The Obama holdovers who committed these numerous acts of treason in the cause of a coup must face a military tribunal. It won’t be enough to just free Flynn and issue a public apology. This is the very worst abuse of power and there must be severe penalties.

Newly Filed Court Documents Include Exculpatory Evidence For Michael Flynn
New documents filed under seal in federal court include exculpatory information about former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, an FBI official told The Federalist on Friday.

New court documents filed under seal include significant exculpatory information about Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser, an FBI official familiar with the situation told The Federalist on Friday. The new documents, which were filed under seal by the Department of Justice Friday, allegedly include exonerating evidence about Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators about his conversations with foreign diplomats as Trump’s top incoming foreign policy adviser and is currently attempting to withdraw his plea, as well as evidence of malfeasance by the FBI during its investigation of Flynn.

According to the FBI official who spoke to The Federalist, FBI general counsel Dana Boente led the charge internally against DOJ’s disclosure of the new materials. Boente, who briefly served as acting Attorney General after Trump became president, personally signed off on one of the federal spy warrants against former Trump campaign affiliate Carter Page. The new documents, which were filed under a protective order by DOJ on Friday, will reflect poorly on the FBI, the official told The Federalist. It is not clear when, or even if, those documents will be unsealed and made available to the public for review.
Because the documents were filed under seal, The Federalist has not been able to review them independently. Neither the Department of Justice nor the White House responded to requests for comment about the newly filed court documents or their legal or political implications. Trump has reportedly been weighing whether to issue a pardon for Flynn.
So now it is reported that, after destroying his life & the life of his wonderful family (and many others also), the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has “lost” the records of General Michael Flynn. How convenient. I am strongly considering a Full Pardon!

Multiple investigative reports issued by the DOJ Office of Inspector General revealed myriad instances of corruption by FBI officials throughout the multi-year investigation of Trump and his campaign. Former FBI director James Comey was even referred for criminal investigation by the inspector general. Attorney General William Barr, who was confirmed by the Senate and sworn into office last year, appointed a seasoned federal prosecutor to investigate and determine whether other DOJ or FBI officials broke the law in attempt to oust Trump from office.
The federal judge overseeing the government’s case against Flynn refused to throw out his conviction last year, but is still considering whether to allow Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea. Flynn has charged his previous counsel with a conflict of interest and ineffective counsel. Sidney Powell, Flynn’s current attorney, did not respond immediately to a request for comment on the matter.
Powell tweeted last month that the FBI was “still hiding evidence of Flynn’s innocence” and has noted repeatedly that the FBI has failed to produce the original written FBI account, known as a 302, of its agents’ conversation with Flynn that led to charges against him.

Two different FBI sources reported earlier today to both The Federalist and separately to The Daily Caller that FBI legal counsel Dana Boente and FBI Director Christopher Wray tried to block the release of exculpatory information to Lt. General Flynn’s defense team.
However the DOJ, via spokesperson Kerri Kupec, denies those allegations:
“The assertion that Director Wray pushed to withhold exculpatory evidence in the Michael Flynn case is 100% false,” DOJ Director of Communications Kerri Kupec told the Daily Caller. “To the contrary, the Director has been nothing but cooperative throughout this process.”
So here we are again… stuck in this who to believe scenario. And to evaluate the merit of both sides of the issue it is worth staying at the 30,000 ft level to avoid confusion.
First, what else could Bill Barr say after spending the past 14 months pouring buckets of effusive praise upon FBI Director Wray?…. ‘whoops, my bad, he is a badie; and my judgement sucks’? Not likely; think about it.
Regardless of Wray’s corrupt intents and activities, AG Bill Barr attached his credibility to Wray by proclaiming the FBI director as the second coming of all things “exceptional”, and “outstanding.” It is worth noting this level of praise from Bill Barr came AFTER it was already publicly clear that Christopher Wray was a duplicitous, scheming and conniving fraud.

Secondly, what Christopher Wray has done (or not done) speaks so loudly now that no-one can hear a word he’s saying.
After all, keep in mind when FBI Director Wray became fully aware of the internal schemes throughout
Spygate: the phony Clinton investigation (IG report);
the Andrew McCabe lies (IG report);
the Comey wrongdoing [IG report x 2 (Memos and FISA)]; and
the FBI FISA abuse; what exactly did Chris Wray do publicly?
Promise some re-training and leadership pamphlet distribution?…

Supreme Court Allows Trump’s ‘Public Charge’ Rule To Stand

“The ‘public charge’ provision dates back at least to the Immigration Act of 1882. Federal lawmakers at the time wanted to make sure that immigrants would be able to take care of themselves and not end up a public burden,” CNN reported.
“Under current regulations put in place in 1996, the term is defined as someone who is ‘primarily dependent’ on government assistance, meaning it supplies more than half their income.
“But it only counted cash benefits, such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or Supplemental Security Income from Social Security. The administration’s new rule widens the definition of who is expected to be dependent on the government by including more benefit programs,” it said.
This means that before someone is allowed to immigrate to the United States, immigration officials can take into account that person, or family’s, financial capability to fend for themselves.
In February the Supreme Court granted the administration’s request to enact the new rules and make it tougher for those likely to need financial assistance to immigrate.

Supreme Court Hands Trump Administration a Win in Immigration Case

The Supreme Court has given President Donald Trump a victory in his efforts to deport immigrants who have committed crimes.
The 5-4 ruling Thursday upheld a lower court decision in which a legal permanent resident facing deportation for his crimes was not allowed to evade deportation under a U.S. law that lets some longtime legal residents avoid being deported, according to Reuters.
That law gives green card holders a chance to stay in the U.S. if they have been living here for at least seven years.
However, the law also provides that if a noncitizen has committed crimes within his or her first seven years of residence in the U.S., something called a “stop time” provision kicks in that then renders the person ineligible to claim protection under the law.

“If a crime is serious enough to deny admission to a noncitizen, the crime can also be serious enough to preclude cancellation of removal, at least if committed during the initial seven years of residence,” Kavanaugh wrote in the majority opinion.

These people are devils. What they did to Flynn makes me hot under the collar. Their intentionally manufactured case against Flynn is about as evil as things get. I believe Flynn only plead guilty due to threats by the same wicked people to persecute his son. Flynn is an honorable man whose name was dragged through the mud as he was also being bankrupted. I want people to lose their pensions, be forever prevented from serving in any government function, and go to prison for a very long time. Seal their assets and pay Flynn back for all his and his family’s losses several times over. This man must be restored.

What we have witnessed in the unfolding of the Flynn saga is the unraveling of the DOJ and FBI mafia that is employed not to protect the American people but the Deep State and the Commiecrats and the monied globalists who employ them as a weapon to subvert and enslave the American people. The crimes committed against General Flynn and then repeated against President Trump and others are SOP for the DOJ and the FBI and their entrenched bureaucracy. Let me cite no other than Mrs.Sydney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, and author of “Licensed to Lie,” where she lays out the deceit of the DOJ, the FBI, and the judges who enable them. Tens of thousands of your fellow Americans have similarly been victims of this human scum and them as well as General Flynn needs to be vindicated and compensated for their losses.
