CNN, which has already drawn fire for its reluctance to cover a claim of sexual assault against Joe Biden, failed to uncover its own archive footage in which his accuser’s mother called into Larry King’s old show in what some critics are calling “journalistic misconduct.” (more….)

Clip surfaces of Biden accuser Tara Reade’s mother phoning into ‘Larry King Live’ in 1993 alluding to claim

A resurfaced clip of “Larry King Live” from 1993 appears to include the mother of Tara Reade — who has accused Joe Biden of past sexual assault while in the Senate — alluding to “problems” her daughter faced while working as a staffer for the then-U.S. senator from Delaware.
In a telephone interview with Fox News on Friday night, Reade confirmed that her mother called in to the show. Biden’s presidential campaign has adamantly denied Reade’s allegations but the video could be cited as evidence supporting Reade’s allegation – even though her late mother, in the clip, does not specifically refer to a sexual assault claim.
The Intercept on Friday first reported the transcript of a broadcast from Aug. 11, 1993, of a woman from San Luis Obispo County, Calif., calling in to the show about her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill.
“San Luis Obispo, California, hello,” King begins.
“Yes, hello. I’m wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him,” the caller says.
“In other words, she had a story to tell but, out of respect for the person she worked for, she didn’t tell it?” King inquires.

“That’s true,” the woman responds before King cuts away to a panel to discuss her claim.
That woman was Jeanette Altimus, Reade’s mother, Reade told news outlets, including Fox News.
Later Friday, the Media Research Center found the clip in its archives matching the information provided by The Intercept.
Reade took to Twitter to confirm that it was her mother who called in to “Larry King Live.”

“This is my mom. I miss her so much and her brave support of me,” Reade tweeted about her mother, who died in 2016.
Reade’s story first resurfaced in an article in The Intercept on March 24. Podcast host Katie Halper then interviewed Reade, who said that in 1993, a more senior member of Biden’s staff asked her to bring the then-senator his gym bag near the U.S. Capitol building, which led to the encounter in question.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday said that allegations from two women who say they were touched inappropriately by former Vice President Joe Biden should not disqualify him from running for president.
“I don’t think it’s disqualifying,” Pelosi said during a live Politico interview. “He has to understand in the world that we’re in now that people’s space is important to them, and what’s important is how they receive it and not necessarily how you intended it.”

OTOH, Ford accused Kavenaugh of it and he was supposed to be automatically disqualified from being a Supreme Court Justice even though her own friends wouldn’t back her up and there was NO EVIDENCE to prove it.

If our society actually valued truth and integrity both CNN and Joe Biden would be long gone by now.
The REALITY I see is that integrity is rare and lies are considered truth.

Well laying down and rolling over just isn’t an option – over 60 % of us in this nation still hold with the moral values our Founding Peoples stood for and champion such a return to.

They always knew Biden’s campaign would end in failure because he is a crook and a creep, just like they always knew the impeachment would end in failure because President Trump is not a crook or a creep. Biden is playing a role, and part of that role is to keep the focus on him. In the background we have mass murder by virus, designed to scare us into voting by mail so Democrats can put their chosen one into the WH. We were set up for a multi-front war of survival, and Hillary was going to be a global hitman using our arsenal. I’m the last to defend Biden but it begs the question, why didn’t she file a police report. Even if never escalated to criminal charges, a police report would be part of the public record.
If your superior sexually assaulted you, would you file a police report?
Another option available to her would have been to document the attack in writing, sign it, and mail it to herself. it’s called a poor mans copyright. If that sealed and postmarked envelope was opened today it might not be enough to bring charges but it would be damning enough to end Biden’s career.
She chose to do nothing. If you remain silent, you have no right to expect justice.

The problem is when young intern peon’s work with and for hugely powerful people and have not the understanding that they are not Gods any more then Dr’s. are – yet even they are so revered as to wilt at their command in a now drug prescribed overdose genocide.
250,000 Americans are killed by Medical Error every year and yet people treat Dr’s. as mini-gods.
How much more can a U.S. Senator get away with having only 2 per State.

Tara Reade was 29 yrs old when she says Biden sexually assaulted. She was a fully grown adult woman. Even allowing for the fact that Biden was Senator with lots of presumed power, each of us is ultimately responsible for our own lives.
Besides the fact that she failed to file a police report or personally document the event, she also failed to report the event BEFORE Obama was elected. So she was not willing to go public with her accusation in 2007 but 13 years later, after Biden has served as VP for 8 years, she decides now is the time?
