Trump administration to add seven countries to its travel ban list
The White House will add seven new countries to its travel ban, including Belarus, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sudan, and Tanzania.

The announcement could arrive as soon as Monday, the three-year anniversary of the original order, according to administration officials with knowledge of the list, a report by the Wall Street Journal said. Some countries will only face a ban on certain visa categories and the rule would not ban citizens outright from entering the U.S. The list of countries is not final.
Story continues below advertisementOn the Davos sidelines early Tuesday, President Trump confirmed in an interview with the Wall Street Journal his administration’s plans to name additional countries. He declined to name them, however.
An updated version of the ban was expected later this month, with the new rules expected to antagonize U.S. relations with the countries in question.
Trump signed his original travel ban Jan. 27, 2017, one week into into his first term. The order, which initially applied to seven majority-Muslim countries denying their citizens U.S. visas, inspired massive revolt after the president referred to it as a “Muslim Ban” on Twitter.
It was amended and upheld in a June 2018 Supreme Court decision, affording the White House a major victory. A third iteration was later upheld, which restricted entry for some citizens of Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen.

Muslims are murdering Christians in Kenya regularly. I hope Kenya is already on the list. Otherwise it needs to be added. Also, Palestinians attack Jews in Israel regularly. No one from the Palestinian Territories should be allowed into the USA.

Agree. If Trump is smart enough , he should pass E.O to ban all terror/crime/illegal/drug linked persons from coming to America and those who advocate for them should lose their assets/citizenship and deported/jailed as terror agents.
Most of demonrats will lose their assets , Left/liberal “Professors” can be purged as they support these ideas.

But seriously, if you can’t vet from dangerous parts of the world; or there is difficulty in vetting; then the President has the right to manage migration and travel for security reasons.
Even James Comey Baloney said his FBI couldn’t vet effectively.

Do a search for 8 US Code Section 1182 entitled “Inadmissible Aliens” and go to part 3, “Security and Related Grounds” for a list of criteria.
It was written at the end of World War II to keep communism out of our country.

It was illegal for communists or anyone who had ties to them to be in government or hold a security clearance. They could only be there by what they do best….lie. As noted in the article, Sweden’s Muslim population is now 8% and growing. America’s Muslim population is now just over 1%. If it were to grow to 8%, at our present population, there would be 26.2 Million Muslims in America.

This is one of the most important initiatives being taken by Pres. Trump!! We keep playing footsie and kneesey with countries that are nests for breeding people with evil designs against the USA and Western Civilization. As Pamela has said for a long time when there is a choice between the savage and the civilized, you always choose the civilized!! Utmost caution must enter into our immigration and transit decisions because unlike a century ago, we often end up supporting these “wonderful people.” Further, the violent designs of segments of these populations are more intense and anti-American than even the Reds who came on board and had to be restricted in the 1920’s. It was the stinking open door that was opened by the 1966 Immigration Act that was introduced by Ted “Ass Man” Kennedy that has been the bane of our immigration policy for the past 50+ years. How can you protect the land of the free from those who arrive literally hating freedom. They don’t know what freedom is because the idea of freedom is deeply embedded in Christian values — especially in Protestant values. You don’t only learn about freedom from being in a free society. Rather you have to have some idea of freedom in your heart, mind, and soul. Look at Omar…she was saved from degradation and death in a refugee camp in Kenya, and all she can do is criticize the USA. Same with Tlaib, and the screwball AOC.

The US should be very wary of their border with Canada. With a muslim like trudeau as the Prime Minister he is for NO TRAVEL BANS whatsoever. Even now thousands of “West” hating migrants try to cross the border into the US every year. Canada is circling the drain and is screwed. There is no reason for the US to follow suit by not securing the Canadian border.
