Virginia Governor Declares State of Emergency; Law Enforcement Agencies on High AlertBreaking911, January 15, 2020:
RICHMOND — Governor Ralph Northam today declared a state of emergency in advance of expected pro-second amendment demonstrations on Capitol Square on Monday. Law enforcement intelligence analysts say they have identified ‘credible threats’ of violence surrounding the event, along with ‘white nationalist rhetoric’ and plans by out-of-state militia groups to attend.

This emergency declaration is temporary, and extends from Friday, January 17 at 5:00 PM until Tuesday, January 21 at 5:00 PM.

The National Guard has been “partnering” with Muslims for almost a decade. From 2011:
“ARLINGTON, Va. – Ramadan, the Muslim religion’s holy month, ended Aug. 30; however, the National Guard will continue to foster relationships with Muslim and Muslim-majority nations through the State Partnership Program year-round.
Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau, hosted an Iftar dinner Aug. 8, which brought together ambassadors and diplomats from 15 partnered Muslim nations. The dinner, a tradition, is the meal that takes place after sunset when Muslims break their fast during Ramadan.
For the second year hosting an Iftar dinner, McKinley commented on the relationships the National Guard has developed with its Muslim partners through the State Partnership Program.
These ongoing relationships have enhanced geographic combatant commanders’ abilities to build enduring military to military relationships, thus improving long-term international security while building partnerships across all levels of society, McKinley said.
Adding, the State Partnership Program is the ‘crown jewel’ of the National Guard.

With several senior Muslim and National Guard leaders in attendance for the dinner, Imam Mohamed Magid, the executive director of the All Dulles area Muslim Society Center, spoke to the benefits the State Partnership Program offers to the National Guard and its Muslim partners.
‘We have Muslims, people of other faith and ethnicities and cultural backgrounds serving side-by-side,’ Magid said.
God created the world with diversity, he said. ‘We have people of different races, different color and cultural backgrounds. As I look at the National Guard, I see there is diversity in it.'”

West Virginia has proposed legislation that offers Virginia gun sanctuary counties and cities the opportunity to secede and join West Virginia. Read the legislation on the Gateway Pundit or the Bull Elephant blog.

The worst thing that may have happened to America’s future may have been when the people began to allow the hard Left to gradually infiltrate and take over America’s education system. Now we have a lot of young people who have been indoctrinated to hate our country, and even themselves. Despite having the highest costs for education in the world we only rank in the mid 50’s for the quality of the education being received. One goal of the Progressive (Communist) Movement is to make American citizen’s pay a fortune into the Progressive Movement coffers for the destruction of their children’s minds and America’s future. These people are boiling over with hatred for us all.

There were also some Texas high school girls forced to where burkas to show solidarity with Muslim girls…..and in TN they loaded up some middle school kids and took them to a Mosque and made them sit through one of the prayer services….girls forced to sit in the back.

I wonder how many parents know of how she treated their children. She should never be a teacher, where her views are pressed onto young children’s minds to bring tears to a child. Eighty Two bit past her teaching years.

…I did….and I took my young adopted daughters out of the public school in 7th grade, schooled her myself. She went to community college at 15, graduated 2 years later, still a Christian, Phi Theta Kappa, Dean’s list, Honor’s list.
Most people think they have to quit work to homeschool….Not true. Most states don’t come to your house and monitor them. In Vegas they had “guidelines” of what they need to learn, but they don’t check in. Other states say they have to have XYZ hours each week….but they don’t say when the hours are….I know working people who taught at night and on the weekends….
Other homeschooling groups have rotating groups that parents put in so many hours with the kids while others work, and then they rotate.
If you want to know how and why to home school….get John Gatto’s book: A DIFFERENT KIND OF TEACHER. He was teacher of the year three times in NY….he will really open your eyes on the whole issue of compulsory education….how it started and why. It will really upset you.

I fully agree with you. How can you declare an emergency for an event that has not happened? A state of emergency has no definition. It is whatever the governor says is a state of emergency and gives him the right to impose martial law – and I have no doubt that that is what he intends to do. I hope people realize that martial law strips the people of all rights and allows the military, the NG, to shoot anyone on site as they see fit.

Well, in general, I agree. However, seems it is all about control; there is no ownership involved. Our Constitution is a gift from nature’s God, the source of all we have. If we accept it, we can use it to build a beautiful world. If we’re clueless there can be no acceptance, and the rule of law will never ever be used by the People. If he declares a state of emergency (and he can declare anything he wishes as such) he then can impose martial law on the population in the area in which he has declared a state of emergency. Martial law means that ALL civil rights are suspended and that the military, the police, the national guard, whoever is charged with keeping order, can SHOOT anyone at any time for whatever reason the law enforcer can muster up.
