New York Democrats Move to Register Illegal Aliens, Non-Citizens to Vote
New York State Senate Democrats have advanced a plan that will automatically register to vote all residents who apply for a driver’s licenses — which now includes non-citizens and illegal aliens — unless they “opt-out.”

On Thursday, Senate Senate Democrats passed legislation that will automatically register all residents who obtain driver’s licenses through the New York Department of Motor Vehicles (DMVs). As of this year, illegal aliens are able to obtain driver’s licenses in New York, indicating that illegal aliens and non-citizens will only be excluded from the state voter rolls if they check the “opt-out” box before applying for a license.
New York Democrats pitched the legislation as an effort to “reduce the incidence of voter registration fraud and voting fraud,” as well as to “prevent erroneous disfranchisement of eligible citizens, promote greater participation of eligible voters in elections…”

Sponsoring the legislation is Democrat Michael Gianaris, and co-sponsors include Democrat Joe Addabbo Jr., Jamaal Bailey, Alessandra Biaggi, John Liu, Neil Breslin, and Liz Krueger.
Currently in New York, American citizens only need a driver’s license to register to vote, and although applicants are required to swear that they are eligible to vote, state election officials have previously admitted that “it’s basically an honor system.”
In June of last year, New York Republicans warned Breitbart News that the ultimate goal of Democrats in the state is to register all noncitizens and illegal aliens to vote in state and federal elections.
In California, where illegal aliens are allowed to obtain driver’s licenses as well, voter fraud has become common across the state. In 2018, the state’s DMV admitted that it had registered 1,500 non-eligible voters, including noncitizens, over the course of just six months.

I can’t imagine this is allowed in a Presidential election….
DEMS need more votes and this is a sure way to get them – ILLEGALS and other non citizens won’t vote Trump.

The 2nd amendment not only allows for the citizens of our country to be armed, but allows the citizens to remove a tyrannical and treasonous government. Congress be warned, the American Spring is coming, and the traitors and their supporters will regret their actions against the country.

First … the 2nd Amendment “allows” nothing …. it is a GUARANTEE that the “government” will not interfere with our God-Given Right to provide for the protection of self, family, society, and the Republic.
Second …. the 2nd is a Call to Duty …… our Founders said that the “militia” is “the whole of the people” and that the “militia” is “necessary to the security of a Free State”.
Thus …. it is our DUTY, as Free Citizens, to protect our Republic …. with force, if necessary, when the “government” no longer serves according to the Constitution.

Nah,NY is no longer competitive. The trash has spread beyond NYC. It’s all over the state.
They are testing our legal system. Other liberal states are watching. It should be ILLEGAL to let ILLEGALS vote but I suspect they are hiding behind state’s rights but for a federal election for President I doubly can’t imagine this would be legal.

I suppose this will eventually come down to the SCOTUS to make a ruling on the constitutionality of such a radically stupid attempt by the Dems to slant elections to the left. I expect/hope they rule it unlawful, but it may only apply to Federal Office, while NY may be able to apply this to state offices only.

BUT … FEDERAL ELECTIONS CAN BE PROTECTED … my suggestions ..

(1) Separate federal election from state, local, county elections.
Two separate days, two separate ballots. DHS-ICE staff at all polling places on Federal Election Day.
Checking ID. Checking registration. Arresting those attempting voter fraud.
Separate the elections – this is only every two years – worth the cost.
For FEDERAL elections – monitored by the FEC-DOJ- FBI – DHS …
….
(2) The federal voter photo ID card, required to vote.
May be acquired FREE at any DHS-ICE local office, with proof of citizenship.
Cannot be mailed, must be picked up at the office.
Not voter SUPPRESSION, voter INTEGRITY ..
If you can go to a DMV for a driver’s license, you can do this ..
Fraud or impersonation of someone is a federal felony – go to jail,
Fingerprint, DNA digitalization, retinal scan – same as a TSA NEXUS pass.
The voter ID should be chipped, and require MFA – multiple factor authentication.
The card goes in the slot, and your thumbprint goes on the scanner.
If your thumb matches the digitized chip version, you are bonafide.
NO MATCH ?? Arrested.
…
The hand held unit can be taken to shut-ins, invalids, and allow voting, with card and thumbprint.
(example …CANADA uses the hand-held for credit card transactions in restaurants) …
NO ABSENTEE ballots. Just real-time verification … one vote recorded per voter ID card. ONE ONLY.

I do not expect a phone call … but his staff are there to summarize what email he receives …
I have also written Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell, and my CO Senator Cory Gardner …
Same form letter reply … although I can contact Gardner’s office directly … if I wanted.

I like these ideas James but the big problem is that the federal elections are under the control of the Secretaries of State and County Clerks who have gone crazy with declaring any kind of request for ID as “disenfranchisement.” I have worked at the polls for 10 years and it is very difficult to get past our own government!
For example: Michigan had a SOS (GOP Ruth Johnson) until last year, who insisted publicly that all voters MUST show ID. But what really happened at the polls is that anyone can show any ID. The name on the ID does not have to be a complete match for the name on the voter registration log. And if the person says that they don’t have ID, well no problem, you just ask them to sign an Attestation that they are who they say they are and they vote. It is a total farce. And now that we have a Democrat SOS, it will only get worse.

This is only the tip of the iceberg.
At the 2016 election, in violation of the rules, a Democrat operative sat at our poll all day working on a computer and consulting with the Poll Captain. He brought donuts for the staff – I presume as a bribe for being there. He spoke to voters in line. He was there for at least 4 hours until I could get away and report it to the county clerk and the GOP poll monitors. I still have a photo of him!
Meanwhile, I as the GOP poll worker was only assigned to give out “I Voted” stickers. I was not allowed to register voters. When I asked the poll captain to please give me another job to avoid boredom, the sub captain said “Her name is on the list” of people not allowed to register voters. When I asked “what list?” I was told to speak to the County Clerk after the election. After the election the Clerk said that I had requested not to register voters or to use the electronic poll book. When I asked them to show me any document signed by me with such a request they could not produce it. When I pointed out to them that I lost two days of my salary to take the course to learn how to use the EPB and register voters. Why after doing so would I ask NOT to do it? They had no answer. This is the Deep State!
As I see it the whole process is very complicated but I would start by repealing the Voting Rights Act as it has been totally abused and expanded upon to the point of absurdity.

Ways need to be found to prevent this abuse and quickly, all ideas must be open for discussion because anarchy of this kind does not build respect for a robust democracy, it destroys it on the alter of left wing identity politics.

Voter fraud is the policy of the democrat party. Giving third world non-English speaking illegals licences was never about making roads safer or forcing them to buy insurance. It was about giving the illegals a speedy conduit into the voting booth. It was all about voter fraud and stealing elections democrats could never win based on their anti-American leftist policies.

The illegals fell for this trick – NOW the USA will know where they are –
so THEY can be either round them up & sent home or to CAMP FEMA
or fight for the good ole USA against the EVIL MOSLEMS & earn citizenship.
Mexicans, et al. from Central America can be used to round up the MOSLEMS.

This is what happens when Democrats control all 3 branches of a government. They are ensuring that New York will stay a one party ruled state for generations. New York is already teetering with those that can, leaving the state. Most that leave will be more conservative and higher paid people which even further entrenches Democrat control. My daughter and son-in-law live in NY and currently pay $1500 a month in real estate taxes. They have high paying jobs, but at that tax rate are struggling and applying for jobs in lower tax states. They’re just hoping they can sell their house for what they paid for it with more people moving out than moving in.

If there is too much crime, all you have to do is decriminalize the crime and …. Presto-Changeo no more crime.

POTUS must file a lawsuit in the federal courts for an order from SCOTUS placing these Commiecrat dominated states on notice that allowing any party to attempt to steal the federal election by the illegal registration of illegals and other forms of voter fraud their electoral votes will not be counted and their representatives will not be seated in the House or the Senate.

Until this law is overturned New York should be ~suspended~ from the Electoral College.
The chief reason for them attempting this sort of blatant election fraud is to put Demoncrats [est. 2012] in power by fraudulent means.
