Group threatens lawsuits over ‘suspiciously high’ voter registration rates in swing states

EXCLUSIVE: Voters in Florida, Michigan and Colorado are threatening to sue their states after an independent organization discovered that each has counties with unusually high voter registration rates — in some cases, they found more registered voters than actual people eligible to vote.
The data was compiled by the Honest Elections Project, a new nonprofit organization that blames the seemingly implausible statistics on a failure of states to properly update voter rolls to account for people moving, dying or being incarcerated.
Story continues below advertisementThe group examined publicly available registration records and compared it with citizen voting-age data from the U.S. Census Bureau, describing the figures as “suspiciously high.”
“All three states have multiple counties where voter registration rates exceed 90 percent, in some cases they exceed 100 percent. In the last election in 2018, the nationwide registration rate according to the U.S. Census Bureau was 66.9 percent. That disparity is a clear sign these states aren’t maintaining accurate voter rolls,” said Jason Snead, executive director of the Honest Elections Project. Snead was formerly a senior policy analyst at the conservative Heritage Foundation.
Fox News reached out to each state’s secretary of state’s office, but none immediately responded.
The organization’s findings revealed that 27 counties in Florida have voter registration rates above 90 percent, well above the national average, and seven counties with rates higher than 100 percent. Michigan had 18 counties above 90 percent and one above 100 percent, and Colorado had 19 above 90 percent and five above 100 percent, the group said.
In the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton won Colorado by a relatively slim margin of 2.8 percent. President Trump won Florida by 1.3 percent, and Michigan by just 0.4 percent.
The observations led voters in each state to warn their respective secretaries of state that keeping ineligible voters on the rolls leaves the states vulnerable to improper activity during November’s election. That warning came in the form of letters sent on their behalf from attorney William Consovoy, who has represented Trump in a number of matters.
“Retaining voter rolls bloated with ineligible voters harms the electoral process, heightens the risk of electoral fraud, and undermines public confidence in elections,” the letters said. Consovoy noted that the National Voter Registration Act requires states to keep accurate voter rolls, and provides for individuals to notify their states and then sue if action is not taken within 90 days, which the voters intend to do if necessary.
“We ask that you establish, if one has not already been initiated, a comprehensive and nondiscriminatory list maintenance program in compliance with federal law,” the letters each say. They call for the states to remove from their lists of voters everyone who is ineligible because they moved, died, were incarcerated or other reasons.
The voters also request that the states inform them of what measures they are taking to make these adjustments in time for November’s election.
The practice of removing names from voter rolls has led to intense controversy and legal battles in numerous states. A Wisconsin court recently put that state’s voter roll purge on hold, as opponents argued the effort targeted voters in Democratic areas in a bid to suppress turnout.
The American Civil Liberties Union says cleaning up voter rolls can be a responsible exercise but some states have used it as “a method of mass disenfranchisement, purging eligible voters from rolls for illegitimate reasons or based on inaccurate data, and often without adequate notice to the voters.”

It boggles one’s mind that this Republic regarding voter registration has the protocol of some far-off Banana Republic. In most so-called developed countries, the West, rely upon heavily scrutinized voter registration. Here, it is a toss-up; it is safe to say the Party that is employing corrupt machinations to steal the election is the faux-Democratic Party.
Not long ago, the so-called Democrats supported to hand the vote to 16 year-olds. The reason was blatant; the young, readily swayed to the Autocratic propaganda spewed by their endeavor to create a totalitarian state.

That’s a given, yet nothing is done about it. More citizens should jump on the proverbial bandwagon and sue the state authorities. I’m certain there wouldn’t be any Democrats on the said bandwagon. There is something more than askew and criminal in the voting regulations throughout the nation.

That’s only about 80MM eligible to vote, and no more than 40MM+ votes at blow out 50%+ participation rates.
So it should be ‘obvious’ without me adding anything I might have seen somewhere before …

I’ve been saying for months we need basic Forensic Checks on every precinct in the next general election.
Any precinct where there are more ballots cast than registered voters is an automatic flag.
Any precinct where the turnout [ballots counted] is statistically higher or lower, plus or minus a margin for error, of surrounding districts should be automatically flagged.
And these precincts should have every ballot subjected to basic forensics to check for paper, inks, and printing to determine how many are fraudulent, over and above the checks against the voter rolls to make sure that the signature on the Registrars Book actually matches the File Copy.
If these basic measures are put in place it will negate much of the rampant cheating that the Demoncrats [est. 2012] have been engaging in since before the Chicago Graveyards put Kennedy in office.

THIS concerns me allot as well as Holder quietly helping DEM governors redistrict swing states to favor DEMS.
Remember “free” sells well! Many millennials have huge higher education debt and erasing that debt is enticing. M ore millennials will be voting than ever before in this coming election.
Online voting makes it so EASY to cheat. Once they declare a DEM victory, good luck getting that investigated. Look how DEMS are handling their caucus results. They are already rigging THEIR primary.

Many of these Americans will vote in the eight states that will use some form of paperless voting in 2020:

“Experts have longed warned that these machines are a security risk because they do not allow election officials or the public to confirm electronic vote totals,” the report’s authors wrote.
The report said the number of Americans expected to cast votes through paperless machines is down from 20 percent in 2016, when 14 states used some form of paperless voting machines.
Pennsylvania, Georgia and South Carolina are on course to replace all paperless voting machines by 2020, while Arkansas, Virginia and Delaware have already completed this process.
The authors wrote that more funding from Congress would allow states to replace paperless voting machines and cut down on the number of Americans expected to use them in 2020.

There are 40 million illegals including their children in this country according to new information from a DHS. You add the chain immigrants and the refugees and the number is overwhelming, and they will be voting in droves in 2020, of that I’m certain. In our State of Ohio, you have to show a valid Driver’s License BUT you can also show a utility bill, WHICH IS ABSURD TO ME BECAUSE THERE IS NO PICTURE ID ON A UTILITY BILL. Anyone can get a utility bill, especially if you have a good printer. I am constantly stating my displeasure when I go to vote as I stand there and watch people come in without ID, but they hand the Poll worker a Utility Bill, sign their name and off they go to vote. IT OUTRAGES ME EVERY TIME, yet no one is doing anything about it.
There should only be a Driver’s License or ID provided by the State, which both require a BIRTH CERTIFICATE (not a LIVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE). No utility bills should ever be allowed!!!!

The necessary purging of voter roles would not be a problem at all, if voters would vote in every election, with an I.D. proving their identity. Failing to vote consistently in every election, could result in their names being removed from voter rolls. Whether it is labeled improper or not, that would be their fault. Vote every time and you will avoid potential problems. Plus, it is your responsibility to vote in every election as a citizen of the United States. Our Constitutional Republic is a government by the people. That is where the real power is, so start using it!
