people to sit in a damn cooling tent all day. Gee,doesn’t doing that violate their own 6 foot rule? The health threat is negligible at best and the “leaders” are doubling down with their draconian orders. How much longer will the people take this.

Beaches in OC were jammed w/people last weekend. Residents of the beach communities were bitching bloody murder because they were getting used to having their sanitary quietude and beaches all to themselves without any interference from the unwashed masses.

California people voted for this. Over five decades, constantly.

I haven’t seen any news article about California protests of the type that recently occurred in Michigan and North Carolina. Who are you expecting to do it for you? Nobody else is going to “make you free,” folks.

And here’s our reply to pelosi’s nephew, the governor. The biggest thing I noticed is I could count on one hand the number of masks I saw people wearing.

‘If you need a car to get to the place you’re recreating, you’re going too far.’
Absolutely!
How dare you drive to the beach, instead of owning beachfront property!
How dare you work at your nonessential job, when you could apply for an essential one!
We will decide what you need! We will decide when you deserve! We will decide whether you prosper or perish!
Go, Newsome! Squeeze, squeeze, and then squeeze some more!
Show California voters the ultimate benefits of all that socialism they insist on voting for year after year!
You’ve got ’em by the tender parts now, so now’s the time to squeeze!

Some here in Californication think governor Newsom is going out of his way to close OC beaches but not others — because historically OC has been a bedrock of Repubs.

Newsom is behaving like so many other Democrat Governors and Mayors, it’s like he does not anticpate a future need for elections but acts more like a dictator for life. Like someone pushing to trigger civil war.

Newsom must be personally sued for criminal negligence when the convicted criminals he released commit more crimes. Newsom and his family are personally protected from these criminals because the Newsoms are protected by bodyguards with guns at public expense. It is time for do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do politicians like Newsom and his Aunt Nancy Pelosi to take personal responsibility for endangering public safety.

The “governor” has no such authority …. in breaching the Constitution, the “governor” has committed Malfeasance of Office – thereby removing himself from his Office, the “authority” of that Office, and any protections due that Office – he is, now, no more than a common criminal, acting under Color of Law, by Force of Arms …. anyone, Sworn to uphold the Constitution, who attempts to enforce these EDICTS is GUILTY OF TREASON and must be punished accordingly. The Citizens of California need to look-up, “Right to Resist Unlawful Arrest” and act accordingly. The “supreme court” clearly stated that “any legislation, in conflict with the Constitution, IS NOT LAW AND NEED NOT BE OBEYED”.

“I don’t want to be punitive,” Newsom said.

LIAR!!!! That is EXACTLY what he is doing. He is a powermonger. “I speak YOU obey. NOW!!!”. Typical characgeristic of those of his particular persuasion.

FACT, Gabbing Nuisance: in open air in bright sunklght, any cornoa virus cells exhaled will be dead within thirty seconds. UV light from the sun destrys them. Remember Mr. Trump’s getting pilloried as he pondered out loud on the use of UV light to kill the virus? He is right.. it does do what job.

Well California, you bought this piece of work. Now YOU live under his big thumb. Serves you right. Maybe next go-round you will take pains to inform yourselves on the real character and nature of any would-be overlords stumping for the office of governor.

Newsom may have a mass civil disobedience problem on his hands in Orange County. I bet three times the people turn out this weekend to challenge the CHP and State Police. I would be amused if the local cops and the Orange County Sheriffs decide to protect the locals and threatened to arrest the state cops. Maybe the next step is a secession of So. Cal. less L.A.
