Rep. Jim Banks: ‘Demand Reparations’ from Communist China for Coronavirus

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) said on Monday that the United States should begin forcing China to “pay the burden and the cost incurred” by the U.S. due to the Wuhan coronavirus.
The Indiana lawmaker said during an appearance on Monday’s Tucker Carlson Tonight that the U.S. should place the financial burden caused by the Chinese coronavirus on China and floated several ways to do that, including China relieving a “great amount” of U.S. debt.
“We need to start by forcing China to pay the burden and the cost incurred on the United States of America due to the coronavirus. I think there are many ways that we can do that,” Banks said.
He continued:
The president could force China to relieve a great amount of American debt. He could institute tariffs on China and designate the funds from that into a coronavirus victim relief fund to pay the cost incurred on Americans and American taxpayers due to the negligence on China’s behalf that’s led to the crisis in America today.
“So by releasing the debt, the U.S. debt held by the Chinese, we could fund that,” Carlson said, asking Banks if he believes the Trump administration will go in that direction.
“I hope so,” Banks said, applauding the “enormous” strength Trump demonstrated on trade deals.
“I have no doubt that President Trump will do everything that he can to hold China accountable for what they’ve caused on Americans today,” he said.

“By refusing to let CDC come to China and study the new virus, by lying to their citizens and saying the virus wasn’t transmitted by person to person contact when they knew the opposite was true, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien has said this cost the world two months in preparation time for this virus,” Banks said in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News.
“China needs to pay up, and Congress will be working with members of the Trump administration to learn the best way to hold them accountable,” he added.
The virus, which originated in Wuhan, China, has now infected over 189,000 people worldwide. The number of cases in the United States currently tops 5,100.

Sorry to say, but it will never happen.
Its ridicules to even try. Their simple answer that it was an act of God. End of story.
Suggestions are that it started in a Level 4 biological research centre (germ warfare?). Now prove it. Only China knows if this is true, and China isn’t talking.
Its just strange that the last three major pandemics came from China, and all within less than 25 years.

Only part of it’s DNA was bought from the university while most of it was stolen from a Canadian lab originally. Then it was combined and assembled and released in a bio-weapon lab in Wuhan. Now you’re here talking trash as if you’re the fifty cent army. Coincidence?

Of the pandemics, over the last quarter century, the one that killed, BY FAR, more Americans than all of the others was the Mexican Swine Flu (2009/2010). It originated out of Mexico and the U.S. kept its borders open. Moreover, Mexico did not share any data, or even attempt to domestically contain it.
China … Mexico …. pretty much the same, but it appears that Mexico is, by far, the worst.

I doubt that Mexico has anything to share other than the disease. Mexico wants to unload their people here. Some Mexican illegals will send money home to pump up the Mexican economy and we get to educate their anchor babies at our expense, along with free health care etc..
And who was President and Vice President then? Obama did all he could to destroy our country and let people die. A flu or a virus LOVES OPEN BORDERS and MASS IMMIGRATION in all forms… of course all without proper vetting. Just had to vent.

And right now, the biggest problem with Mexico is that they built a SUPER seaport for China. And it isn’t far from our southern border. Our Border Patrol agents have already captured nearly 2,000 Chinese (from that seaport)! Some were absolutely from where the virus originated because shortly after it was released 500,000 Chinese fled that province and scattered all over the world. THAT is how the horror was started.

I like the idea but good luck getting money out of China for that! Unless you are Hunter Biden willing to peddle influence! Hill and Bill can also vouch for that.
I am more concerned about more lawlessness becoming more of a trend, if you can imagine that.

The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Police Department is implementing a new policy where accused criminals deemed “non-violent” will be quickly released after their arrests in light of the coronavirus crisis.

(I fail to see what this has to do with the Chinese virus. You could say they are “sheltering in place” or in self lockdown. Crime has been going up too. Maybe I’m crazy but releasing more criminals and mocking punishment should generate more crime.)
For instance, compared to this time last year
, retail theft in Philadelphia is up 64 percent. Likewise,
commercial burglary has increased eight percent,
motor vehicle tag theft is up 26 percent,
theft from a person is up 16 percent,
theft is up 14 percent, and
auto theft is up 20 percent.
There are at least 18 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Philadelphia.

Doesn’t take much to figure that out. It’s known in China to call caucasians “white monkeys”. At least the PRC isn’t letting a bunch of 7th century troglodytes turn their country into a Sharia’ compliant state.

American Citizens need to establish, at the individual level, a new China policy:
“Buy American”.
If you can’t “Buy American, then buy “Anywhere but China”.
When the schlockmeisters see the American Citizenry displaying an ~aversion~ to Chinese Made Goods they will start instructing their Buyers to actively seek out other sources for their goods.
And I’m not just talking about cheap-jack but things like high end Cell Phones and Mercedes Benzes.

I am not so worried about the Corona virus or any other disease nearly as much as I am about the danger of socio-communism/liberalism and especially the brand being spouted by the left in this country! Get rid of that and then we can worry about other lesser diseases!
