This is the Democrats at work. Remember in November. While Americans were being arrested for going to the beach, thousands of inmates across California were released from jail.
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department released 400 inmates from the jail without bail because of California’s geniuses in Sacramento. Only to arrest people protesting and put them in the same system that just released actual inmates? Fucking brilliant!

Become a supporterThe tickets were issued Friday to people who “were watching the sunset, having picnics near the beach,” according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
“Everyone is required to stay home, except to get food, care for a relative or friend, get necessary health care or go to an essential job,” the department tweeted Saturday morning. “Complacency is the enemy. Take social distancing more seriously to stop coronavirus.”
The violations carry fines of up to $1,000 or six months in jail or both, the department said.
“You can easily transmit coronavirus (without) knowing it, creating a snowball effect,” a tweet from the department said. “By staying home, you can save lives. The public health orders were not created to follow when convenient.”
Last Tuesday, Encinitas Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear laid out reasons for the shutdowns.
She acknowledged that the coastline was of “sacred importance” to many in Encinitas.
But Blakespear wrote in an email to residents: “I have received lots of emails from those concerned that people or businesses need to do a better job strictly following the guidelines, and I’ve also received feedback second-guessing the decision to close beaches, saying that crowding isn’t that common on Encinitas beaches and the risk of transmission is low. After all, there is a lot of space on the sand, most of us are in family units, and people in the ocean are rarely closer than six feet from each other.”

they’ve tried everything to scare us since the “silent spring” hoax of rachel carson, and nothing worked until now. climate change was too far off to make the idiot american public panic, so they finally figured out that a mysterious virus that you can’t see and which can allegedly kill you was the way to freak out the idiots and round them up in their homes to wait for the food riots that are the next phase of this war on us. i live among the stupidest people group who have ever lived on this earth. peasants 1,500 years ago would have just ignored this nonsense and set the local sheriff on fire if he dared to try to arrest them

Things are slowly getting back to normal here with people drifting back to work and the roads are definitely busier but the MSM are still talking about nothing else and trying to keep the public in fear mode. There’s only so much of that propaganda they can pump out though until people become immune to their bullshite and start to ignore the hype.

I think the issue is not so much lack of native intelligence as it is early and consistent brainwashing. Let’s just say I know something about how easy it is to damage a mind if you start early enough. These people consider ownership of your soul and your mind sort of the ultimate power. Money and luxury isn’t enough. The must own, use, and dispose of people.

Well, maybe the idiot can raise DMV fees, and set up borders around all the CA counties, that would require a toll to get through (say, $10 or so, depending on demand). Sound crazy? If anyone told you a year ago, we were headed for this kind of lock down, chances are you would have considered calling the mental hospital on them.

I’ve said a similar thing about 9-11. If you had told anyone in the late 1970’s or 1980’s muslums would be flying two 757’s into the WTC towers and bringing them both down killing nearly 3000 people they would’ve called you crazy.

I would still like to see the statute and law that they are being charged with violating. The BS is getting out of hand where criminals and illegals are protected and are released and the working law abiding Americans are locked up. You know you are in calimexistan when that happens!

That does pretty much cover the gist of governator Newsom’s edict — although his edict didn’t make it a criminal offense to violate it. At least AFAIK.

Governor Idiot’s (oops Newsom’s) edict wasn’t very specific on what specific public spaces would be closed, but local cities and municipalities have been trying to close beaches — just in time for summer.

To close beaches down is outrageously unnecessary and goes against the free society that our forebears fought hard for.

I’m no lawyer but, if someone’s constitutional rights are suspended (as they are here), wouldn’t there first have to be a declaration of martial law in order to lawfully charge someone with going to the beach.

I really don’t know where governor SoS got the authority for his edicts if he didn’t declare martial law. Also, as far as I can tell his edicts didn’t include any sort of criminal penalties for violating them so the mayor and/or city council of San Diego must have enacted those on their own. Does a mayor have the authority to declare martial law? Or govern by edict? What crime are these people being charged with at Encintas beach? Whatever’s convenient? Is it a case of show me the man and I’ll show you the charge?

“Does a mayor have the authority to declare martial law?” I really don’t think so. It’s interesting to note, based on the photo in Pamela’s story, they were SD Sheriff’s on the beach. In which case, they would not be under the control of the city mayor, but whoever runs the county (Board of Supervisors?). “What crime are these people being charged with…..” Very good question, MuhamMud. My uneducated guess, is that because Martial Law was not declared, there is no law they (the beach goers) violated(?).

I’ve just been having a look at something I saw on the news comparing englands deaths from covid to Germany and New Zealand.
Firstly I thought what a weird comparison to compare england and New Zealand knowing how sparsely populated it is. New Zealand has a population density of 18 people per sq km, where as england has 430 people per sq km.. making New Zealands pop density nearly 24x smaller than englands, so for the media to compare the two when they’re talking about the spread of a virus that requires people being close to each other to thrive is completely ridiculous.
Then I thought, well I know Germany are doing pretty well at dealing with the virus so I thought I wonder how densely populated Germany is, 227 people per km2, which is 1/2 the density of England. so the deaths in the England are 14.5k and in Germany are 4650.. that’s not far off 3x smaller than England, so every time the media slate how we are dealing with it just remember that if Germany had the same population density as us they would be relatively similar to us with the same amount of deaths. Also the disparities in how they report covid19 deaths are an issue when the uk reports any deaths where covid is present compared to Germany who only list it on the death certificate if it is a predominant factor.
Spain has 91 people per square km with a death toll of nearly 22k so when you compare those to England’s numbers they are doing absolutely horrendously compared to us when their pop density is 5x smaller than ours.
France has 117 people per square km, with a death toll of nearly 20k so again, they are doing much much worse than we are when we are.
We have a lower death per capita level than France, Italy and Spain, when all of them have a population density way lower than ours.
France 302
Italy 391
Spain 446
England 218
Which is very important when this is a virus that thrives in densely populated situations so if we were dealing with it as badly as these 3 countries we would be losing thousands more!
The overall death toll of a country with 10million cannot be compared to a country with 66million such as Belgium and the uk which is being done regularly. The deaths per million of the population of Belgium is double that of the uk, when the overall population is 6x smaller than the uk so Belgium is doing twice as bad as the uk in effect.
The death toll in a Country with a small population will obviously have a lower death toll than a country with a large population, it’s common sense, so to compare two figures of simply death toll is manipulating figures to suit a certain agenda.
My point is that when you compare the numbers truthfully we are doing well compared to other countries when we have such a densely populated country, please do some of your own fact checking and digging before you believe the utter garbage that is being fed to us at the moment!

The Sheriff swore an Oath to uphold the Constitution … the Sheriff breached that Oath ….. the Sheriff is GUILTY OF TREASON ….. The Sheriff, not the deputies, have any Force of Law to back them up – they are common, armed, criminals, acting under Color of Law, in violation of their Office and in violation of the Constitution.
The People have the Right to Resist Unlawful Arrest with FORCE, up to, and including DEADLY FORCE.
