They are being so held. Look at their ratings; and the Pres. calls them out by name.
There is no law v what they do unless-as in the case of the Covington Catholic scandal-they are sued for libel.

Where I live in NYC, there was a purported asbestos removal in the apartment house I live nearly two decades ago. On the front door of my building they had an asbestos removal sign in Polish. IN POLISH! And there are hardly any Polish-Americans in Manhattan. Maybe a few in some Brooklyn neighborhoods, but . . . – plus, none of the workers were even remotely of Polish ancestry.

It isn’t just the “enemedia.” Anybody who deigns to blame Trump in particular and conservatives in general for the body count from Chinese Wuhan virus is by definition a propagandist for and acting in service to the ChiComs. I do not watch the alphabet channels. however I was at my lake house with no cable and ran across that very video clip. I watched it and it appeared not be exactly right. Now I see it was fake. To bad the DOJ can’t prosecute as fraud perpetrated on the people.
